Came here about a week ago because my boyfriend and I was in the area. And we had a very pleasant experience while here. We were able to find all the things that we needed with ease, while acme is pretty expensive, all the things we got were all at a very reasonable price. The self checkout process was also very nice, quick and efficient. Would definitely come back again.

So the lady doin bakery is lost. No joke. I asked for cannolis I guess and she was so flustered because she couldn’t figure out how to ring them up and put a price tag on them. She left for 15 minutes to go get a manager. I come back 2 weeks later to hopefully get the right stuff. Nope she forgets the sugar and everything. I’m not tryna be mean but ur job can’t be that hard. It’s bakery. I asked for cannolis. U just fill them then send them. She can’t even do that right. Acme is goin down the drain big time

Run of the mill grocery store. The only gripe I have is that they got rid of all of their baskets about a year ago. I usually just make small trips, and don't feel like pushing an entire cart around for just 4 or 5 items. So I just put everything in a reusable grocery bag while shopping.UPDATE: Removed a star because their bathrooms are HORRIFYING! I tried to use them today, but there was dirty water on the floor, and one of them had a completely clogged toilet with "excrement" in it.

Too expensive.. you're basically paying for poison. With all the farm raised meats and gmo foods(bioengineering food ingredients) Acme use to be a great place.

This is the ACME that I usually go to. They are normally well stocked even on sale items. I never have to wait long to check out. The store is clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. They sell beer and wine here and have a good selection of that also. The vegetable produce section could be a litter better.

The staff here are so rude. The cashier I had tonight was mad that me and my family came to his lane. Then proceeded to ignore me when I asked him a question. This always happens at this Acme.

The staff there was disrespectful. My wife and I went there to get some peroxide and alcohol. I had a bag in my hand, closed tightly and I guess the manager of the store followed us like we were stealing. My wife works at the Home Depot right next door and so she goes there all the time. This is not the first incident she had with this place. The first time we went in this particular Acme, we went to buy some apples. The same manager who followed us, was the same one who was very, very disrespectful that day too. It’s totally unacceptable to behave and follow us like we are criminals. I will NEVER, EVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS ACME ANYMORE.

Limited cashier staff. Cashier was quick and nice. Everything is essentially automated now the store closes at 10. This is a different store then it used to be. We go if we need a few items & I prefer not to shop here as a result of previous poor experiences and as I said the environment is really depressing tbh. Unfortunately there are tons of sketchy people in the parking area as every time I'm there I witness atleast two-three drug deals. These people don't even try & hide it.EDITED: added 2 stars as of 6/17/23Staff standing around at the front of self checkout just talking and blocking customers ways. It's a busy location, and I still don't come here often. Prices are outrageous!! I don't think that would change at another super market. Although I've been shopping at Lidls recently and have found they have amazing prices and products.EDITED: UPDATED: March 7 20245 stars due to new Curbside pickup! I can start a list one day, finish it the next, pay for it and then someone grabs it all for me in store. We go to the store about 2 hours later and we're able to pull into a spot and pick up our order no matter how large or small! I am disabled and this is a life saver!

They have a better selection of coffee than Giant does,I don't have a Keurig system and giant mostly has k-cup items they barely have instant coffee and when they do it's decaffeinated! This is my last weekend shopping in this area and I have got great deals at both Giant and Acme both stores are my go to's I'm not throwing shade but Acme has a much better coffee selection.

Clean store where the shelves are always organized and stocked. Impressed with their wine and beer aisle. They are experiencing a massive wave of shoplifting. I guess voting in dumocrats into office can explain the current state of affairs.

All the assistants are Wonderful. I live near Shop Rite, but I come here for your friendliness and great meats. Every aisle I went up asked for a certain item, your assistants made me feel welcome. Then I made a mistake at self checkout, and the cashier helped me with no problem. Love your store and I will keep coming back.

I love the quality of the meats and products, the variety is pretty large, what I don't like even though things are more expensive now a days acme seems to be a little higher than most supermarkets! Not happy about that there's no reason for that, if I can go to another Market that is lower like giant or fresh groce for some products I know they can do better on the pricing but the quality, especially the meats I love! You can't beat the quality so I guess for the quality I'll pay more even but they should probably share the wealth a little bit more with the employees!! Board of directors and CEOs on large companies or straight up to greedy so I think that is a factor not just with acne with all large companies

One woman checker in particular is absolutely rude. Some are wonderful and sweet. But that one checker can ruin your entire trip. She's nasty. I've never had a positive experience with her. She comments negativity on your purchases, makes you feel like you're wasting her time. Why is she still there?

