Salesperson was right there to ask if I needed help, I told her size,width and brand I wanted and she took me right to the only 3 pair they had. Seemed like she knew where every pair of shoes was located. It was really nice to see someone who knew their job, most places I go now hire people who don't have a clue what they are selling , and get hired because stores need people to work for them. Shoes are a little expensive there, but I like the ASICS, and I guess like everything else the price has gone up pretty much.

Employees were very helpful and attentive.. Nice selection of shoes, if size not available at the store they will ship to your home for free. Store was clean and neat.

I had an excellent experience. The 3 gals working were absolutely lovely! They all greeted me upon entering and went over the current sales and helped me get the most bang for my buck. Store was cleanly and well organized! Staff very knowledgeable! Very glad I stopped to shop!

Used the long handled shoehorn. Very helpful. Good selection of sneakers. I found it difficult to get to the store because I had it been to the mall since portions of it are not accessible from within. No longer a mall but a “plaza”. Sad that it is changed!

Tried shopping online for sneaker but it didn't go so well, not sure why but ten I went to my local shoe sensation store and bought a pair. The sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Got my new kicks on today for work. Waiting to see how my feet feel by the end of today.
