Great place to live!! Jay was always so helpful and nice, and got back to you with any questions/concerns efficiently. I lived here during my gap year before graduate school and I loved it. Very clean, apartment was spotless when I moved in. Rent was affordable and I felt safe having the cameras and having to swipe in the building at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend to any college students or working professionals!

I have lived here for 3 months now, and it's great! I have in building access to a good gym which is free to use. As well as washers and dryers, which new ones were installed last week. There is also a good amount of parking spots to choose from. I'm virtually minutes away from most fast food, grocery, and shopping stores. There is literally nothing negative I can say about living here. Jay and the staff that work here are friendly and will fix any kind of problem or issue you could have.

I was going to transfer schools and at the last minute decided not to I called the office and they had an apartment ready for me in 3 days! Living here has been the best decision I have made since coming to clarion. It’s clean, the building is secure and has surveillance, and every staff is so kind. I will forever recommend eagle park apartments!

Honestly, I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. I had bad experience after bad experience. My door lock broke multiple times and it was a hassle getting in touch with anyone to help. The first time it happened, I was left without a lock on my apartment door and instead duck tape covering the hole and a string attached to be able to open it. I had to move furniture in front of the door to feel safe that night, as anyone could swing my door open. There was also an incident where the maintenance man entered my apartment to check on a water leak and left blood throughout my apartment and on my personal belongings. I was never notified that anyone was in my apartment, I only became aware of the situation when I found blood and checked my camera inside my apartment. I just honestly never felt safe in this apartment and had more bad than good. With that being said, many people genuinely love Eagle Park, so maybe it just wasn’t a great fit for me. The only good thing I can say is Jamie is so sweet and helpful. She is always there to fix problems and help however possible. Just pray your problems happen when she’s working, mine didn’t.

I am a tenant living here for school. This place is amazing, it has great atmosphere, good people, and great prices. I definitely recommend to any working professionals and students in the area looking for accommodations.

The owners and employees of this establishment are so friendly and accommodating. The owner Jay is the sweetest and most friendly. He always asks about my life and what’s going on in it. Living here feels like living at home and not just some apartment complex like it does elsewhere. The people here really do care. Any issues I have had have been resolved that day just by talking to management. The RA’s are also very accommodating considering they are also college students and they are very helpful with assisting in after hours issues (other than maintenance issues) but there’s a guy for that too and he is also very friendly and accommodating. I do not have a single bad thing to say about this establishment or the people working here! I love living here and appreciate everyone who works here!

This is my 3rd year here. Jay is a great guy to deal with. Maintenance is always a text away and can resolve most issues, same day. Housekeeping is always accommodating if ya need to borrow a shampooer or vacuum. Highly recommended!

Eagle Park Apts is a great place to live! The apts are reasonably prices and the buildings are very well kept. Jamie, who we always dealt with, is very nice and wonderful to talk to. I don't think we could have found a better place that we felt more safe and secure then this apt complex! Thank you for everything !

After living here for a year going for my college degree I'd say this is one of the cheapest options for a Clarion student, but the apartment itself can be disappointing. Bed was very uncomfortable, even with mattress pad. Barely any closet space (I had a sectional and felt this way). Kitchens and bathrooms are small if you go the cheap route. No air conditioning at all so if you're going to college in the fall, be ready to pay up that crisp Benjamin Franklin to have your own air conditioning. If you don't have air conditioning you're going to sweat a lot even with the window open, there's no air circulation. Also, be prepared for your laundry to smell burnt. Since nobody knows how to do laundry here, the dryer filters are rusted all to hell and they are never replaced at least when I was here. All I have to say about Eagle Park is the staff is friendly, but the apartment itself just isn't the best. Yeah they clean your place when you're on winter break, but that still doesn't justify the problems I had living there.

I just had to write a review for Jaime at Eagle Park Apartments. I have never had such great service from anyone before. Jaime was so quick to respond to emails, but more importantly, she was so kind and thoughtful to us. She went out of her way to make sure our move-in was a good one. Thank you Jaime for everything!

Best value apartment living in Clarion. I felt safe here, Jaime & Jay are always accommodating- they offered me extra storage for my kayak at no charge. Mail/packages were always handled appropriately. Different room sizes to meet your needs. Gym is really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Jamie and Jay are super nice and always willing to work with students to meet their needs. If you ever need anything fixed or accommodated, they try their best to get it met for you. Very affordable living and kept clean. They also provide a security guard on site during night hours incase of emergencies.

