Great service. Food was perfect. I had the flat iron steak with eggs over easy, potatoes and toast. Very reasonable price. Clean inside. Night before I had the liver and onions. Large portion and very tender, perfectly cooked with plenty of onions and gravy and real mashed potatoes.

Great, hearty, homemade food at a fair price. I have ate at Mike’s Place countless times and explored the menu. Everything that I have ever ordered has been a hearty portion and great tasting! I have never had a bad experience there. Always good service and a good, family atmosphere. Very clean and tidy establishment with spotless dishes and silverware. I will definitely be back soon!P.S. you have to try the homemade coconut cream pie!

Mike’s place is never constant with what they make, it’s either they get the order wrong or your order will be perfectly but they forget to add something goes with the dish like for hot wings it would be the sauce that goes with it. A lot of the times I ordered from the store to pick up, it was always wrong like recently I ordered boneless hot wings and got ones with bones in, and i ordered a Mac Attack one of the signature burgers they make without any coleslaw and they put the coleslaw on the burger. We called up multiple times to tell them what kept happening and still nothing has been done about it.

Went here last year and enjoyed enough to return during our annual trip to the area. Waitress was friendly and attentive, however the food was awful this time. Sausage over spaghetti. A new menu item, was crunchy with the sausage crumbled. Not tasty.My butterfly shrimp was breaded and over fried to the point of the shrimp evaporating, rendering it unrecognizable.Don't write bad reviews but this was plain lousy food.

Nice family restaurant with tasty comfort foods, great prices, and friendly folks. This was our first visit, and we only had breakfast, but we are definitely going to be back for dinner to check it out. I will not hesitate to recommend this eatery to anyone.

I have heard about this place for a while so my husband and I decided to try it this evening, hoping we would find a new place to eat. Unfortunately not the case. Food was good however we got VERY little dressing with salads and waitress told us to let her her know if we need more which we did. Then we got charged $2 extra!!!!She never said we would be charged then after she served our food she never came back to check on us once. We never got a refill on our drinks. Then when we went to pay the owner was on the phone, never said one word to us as we left, came off very rude. Looks like we will be sticking to Road Kill Cafe- much more friendly staff there!

Fantastic place!! Great food...Thank you for your hospitality as we are from Harrisburg and were searching for a lost dog and you gave us a ton of scented grease to use for our trap...we had pulled pork sandwiches that were to die for!!!

Amazing atmosphere and service, staff is very pleasant and personable, it's kinda like going to big family dinner every time I've ate there. Large portions of delicious country style goodness.

Amazing restaurant to eat at. I am always excited to sit down and order food because the staff is extremely friendly, and Mike himself will greet you when he's there. I highly recommend Mike's Place, especially for their breakfast.

stopped there today since the shoppers guide does not get delivered at Five forks. Me mom goes in to get the paper and never gets greeted. Boy what a way to run a business
