Screen door left for four months to get a wheel. Replaced three calls was told it was gonna be done finally showed up talk to the manager/owner. He told me I would receive a call the next day that day went by by the end of the day I was down there. There was nothing done no call walked out the door terrible customer service do not recommend.

We cannot recommend this store enough. My husband and I went in for a grill and were quickly greeted by one of the associates and she helped us look at several grills, gave us great recommendations, and actually took the time to help us and answer any questions we had. We purchased the grill and had it delivered. The delivery driver was awesome. He took great care unloading the grill, helped us set it up, and showed us how everything works. Everyone from start to finish was so friendly and helpful and you really don't get that type of customer service most place anymore so it was actually refreshing dealing with everyone.

Amazing customer service!!!I was in town because my Father-in-law was in the hospital and he needed to have about a half dozen trees on his property cut down. After the first day, the chain I had was in need of being sharpened. I told them my situation and the following day I got a call it was ready to go. I got the rest of the work done on Thursday. I dropped the chain off again so it was ready to go when I got home, got a call mid-morning Friday to let me know it was ready.I can’t say how much I appreciate their willingness to help me out like they did.

A friend of mine had a large screened in porch and had difficulty finding someone to replace the screens. After much time and exorbitant prices from a few handymen I contacted Justice hardware who ordered all the necessary screening, which was not standard size and replaced the screens. The work was very professionally done. This was all done at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I went looking for a pole chain saw and they had just what i needed. I purchased the saw and one extension pole and i can't wait to try it out. Very friendly folks there and always willing to help out.

This place is amazing and will forever be my go-to!!! I stopped because my garden hasn't been started yet, I was really just grasping at straws for veggies. They have on their sign "half off tomatoe plants", I stopped. Picked out a bunch of stuff and went to pay.. the lady told me just take them, they're FREE!!It truly made my heart melt, my gardening attempts have failed twice this year (still new to the garden scene) and I was truly ready to give up.I will tell everyone how amazing they are, and to go there. I told them I'd be back this week to buy a grill!

**EXCEPTIONAL** This deserves 10 ⭐'s in my opinion! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment of checkout, service was on another level! It felt like we stepped back into a Time when it was fun to shop, everybody here wanted to help us. We originally came in for flowers because all the other stores were so expensive and had terrible customer service.. and we were greeted by the most wonderful people who gave us all kinds of great information on the right flowers and pointed us to the direction of a deal in my opinion, and then we came across Stihl brand lawn products and got a weed wacker at the lowest price I've ever seen, "but wait there's more" after we bought the product, the staff said now "meet us out the front because we're going to give you a demo of the product"!!! DO YOU KNOW THAT THEIR STAFF TOOK THE TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY AND SHOWED US HOW TO OPERATE THE WEED WACKER AND MADE SURE THAT WE HAD ALL OUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED!! I can't tell you how beyond impressed I am right now! IM 100% only going to shop here for my home and garden needs from now on! Wide variety of plants and flowers and excellent staff to help you. Rick helped me in the greenhouse picking out what plants I should have, which soil and fetishize would be right. He was very knowledgeable and even helped me put it all into my car. Hope to be back soon

I bought a BR 800 C-E backpack blower from them today. Even though the store's staff was spread thin their service and expertise was great. I walked into the store and 15 minutes later I walked out with my blower. They have won me over and I plan to keep shopping there for all my Stihl needs. Thank You!

As frequent customers, we continue to see problems with handicapped accessibility at this store. Store is usually difficult to navigate with wheelchair due to aisles stocked with inventory. Today, the ramp was essentially BLOCKED with fall flowers and very hard to navigate. It also seemed the flowers were "parked" in handicapped space. This is such a nice store, nice people, clean environment but lack of sensitivity to handicapped shoppers is disheartening.

Justus True Value is the only place for me. Most of the employees have been there for years and really know their stuff. I used to shop at the Big Stores only to find their customer service and product knowledge lacking. JTV always points me in the right direction, are helpful making my projects easier. Always a pleasure to go to the Store.

Showed up to pick up chairs that I wasn’t able to purchase online bc it said temporarily suspended in regards to ship to store. I was o my ordering 6 chairs. I showed the advertisement of chairs for 16.99 online to store clerk whom was very polite and professional. He asked manager if they could honor the price advertised. Manager said no they had to purchase online for that price I then showed store clerk how I was unable to do so. The manager whom was a rude degenerate came up to front, I also showed him how I was unable to purchase when I tried to add in my cart it wouldn’t let me complete he said yeah bc of the cornonavirus. So I said ok well you’ve seen I tried but he then said sorry nope! Can’t honor it! I still bought my chairs bc I needed them but I will nvr shop here again and will tell everyone I know not to either!! Had to give 1 star to leave a review but so not worthy of that. (The store clerk was exceptional tho, good job to you sir!!)

Nice neighborhood store. Plenty of knowledgeable people to help and give answers and directions. Always friendly. Not so big that you can't find what you need, decent sized selection of items. Good monthly specials.
