I took my my little family which included my sister my two little boys one of which is five and the other is 1 1/2 years old and of course myself we have been traveling for several hours and have about another 3 1/2 4 hours ahead until we're home..the children are hungry of course we're hungry as well and Sids sounded like a great place beings we are not from the area so figured we will give it a shot so we pulled up the place is a very cute little building i might admit but anything other than that was definitely a huge waste of money & a waste of time! I ordered two 7-in California style chicken cheesesteaks a large waffle fry chicken nuggets and french fries from the kids meal two small bottle of Coca-Cola the total came out to 36 dollars we waited about 20 to 30 minutes for our food which we received and it was cold! not only was it cold but it was also very hard I went in and asked them to reheat the food as my kids could not eat it that hard which they kindly did for me however that was the worst idea I could have possibly thought of because it was like rock solid after that one...there is no trash cans outside for me to dispose of this food I did not want to feed my children but just paid an outrageous price for very very very very very very dissatisfied so now I have two screaming kids a 4-Hour trip home and still no food to feed my children 😔 I will much rather feed my kids McDonald's at this pointOne overwhelmed mother

I used to enjoy suds suubs but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had with the fish sub. I asked for tarter sauce and ketchup on my fish which it wasn't on there the fish was hard and dry which should have had lemon on it which it didn't. I will not be back ever I'm done with suds super subs. They just lost me as a customer for hood.

Food has an old school charm, well made basic subs but nothing to brag about. The hidden fees really killed the mood and overall experience, I guess I should have noticed the 8% inflation and "fair" wage fees in tiny print in the upper right of the menu. The menu is outrageously busy and looks like they just keep adding things without updating the layout. They are too lazy to update their menus so I have to do extra math with random fees 😠

I had a roast beef sub which was phenomenal.Best 18" sub I had in years.The waitress that took my order was wonderful as well.The sub alone was around $20, but well worth it.I will be returning when I want a sub and when I'm in Clearfield.Since I did not done in, I didn't give an atmosphere review.

We decided to stop here for lunch based on the glowing reviews. While we waited, we actually planned on dining in for dinner the same day because we loved the staff and atmosphere, which raised our hopes.Unfortunately, we must have gotten them on an off day or time because the cheesesteak was so bland and dry with very little cheese, threw most of an 18" out.The roast beef was oddly flavorless. I love rare roast beef, but this was rare in the middle with a sickly colored outside. I thought it maybe was from the banana peppers bleeding into the meat, but unfortunately, within an hour of eating it, there was an emergency need for a bathroom.So disappointed.Side note: There is a 3% inflation charge and a 5% fair wage charge added to your order - which is clearly posted.

When I was a little boy, my dad took me here for my first cheese steak sub, in 1984. I've been a fan ever since. But it's not nostalgia, their steak subs are some of the finest. It's a 6 pack shop too, and you can drink beer while you're there, but they have a great atmosphere for the family. A very unusual dining layout in a unusual building. It is also exactly what a sub shop should be. Their food is great and these days I usually get the steak salad, which is huge. Their sandwich menu is quite large.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place because part of the dinning area is sits up high at the top of the building. They also have a lot of side order baskets, so its easy find something for picky, little, spoiled children.

I have loved going here ever since I was a little girl!!! It has always made me happy. My Nan loved going here so we went all the time. After church, whenever we had time to. Never change! I love this place still.Kid-friendliness: Booster seats and high chairs available. Big tables or tables you can push together. Good place for everyone to go to eat.

Went here stopping through town a couple months ago and it was fantastic. Made it a point to stop back on my way through town again today. Ordered 3 whole subs, paid $50+ tip even tho it was a take out order. Subs were REALLY good. The only problem was there was a long brown/black hair in the middle of my roast beef sub🤢. Hair doesn't normally bother me, but when another woman's long hair is in my food and you can tell as you're chewing, it's disgusting.I know the workers wear hats, please consider hair nets as well. Super bummed.

every single time we called, a month ago and now and try to order a pizza they say “none of us know how to make pizzas”. i feel like you should either take pizzas off the menu or you should teach your employees how to make pizzas? and honestly it’s not that hard to learn to make pizzas so that’s kind of ridiculous. sad because i wanted to support a small local business.

Always fantastic food and service here! However, I did not appreciate the 5 percent surcharge added to my bill to reward your employees for working here during a labor shortage. Paying your employees a livable minimum wage is a basic cost of doing business, not an extra "add on" to be counted separately! If a decent wage only cost 5 percent more, it begs the question why you weren't paying your employees at that rate prior to the labor shortage? Also, you open your business and employees to risk with the IRS about how that money is received. (Is it a bonus, gift, etc.) The tax rate might be different and you could end up costing them more in fines and penalties than you did by "helping" them. You might want to ask yourself if you'd be okay if your electric company decided to tack 5 percent on to your bill to reward the line guys.... Yeah, I thought not.

Have always loved sids! I've been going here since I was a child and now take my child in.I love their subs and apps! Soups are very good also! They serve beer here also. Take out beer on the other side. You grab a drink, order, get your number and go take a seat. When your food is ready they yell your number and you go get your food that is on trays.

Such a small cozy place with amazing amazing food!!! What's great is they serve alcohol and on the opposite side of The restaurant is a 6 pack shop! They are mainly known for their Subs and they delicious combos and way they Cosmo (baked with cheese) them!!! Fresh made in House bread!!! But they have a massive menu with something for everyone!! Kids meals, Salads, Array of Fried Food, and so many homemade delicious Desserts!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that has a chance to eat in or order out! Its a busy busy restaurant so call ahead or come a little earlier than what you plan on eating! 😁

Good daily specials. Big menu. Lots of drink options in the cooler and you can get alcohol, too. Great steak salads and hot bacon dressing on spinach salads. Lots of different fries too choose from. A bit pricey but worth it. Nice decor inside for the season.

Food is ok I normally like the prime rib sandwich ..but last time got a hair in it ...wasn't happy to pay to get each half sub toasted...then to add a surcharge due to employee wages and then on top of all that u pat a charge for using credit/bank card...and the pricing is high ..never again will I return here

The food is decent, when made correctly, but the girls they employ regularly mess up your order. The owner, however, is very understanding of any problems that you have and seems to listen to criticism and do his best to improve service. I would eat here more often, if only I could be reasonably sure they'd get my order right.
