Dr Pawl and her team are phenomenal! I do not have enough good things to say. From my initial phone call, several texts, and our actual appoint, we were treated like family and with the utmost respect. Each team member was compassionate and Dr Pawl took so much time to make sure all my questions were answered. She also spoke of personal experiences and made herself human. We traveled 2.5 hrs for this facility and I’d have traveled further for the experience.

The best vet! The office staff is so compassionate and caring. They got us in for an earache right away. The techs are so loving and kind and always helpful. They made my sweet girl feel right at home. And the Doctors are amazing. Today we saw Dr. Brown, who quickly and professionally diagnosed the infection. They treat my pups like their own.

Absolutely felt so much better from the moment I walked in the door....Doc Chuck & Doc Taylor were very comforting & explained in detail what needed to be done...the 2 other people ( vet tech & intern ) I think )...were very friendly.....Thank you from Tank🐕💙

This is a lovely vet clinic. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Dr. Burton-Hall is an excellent veterinarian. She has been caring for my pets for many years and offers both traditional and alternative options for care. My dog has Cushing’s disease, and the life expectancy beyond diagnosis is 2 years. Under Dr. Burton-Hall’s care, my dog is almost 4 years past diagnosis and is living an active, happy life. I am grateful.

Overpriced, tried charging me $600 for puppy shots whenever Whispering Pines charged $170 for the same shots plus more (highly recommended them) then when I bring a dying puppy in they proceed to charge me $115 for an emergency then call the cops when I refused to pay. Just beware an emergency exam alone will cost $85 when any other local vet Including the for mentioned is cheaper. Not to mention lady on the phone for shots was super unfriendly and not informative at all as it was like pulling teeth talking to her

I love happy tails so so much! Dr.Pawl and the entire team treats my baby like family, he loves vet visits! I highly recommend if you want your fur family to be treated with the absolute upmost love and compassion. They always go the extra mile to make sure we are all happy and the office is super cozy and always clean!

I felt so welcome and not hurried out the door. I was explained about allergies in detail which I was never done before. I think I might of found a new veterinarian. Josephine says thanks for all the treats!!!!!

I never trust my cat and dog family members to anyone else. The office staff is always there to help me when I have an emergency or just need a regular appointment They never fail to greet me with smiles and kindness.I have had multiple emergencies and concerns with my dogs/cats and fosters over the many years as a client with Happy Tales and every technician and doctor is superb in their care, spending time and showing compassion. The doctors have amazing diagnostic skills and have given relief to many of my foster animals in my care.I will be forever grateful for everyone.Highly recommend.

Taylor and Noah were fantastic. She suggested so many ways to try to help Ruger with his hair issue. Noah was great with our intake. This hospitals just top on my list. All the staff are very passionate and caring. Dr Youkon is the best too

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies! Such a warm, loving and friendly place to be. The entire office staff always go above & beyond each time I visit. The visits never feel rushed & the Dr’s/Techs are always willing to go into great detail and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend!!!

The staff is always amazing. They are friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about our furry loves. The building is easy to find and incredibly clean. It doesn't smell like your typical vet office. Totally recommend!!

Dr Brown and the whole staff was wonderful. So kind and caring. Taking the time to diagnose a possible life threatening illness. It makes a big difference. Wonderful care for our pets as usual!!We found our dog to have a painful abscessed tooth. We called in, and we’re lucky enough to be able to be fit in within the hour. We arrived at Happy Tails and within minutes were in a room with the vet tech. Dr. Pawl followed shortly and treated our Lulu with so much kindness as did everyone else❤️ she was examined, prescribed meds, and set up for follow up care. We are happy to say that Lulu was her happy self and was able to enjoy breakfast this morning. Always so grateful for the Happy Tales Team and how they are always there for our dogs.

Taking my Boston Terrier baby girl Maya to her 1st vet visit for 6 vaccinations and other great benefits. I was not needed or mandated to have for some, but explained to me in a way I could understand. I would recommend Happy Tails to anyone. In very thankful my baby girl got such a great vet for life🙏

The best vet ever, hands down. Every interaction I’ve ever had with them has been amazing. They are always so happy and helpful and willing to answer any question I have. Happy Tales is amazing! Our poor puppy Leia was not feeling well and they got us in within a few hours!! Leia loved the staff, they diagnosed her quickly, and got her on the road to feeling better. Facility is nice and staff is great!!
