Where we live they cant keep the store open. Not enough workers and management is poor. Need to pay these people better wages so you have people working there and will stay.

All Dollar General outlets tend to be inadequately staffed, causing extended waiting times. Now, some of these stores have fluctuating operating hours, contingent upon staff availability. Cleanliness is typically not their strong suit. Their primary attraction is their affordability. It's high time that the Dollar General headquarters showed more engagement, especially considering that in numerous instances, a Dollar General store is the sole shopping option within a community. Don't plan on the store being open, and waste time and money getting there--chances are this store will not be open.

This is a pretty clean store but the parking lot is in disrepair. One of the 3 staff members on duty while I was there was very nice. The other two were not mean or rude.. just indifferent. The place was sorted well and everything was easy to find.

I visit this store at least six times per week. Many days I will make two or three trips. The whole staff knows me by name. They always greet you with a smile. They always take the time to answer your questions. They will always take you right to whatever you are looking for. We don't have a grocery store in this town, but they are always changing the items that they carry, especially food items, trying to accommodate mostly everyone. Very clean store too.

This DG is absolutely horrible now. They make their own hours that NEVER match the posted store hours. You're better off calling before going if it's after 4PM... YES 4PM!!!Doesn't help that they are likely offering people $7.50/hr...

I strongly disliked being an employee at this place, they mess with your hours,they give you lousy notices,lots of top managers are very rude and they give you now real chance to advance.They overwork you for the pay,they have you doing other people's job even tho your not getting there pay salary! I was left alone several times without a key to be able to assist customers,so in result we lost customers,it just wasn't a place for me at all..! My boss was fun,creative,he really has a good heart and really wanted to do good things there but its honestly just impossible! I gave it 2 stars only because of him!!

Great people working there, very friendly and Leah knows her customers well! She answers every question and sometimes even ask you if you got things she knoqs you regularly get. She even told me my husband was just there and bought the same thungs i was about.,whuch saved me money.

THE BEST Dollar General around! The store is always neat, clean, and orderly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fast and efficient! If I ever moved out of Clairton, I would actually go out of my way to shop at this location.

Nice small store for quick run in and outs to pick up what you need in a hurry. They carry everything from food to Greeting cards to vitamins. They also have digital coupons which everyone should check out. Nice way to save a few dollars.

Great, clean store with a large grocery section which is great for our town which has no true grocery store! Dollar General has most of your everyday needs so you don't have to drive out to those larger stores like Wal Mart.

The store was very clean and organized, and the cashier was nice and friendly, as well. I found what I was looking for, with no problem, and I didn't spend much time in line. Would definitely come back.

Cashier was so unprofessional another cashier had waited on me and checked id for cigarettes then she came and asked for it again i told her i gave it to the girl she slid my id off the counter and said she didn't need attitude and cancelled my order will never go there again need to hire better help!!!!!!
