Absolutely love this veterinary clinic! The entire team is incredibly kind, understanding, and amazingly capable of caring for your beloved pets. The new building is so nice and the parking lot makes it so much easier to get pets safely inside. I've never felt like I was waiting a long time to get called back. The prices are incredibly reasonable without giving up the quality of care. As long as they will continue to have my pets as patients I will continue to make the hour drive to this wonderful vet.

We have taken our animals to Claysville Animal Care for several years and it's been a very positive experience. I can't say enough about how wonderful and supportive they were, when our older cat passed away last year. This year, they squeezed us in on very short notice to look at our kitten, who was having some issues. Personable, caring and knowledgeable staff.

I absolutely love this ve office. We got our dog during the pandemic, and it was impossible to get a vet in Pittsburgh, so we ended up here on a recommendation. Bow we stay because they are so great.Highly recommend.

We were lucky to find this clinic right after moving. They made time for our dog immediately, were clear and helpful about issues, and fit us in when an emergency happened. They are so kind, patient, and compassionate. Alison was the doctor in particular we worked with, but all of the staff we met were great. I've been through quite a few vets, it's quite hard to find one I really like and trust. I would definitely bring more pets here.

The staff here are so attentive and polite. The Vets are very knowledgeable and very compassionate when it comes to having to make that hard decision to let your pet cross The Rainbow Bridge. I wouldn't trust my fur-babies care to anyone else. I have been going here since they open up in Claysville. Mind you I live in Washington, but I gladly make the trip to see these wonderful, and caring bunch of people!

Like the last reviewer we arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled but waited in the reception area for 50 minutes, 35 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. We have been a long time client of this Vet but have noticed this trend over the past year or two but it's been the worst of late. The worst part is that there is no acknowledgment of their lateness on their part, not even a "sorry for the delay". The most ridiculous part of this visit was that our dog simply had to have a few stiches removed which literally took 5 minutes! They may have lost a long time client after today!

I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early to respect their time and schedule. I was pulled back to the room 10 minutes after my appointment time. I then waited 50 more minutes before I walked out. I respected their schedule, they should respect mine. I will never return.

Not professional at all. They can't even keep correct record of their books or communicate properly about vaccinations they are giving or bills. We also decided to let it go and give them a second chance. We moved away and then decided to come back and they held that against us. This is how they treat Military families. Do yourself a favor and take your animals somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and the childish behavior.✌

Excellent care for our hairy kids. Everything from maintenance shots to ear infections and neutering. I would highly recommend this office and staff to care for your canine family members. We do not do cats.

Had a cat there 10yrs. ago and when I called them a couple weeks before christmas they said since it's been 10yrs. that I am considered a new client, then called back this week they said they may not be taking new clients and they would call back.It's been a couple days and no call back yet.Poor customer service in my opinion.🙁
