I went into the app and clicked to let them know that I arrived for my curbside order. I even clicked on remind them after being parked and waiting a very long time. Finally I went into the store and asked about my curbside order and the woman who was the cashier had an attitude. She then asked if I called and I informed her that I checked in on the app, per the instructions provided. She rudely told me that I needed to call the store directly to let them know that I have arrived for my curbside order. That option was not shown in the app nor where there any instructions provided that said calling the store was the protocol. Very rude.

Chayse and Jes were amazing. I have a very old nervous Lhasa who has never liked being groomed, but as he has aged he's even worse. They did some and stopped as he was so upset and they did not want to stress him more. So we went back a few weeks later and they finished him. They were so kind and patient with our senior boy, and I was ever so grateful for their understanding and compassion.Excellent staff

The service provided was above exceptional. My pet is older and suffers from anxiety; however, Jenn has bonded with her and is able to calm her and get the job done. She is truly a blessing. Efficient as well. Only place I go.

This was the first grooming visit for my dog and I was very happy with the way she was handled and the end result. My dog was happy, her nails were trimmed well, and her fur was nice and soft.

The was Pixel's first cut and they only completed part of the work leaving her very asymmetrical. In particular they removed all her fur from one thigh and left the other untouched!
