I have been going to this pet store for a long time now. I enjoy ever visit. They are clean and honest. They always have different animals and healthy puppies to choose from. I bought a male golden retriever. I got a great price on him. He is amazing. With proper care and supervision he has been one of the healthiest animals I have known.I recommend everyone I know to go here and check it out before a major chain store.

I purchased a puppy and it was a fantastic experience! They were friendly, courtesy, and patient. They were even more patient with my 3 children, who are animal lovers, who asked them a ton of questions about everything. They were very informative and knew the animals. The purchasing process was simple and fast. I will recommended them to anyone looking for a fur baby or other type of pet. I told a friend about my positive experience and she went the same day and brought a puppy home. Thank you so much for everything you have done!!! Ok I know pet stores that actually sell pets are subject to a lot of scrutiny & a good deal of negativity now days. But let me say this, we bought our puppy from this family owned business 4 years ago & I've never once regretted it! These folks actually care! Every time we've walked through the door they ask how our Mindy is doing! We've even taken her back for visits a few times & they always stop what they're doing & pay her all kinds of attention. I would (& have!) recommended them to anyone looking for a pet or supplies! Just today we took a friend along who ended up coming home with a cute little puppy. It's just nice to go to a neighborhood pet store & deal with folks you know & you know care about you & your pet. Because they get it; they know your pet is more than that, they're part of your family too!

I had a fantastic experience with purchasing my golden retriever as well as my ball python also the live feeders to feed my ball python. The owner is very personable and willing to answer all of my questions. I will have no problem going back to them for all my pet needs! Very great place despite what the other reviewers have said. Also to the person saying their bunnies threw up....Rabbits are unable to throw up due to their valve in the throat that makes them unable to.

My favorite local pet store. They have a great selection of reptiles, dogs. They also have live rat, and mice feeders. No other local pet store offers that. The shop has a great mom and pops feel, and I always seem to find something when I stop in. Great shop worth your visit!

If we could give zero stars, we would...Worst experience we've ever had. They offer easy pay financing, and have you fill out all the papers, then text you the terms & conditions. Interest rate is 188%! And you won't find that out until after the fact.Got a puppy from here who got sick. The vet told us she had infectious gastroenteritis, she was hospitalized and that the store should foot the bill. Our vet provided us with papers and told us they'd even help us file a claim against the store if we had to. We notified the store in a timely manner but were blown off for two weeks. Messages ignored, calls never returned. Finally, we get a call and the owner says that our puppy's chart says she ate cat food one time, so that was the cause of a GI infection. So, instead of the owner paying our $800 bill, she states she will cover the $20 amoxicillin. Our dog was sick when we bought her, with a stomach infection brewing. Yet, the blame is put on us.I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy a healthy pet. All you'll get is a sick animal, and all the blame.

The ladies are always friendly an willing to answer questions. They are both very knowledgeable about various animals. I haven't bought a pet there but they always look healthy and I've seen the ladies taking care of the animals. They aren't neglected or anything that ppl think about pet stores. I love going to visit. It's a great environment with lots of interesting animals...more variety than you'd expect at a small local store

Our encounters with the owners, the store and our furbabies have all been wonderful! All questions answered, help given if needed and all our babies are healthy and happy. I have recommended this store many times and will continue to do so!! I'm just one of many satisfied customers but I know quite a few who would agree.....LOVE THE OWNERS AND THE PETS!!

Best priced crickets in town and nearby! They live the longest too of any place I've ever bought crickets despite giving them the same care. I go in and the staff knows my usual purchase of feeders.

I always go to Pawz and Clawz for my feeder rats. Elaine is very personable, knowledgable, and has great customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.And to the person with the review on the rabbits, I used to breed them and it is impossible for them to throw up. Sounds like your bunnies got into something they shouldn't have. Everytime I go in I look at the bunnies, they are always healthy looking. And the person with the puppy review eating the cat food, it sounds like you didn't fully puppy proof your house or put up your cat food. There is no way a puppy got into cat food at the store taking they don't even sell kittens. Stop slandering the pet store for something that was your own fault!

I was sold two sick bunnies! They were vomiting as soon as we got them. Two days later, they were dead. The sickness spread to my two kittens and they shortly passed away a day later.