Eagle Park gets an A+ in every area. The staff were friendly and professional as they created a customized solution for our stay. The facility is clean and safe, with ample parking and well-maintained grounds. There are a variety of sizes of suites, equipped with good quality furniture and appliances. There is a shuttle to the campus as well as easy access to public transit. An excellent choice!

I can’t say enough good things about Eagle Park. Jay and Jamie looked after us from start to finish and treated us like family. It is a clean, secure building with all the amenities, in a great location with plenty of transportation options. All the people we met there (both staff and residents) were friendly and respectful. If you are looking for an apartment in the Clarion area, definitely put Eagle Park on your list.

By far the best dormitory/studio apartment style living place in Clarion. It is open to college students and working professionals. It is kept clean, updated, and Jay (the owner) and Jamie (the “everything” girl) are so nice and always available. Would recommend living here, as I’ve done for the past 14 months!

Eagle park apartments is a fantastic place to live! Tucked away quietly from the main roads, you’ll never worry about noise or traffic from the college. It’s just a couple of minutes from the Clarion campus and a few more minutes to any shopping you will need. The staff are the most accommodating and professional you will find. You’ll be treated with the upmost respect at all times. You simply won’t find a better place to call your home away from home, than Eagle Park Apartments.

All of the staff here is extremely helpful, especially when I had to move in between semesters. They went above and beyond to make it less stressful and a smoother transition, and I already love my new apartment. It's set up nicely and all the furniture provided can be swapped out if you want, and all of the appliances work extremely well. And the best part is how affordable it is!

I actually love it here at Eagle Park. It is much cheaper than the cheapest university housing (at least when I lived on campus) and the staff are amazing and easy to talk to. The building has security cameras and key card locks on the external doors after a certain time so not just anyone can walk in. Furniture is supplied but you also have the option for them to take anything you want out and supply it yourself. I would highly recommend Eagle Park.

I had initially lived in Reinhard Villages, and when I discovered EP I instantly knew this was where I wanted to live out my college career. The staff is the best, Jamie and Jay are incredibly nice and professional. If you’re looking for a place to rent an apartment during school that’s affordable, safe and clean this is it!

Worst Place to rent in Clarion, They literally give you a tiny apartment where you can't even move, they have no air conditioning and they have very small windows, so basically it's like a jail cell and they are asking for $600 a month!!!! That place also had mold. They will only give you your mail whenever they want, they literally kept one package hostage for 3 days and they went through my stuff in the apartments when I wasn't there many many times. Seriously you can find better deals in Clarion, they make it sound like it's cheap but I guarantee that you will find better places, I would think twice before even looking at this stinky place.

I just moved in and absolutely love it here! It's quiet and very safe. It was fully furnished and everything was in such great condition. The owner, Jay, is so helpful & kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and safe place to live.

I am a grad student who needed a place to stay off-campus. Eagle Park provided a low-cost, very quiet, and safe building for me to stay. The building has good security and lighting. They go above and beyond when it comes to salting and shoveling.One big plus is that the free student bus(with ID) to school and Walmart/hospital, etc. stops here right out in front. The apartment has a small shuttle bus as well. If you miss the BIG bus or just don't enjoy a big bus, you can usually catch the little shuttle. Being from several hundred miles away, I had my car and could easily drive to school. Still, if it was nice out, I would usually just walk. A lot of kids ride a bike. It's only really a 10-15 minute walk to most of the halls on the science,art,student association,social science, and gym complex.A graduate mostly wants silence for study. When you are graduate level in college housing, it can be a little frustrating, because of the volume level of the younger students. I can honestly say, I did not have a problem here. Other apartments in the area that I looked at were drafty and cold in the winters. This place seems to have been in good condition and heated well. Another plus, is my hometown is several hours away, so having the apartment pre-furnished REALLY helped.Take the one-star review with a grain of salt. There is a lot of immaturity up here at this college. The people in the business office and the security guard were very kind to me for the duration of my stay. If you follow the rules, pay your rent, and act like a responsible adult, you definitely won't have a problem here. Take that from an older student who has been around the block a couple times.
