This is a decent Sheetz to stop at for food or gas.It was busy, but I found a parking spot. The store itself was clean and organized except for the dinning area.The staff were incredibly nice and friendly.The food was really good. The hotdogs had fresh buns, and the right amount of onions. I would and will stop again to eat at this location again.The only problems I noticed were the dinning area. I have seen a lot better but also a lot worse. It is something that can be hard to keep up with. The sheetz was really busy the whole time.The reason for 4 stars over 5 would be getting in and out is very tight driving when busy.

Didn't go inside, just topped off my tank. Parking is tight and almost right adjacent to the main road. I wouldn't recommend pulling in here with a trailer or RV.

Always great service, and when I door dash, they are always quick and tell me to have a great day or if I have any questions for them. Store gets VERY busy at times, with the store at capacity, but they still pump out food fast as possible and with a smile.

This sheetz is ridiculous the night staff doesn’t pay attention I ordered food on the app before I got here and I ordered it at 11:55pm and paid for it at 12am and stood waiting for 30 minutes til I asked someone where my food was and the manger says did you pat for it I said yes I paid for it oh they cleared the screen off we didn’t know so I go outside to my car and the food is I’ve cold so I then bring it back in and ask them to remake it because it’s ice cold and the manager gets an attitude with me and no then I had to argue with her just to get her to remake my food when it was rhere fault to begin with that it was cold and the. Told me she wouldn’t remake it or give me my money back when it’s was over $25.90 that I’m just out because the manager refused to remake my food or give me my money back.this manger don’t know her name she was fat and had dark hair and literally was the rudest person I have ever met in my life.

This Sheetz is the best I've ever been in! The cashier Becky was helpful and kind. The cleanest restroom by far on our road trip to see family. We'll be back

I work early mornings, so I usually stop at sheetz around 3am to grab coffee. Multiple times Ive went back to get hit coffee and all of their coffee machines are down because they need cleaned. It’s dead that time In the morning and there are usually 3-4 pplWorking. Not sure why the coffee machines are never up and running. I would order off the MTO but they have no good flavors anymore. No good flavors to use as creamers either. Nothing else is opened that early in the morning so it would be nice if the 3rd shift staff at this location stepped their game up.

I am appalled at the lack of customer service and attention to detail at this location. It's fair week so they should be ready for heavier traffic than normal. I placed my order with my family in the middle of the madness. I waited 30 minutes for my food. Again it was super busy and I understand a wait. However, my food was never made. I asked for my money back and that took forever too. Aside from the slow/lack of service what really made me mad was the complete disregard from the manager. No apology, she didn't double check to see if my order was made, nothing. Working in customer service I understand stress and pressure. But that is the time to step up and help your customers. Beyond disappointed and starving...

Well I pulled in to get gas got my gas no problem went to clean my windshields but not one a year containers had windshield cleaning solution in it. That's pretty bad for all the people that work here.

UPDATE: Rebecca is such a pleasure! I actually look forward to seeing her when I go into sheetz. She has such a great bubbly personality and so polite.Lexi (I hope I spelled her name right) is also so kind and very helpful! Those 2 women are amazing!!!! Definitely great employees 😃. Thank you!This is the best Sheetz I've been too! I have been getting food here for the past 6 months and my food is always great and neatly made! I haven't had any problems! Thank you!

The one manager with glasses seems to always whispering about customers and making people feel uncomfortable. They can never keep a steady staff of decently nice people. I go out of my way to avoid this sheetz location. And unless you place an order online to be ready...don't bother ordering food. It takes FOREVER

Sharon is very rude. She is too worried about socializing with customers she knows.. their transactions are complete and she’s still talking to them as a very long line forms. This is a regular occurrence, but I’m guessing since she is management this will not change.I am giving 3 stars because of Brian! He deserves 5 but I want Sheetz Bros to know that Sharon is unfit for management in a convenient store. Brian is the only friendly, fast, efficient employee at this establishment!

It truly makes me sad to have to write this. Sheetz is the one thing I care about seeing every time I am in Pennsylvania, but what happened on this visit can not be ignored. I am still trying to figure out how they were able to make such a poor excuse for a wrap. It was as if they took each ingredient that I requested and laid it out on the wrap in small portions like they were dressing a plate, and then just folded over the edges. There was no way to eat this thing and even if I managed to take a bite it only contained one thing and did not provide me with the full taste palate that I had tried to create with my order. Also along these lines, the person I was traveling with got BLT snack wraps just to discover all the Mayo was placed in a way that it did not get consumed with each bite but remained in a pool at the very bottom of the wraps. Three bites and I was forced to abandon my meal in the nearest garbage can and drive away broken hearted

My boyfriend and i are so sick. We got food there and not only did they mess up our order, they gave us food poisoning or something. Only thing we ate today was their food and a couple hours after eating we are both in agony. i have the worst stomach pains and i want to puke... never eating there again😡🤢

I don’t believe that this place is properly maintained. One lady was very kind and another woman is consistently talking about the customers. Not in a friendly way. I actually avoided this place which is within walking distance a few times

Service at this Sheetz is soooo sloooow. It took them 25 minutes to make me 1 coffee, one week later I went back in and it took them 26 minutes to make me mac 'n' cheese bites. Terrible service.

Quick and easy stop for gas, drinks, munchies, restroom, lottery, ATM, coffee, or a quick bite to eat from the MTO menu. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a headache.
