Great place in Claridge to take poochers for bath, nails, toys, etc. Already planned next visit. Only suggestion... The packaging on the toys I purchased was seriously dusty. Looks like someone needs to spend a min and dust all the racks. But that is simply housekeeping. The staff is friendly and work well with my dog. The prices are good and they can do a complete pampering for any size or type of dog.

What a wonderful experience!!! This was my pup's first trip to the groomer, and I was a complete nervous wreck. But from my very first contact with the team there, my mind was eased. From their super-quick response to my online request for an appointment, to their reassurance that my girl was in good hands when we got there... It was all good!!Coco came out calm and relaxed, and looking like a beauty queen!! AND, they gave her a bag of treats and goodies when we left.I can't wait to take her back next month!!

7/8/23Three weeks ago I rescued a Bernese Mountain Dog from a puppy mill. She was in desperate need of a grooming!! I had an appointment with Molly who advised me what was needed and why. The best customer service and best complete grooming ever!! I can only do so much, this team does it all, absolutely fantastic!! Thank you to everyone at Pampered Paws and Claws!!11/16/2020-They did it again, they knocked it out of the park! Brought my dog Piper in (year and a half old Australian Shepherd) for a mini spa day. Brittany and the crew did a FANTASTIC job! More than reasonable! - the hidden secret of Claridge! You've tried the rest now TRY THE BEST!WOW! Fantastic, stopped in for one thing, ended up with some real sound advice, answers to questions I didn't know to ask or understand! Stephanie and staff are great! Great experience from start to finish. Very quick to respond to the email and get an appointment scheduled. When we arrived at our appointment we felt very welcomed. Stephanie and Jen are awesome! My dogs get the best grooms here by the friendliest and most professional groomers around. The store is stocked with every kind of healthy food, treats, training devices, and grooming products that you could imagine. The walk-in nail trims make it so convenient to run in and out with supplies and trimmed nails in a matter of minutes. I'll never trust my fur babies with anyone but Stephanie or her highly trained staff.

I take my dog there regularly for the $5 walk in nail cut. Everyone that works there is super nice and very professional. They make my dog feel comfortable enough to have his nails cut and ground down in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

I stop in to have my corgis nails trimmed. At times a bath and buy food there. Jake has been problematic others attempt his nails but they are fast and efficient and I never have a problem there..they only carry quality food products and can answer questions. I have recommended pampered paws and claws to many and they have been very happy with the service also

Stephanie does such a great job with my 15 year old persian cat. She actually alerted me to get him medical attention a few months ago. He has thyroid disease and now is on medication and doing well. Can't thank her enough.

So, I tried this place three times at different time, for just nail trimming, very poor. Plus the customer service needs some work. If your under staff your not going to be very pleasant. I get it, your doing it all. I don't like to give reviews but you forced me to do it, after the 3rd time. Anyway, let's do better, not mad or upset, but kindness goes a long way. Have a better day!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've only gone twice, both times I've just walked in with no appointment and they took care of me immediately. Even recommended some foods they sold to help with dog (with no pressure to buy).

Just curious why I cant have Lauren groom my dogs per stephanie, but yet somebody else posts something regarding appts and groomer availability and stephanie posts that there are other qualified groomers??? I wanted lauren I liked the way she groomed my dogs, stephanie informed me shes the one who does my dogs! Okay that's fine I found another groomer who does a better job, actually and EXCELLENT job for less money and WAY less attitude!
