I filled a prescription last month and was short 10 pills which I didn't notice until the next day. Thinking it was to late to speak up i just let it go. So this month I filled the same script and figured I would count them out on the counter in front of the pharmacist just incase! This was apparently a big no no to them and they rudely told me to go to the next window which I did and I continued to count them but was again told to go to the next counter. I have been to pharmacies in the city that will short you pills to pocket the rest for themselves. With the attitude I got for recounting my medication I believe this is what one of them did. No reason to be rude to someone for double checking unless you have something to hide. I will be changing pharmacies.

I just used the front of the store today. The Gentlemen at customer service was smiling, professional, helpful, and conversational about the service and if anything else was required. He always makes a bad day great. A real asset to CVS.

This is a mixed review. Last week I stopped in looking for vitamin K as I am deficient. The guy at the pharmacy couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Today I stopped in looking for ear drops. I have an ear ache. The woman at the pharmacy was the worst customer service person I have had the honor of coming in contact with for a very long time. Next time I need something I will scope and see who is working to determine if I stay there or go somewhere else.

I went here after a bad experience at another pharmacy. The pharmacy was slammed but the pharmacists were all friendly and helpful despite how busy it was. The atmosphere was welcoming. They filled my prescription quickly. I’ll be using this pharmacy going forward. Thanks for a great experience.

I worked for cvs as a tech for many years. They are by far the nicest people here. They know me by name. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing lol. But they are kind fill my meds. Ask me how I am. I am a behavioral health provider and always tell clients to fill here

I had surgery yesterday morning and the younger pharmacist not only LIED to my surgeon but also my insurance and the lady at the pick up window tried to claim my prescription was waiting for authorization. My insurance rep was hung up on twice by the pharmacist before she finally claimed she was not "comfortable" filling my prescription. Why not be upfront and state that right away instead of being absolutely rude and saying she didn't care what anyone said. Never going there again

I have never been so disrespected by someone in my life. The female pharmacist with the dark long brown hair discriminated against me in the worst of ways when I tried filling a prescription that ive been filling there for over a year with no problem. She really didnt give me a legit reason why she couldnt fill it. Just that she wasnt comfortable filling it. Also the way she talked to me and treated me was insane when I was so polite in return. I tried explaining my treatment plan and why i was on this medication and she completely turned her back on me and walked away. In a weird twist of events tho...im glad i had this experience because this led me to a new place with amazing people and less costs!!

My local CVS Pharmacy is super busy, but they work hard to get your orders done!They will call doctors office for your refills and text to remind you to refill all your scripts--very convenient!

Went to pick up a prescription today at 8:30 AM told it would be ready around 11. No problem came home went back and was told it would be 3 now not only that but the customer service was awful lady told me there was nothing they could do but they were backed up. I understand being busy but being rude and unprofessional to someone who was only going based off what they were told is another thing. Makes me really consider switching pharmacies after today.

Very poor customer service. I called 24 hours in advance to fill a prescription and was told it would be ready the next morning. I went to pick it up at 2pm and was told I had to wait another 20 minutes. I highly do not recommend this pharmacy!

They have messed up all of prescriptiona multiple times to the point of I refuse to get the one filled there. I would not recommend the pharmacy as I have heard from many people that it is a common occurrence for them to mess up important prescriptions.

Last week I had surgery on my foot and was given a prescription to fill on my way home. Although I normally fill my prescriptions at WalMart, CVS was the closest to my home so I stopped there to fill it. After filling my prescription, the man at the drive through, Scott, told me I wasn't allowed to fill any more prescriptions there since I usually go to another store. He was very, very rude to me and I left there in tears. I am very hurt knowing that I can no longer go there when I need to.

Pharmacy refused to sell me diabetic supplies which require no RX to purchase. After showing them I have a RX they still refused, telling me I had to wait 1-2 days.

My only complaint on CVS, is their prices are quit a bit higher than anywhere else. Only time I stop here, is if I’m in a hurry and don’t have the time to run out to Walmart.
