We just got our golden doodle back from your groomer Melissa and are beyond disappointed with the outcome. Our puppy's nose was shaven down to the skin and his hair was way shorter than we had asked (we provided multiple pictures). Instead of an apology or an acknowledgement of our dissatisfaction, we are being told that "sometimes you get what you get" and "I'm not god, I can't read your mind" despite being shown pictures. We will never use your service again and will not recommend your service to anyone.

Melissa did a fantastic job grooming my 1 year old golden retriever, Maple. I was hesitant due to it being Maple's first ever grooming, but I am so happy with the results. I was looking for a new groomer because I was going to petsmart for Bella. Which they charge a crazy amount. Melissa did a wonderful job with Bella. I explained to Melissa what I needed done and she did it. I asked for the oatmeal shampoo instead and she had no problem using that instead of the normal stuff she uses. Bella definitely looked and felt like a new dog after Melissa was done with her. We will definitely not be going anywhere else. And did I mention she does cats 🐈. She definitely will have all of our business from here on out. Thank you again for the wonderful service you did.

We had a bad experience with grooming after adopting our border collie, so we decided to try Wag in Style, and we were not disappointed! Jake is always groomed to perfection when I pick him up from his appointment, his styling and trim are always clean and precise, and his nails and paw pads are always looking great. We love Wag in Style and will definitely remain regulars!

My sweet Lexi loved going to see Melissa. Our previous groomer moved out of the area and I was so nervous to find someone new. Thankfully Melissa was a perfect match! Every appointment was a piece of cake, her nails were always perfect and she would smell amazing. Even though she went over the rainbow bridge I am still thankful for Melissa’s care. She recently coached me through learning how to carefully trim my new kittens nails. She is professional, kind, and offers a lot of special services. Whenever we are ready for another pup, she will certainly be our groomer again.

I took my newly rescued 2 yr old Australian Terrier, Harley, to get groomed at Wag in Style LLC. His coat was totally out of control, he was hot, miserable, and looked wirely. Melissa did a fantastic job clipping him and he now looks like a well groomed Aussie. I can even tell he feels much better and not as hot. I highly recommend Wag in Style LLC for all your pet grooming needs. You won't regret it!

Very poor attitude all around. Unable to handle a first time grooming for our dog. Insulted the dog, to our faces, and refused further appointments stating she could not handle him (Golden Retriever). Immediately complained about how far behind she was at drop off making it seem like coming for our scheduled appointment was an inconvenience and her volume was our fault. Eye roll and all. There are many other great independent groomers in the area. I would look elsewhere.Edit: As you can see in their response, the owner acknowledges the inability to handle dogs that are in for the first grooming, or large (1 year old golden retriever) dogs. No name or phone given for the “trainer” offered, just a “people I know” reference. Still charged us over $30 for their inability groom our dog, then quote policy as an act of justification.

Would not recommend if you have a large dog that has anxiety at the groomers. They don’t have the time or the patience for dogs who need special care during the grooming process. They wouldn’t finish grooming him but I still got charged almost the full amount. My dog was also still damp when I picked him up. I took my dog to another groomer the next day and no problems at all. Weird?

Super happy with the service here. I dropped my dog off at 9am, had no wait, and got a text when she was ready to be picked up. The price is awesome, and my dog smells amazing. Melissa talked to me about what she noticed on my dog, and was very friendly. We’ll be back!

Melissa is curt and impatient. She says she’s willing to work with elderly disabled dogs but complains about my dog “wanting to lay down all the time” while getting groomed.