I like shopping at Acme. It clean. A great variety of food. . The lunchmeat is fresh. So are the fruits and veggie. You you could just eat them right on the spot. A little pricey but its worth getting the best for your family. The staff is very friendly and will help when ask.

Very clean and items are stocked nicely. Most 9f the employees are knowledgeable and personable. The only reason I say most of them is because the other employees were taking care of their priorities so I didn't get a chance to interact with them. Over all my experience was incredibly pleasing and I can't wait to have this experience once again. If u demand and know that u deserve to be treated like u should treat others the go and give these people a try. U will never be disappointed and you will put a extra mile or to on ur tank just because of this. PEACE AND BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL

Overall this store is very convenient for me ! Most staff members are nice! A few of them are rude and seem to be mad to be working with customers! I was in a line a few weeks ago and my register lady name is Katherine T I believe my receipt said ! Anyway, she was very rude ! Did not say hello , nothing to me ! Made me bag my own groceries which was ok but while working answered the phone DURING HER SHIFT !! I thought that was very rude for her to do that ! Did not tell me my total nothing Overall, she seems to not want to communicate or interact with me or customers in general. Seems like the managers do not do nothing about her attitude towards customers !

Changed my review from 4 stars to one because now two times a worker has made inappropriate comments about my infant son not wearing shoes. First time, weeks ago, it was "he needs to wear shoes Incase there is glass on the floor" my son can't walk. He's an infant. Now today the same worker stopped what he was doing to come over and tell me I had to put shoes on him because it was against the law for him to be barefoot in a store. That next time he has to wear shoes. HE IS AN INFANT! He can't walk and he was in the cart. This was annoying and inappropriate to say. Not one other person in the store seemed to have an issue with this but this guy. This guy also made me feel like a bad mom in front of other people which was humiliating.

Empty shelves, despite being open at 6am. Empty shelves especially at the made sandwiches, such as hoagies. If no one wants to work, there's plenty of people who want to.

Very pleased with the fresh, quality meats. That is the main reason for my shopping at Acme. This store is bright and clean. Customer service could be better. I spent $211.00 on groceries and the cashier did not say, "thank you" or at least, "have a good evening". This is the reason I did not give 5 stars. What is so hard with these cashiers not saying "thank you"? Same issue I have with Giant. Cashiers just will not say, "thank you" any more.

Rude & not friendly ( older crew) It’s sad because you work for a place where you dealing with customers all day. I can completely understand it can be stressful. Environment is very sad.It’s very uncomfortable for a worker to be staring at me ringing up my items. 7/16- around 9:20am your staff stared at me when approach self check-out ( no greeter), watch me the whole time & never watch other individual. I been coming to this acme for 10 plus years. I believe this will be my last trip.

That store on Baltimore pike is beautiful. Very clean and nicely laid out. I was also able to find m favorite taco kits that I've been having a hard time finding. Customer service was spot on. Highly recommend this store .

Produce is actually a lot better and more variety than giant. Shelves are kept full and very neat. Unfortunately giant is a lot closer to me.

Acme's prices are a bit High I believe, unless items are on sale. Usually well stocked and have fresh meats and vegetables if you're willing to pay the price. I love the beer and wine section as well. Good range of prices from $3.99 on up.

This acme is clean and Stocked with great food choices. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh. The employees are always greeting myself and my Two year old son who loves to come shopping with me at the ACME. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

I frequently go to this Acme, maybe three times a week. I have always had good experiences with the employees. But lately there is this one lady who’s a cashier, who is very rude and ignorant. The first time I saw her she was having an attitude with the person in front of me. When it was my turn I had a multiple of one item and to make it easier for her I told her the amount and she ignore me. I had more than 25 items and she did not bag not one thing. I also had my 1 year old with me. And she didn’t even wait until I had to bag everything myself, she started to scan the next person behind me! This is so ridiculous, if it’s all about Covid regulations of masks and no distancing as well. It got me upset seeing she just looked and said no word in between the whole transaction. The next time I went, it was the same lady and figure out her name is Kathleen, and she did the same thing but this time I said something. I asked her well “so is there a new rule of no bagging ?!” And she she just looked at me and did not saying anything again as well. I am not sure to just call corporate or what because she should not be working there if she is going to be rude, ignorant, or just having negative energy towards this acme.

Fresh meats, great sales, but in general prices are a little high. Meats from Acme are much better than most supermarkets, and I find their produce to be well kept too.

Well it's a super Market the most I can say because I'm not big on Supermarket shopping however this place was nice and clean inside the employees were always polite and willing to help plenty of parking on the outside and the carts are nearby your car and the front door. Prices are not that bad I would recommend this place. Not at all service dog friendly
