This location doesn't have the greatest selection. Every once in a while I will find a stand out piece of clothing or some nice shoes. The non-clothes items and kids clothing/toys are really lacking.

I called prior to my arrival today. The employee that answered assured me there were several briefcases available. I needed one for my grandson's school project. Upon our arrival there were none. Very disappointing.

Just left a moment ago. Alright selection. Employees unhelpful. Lights and card reader went out ln the middle of shopping had to leave to get cash. Upon return one item did not have a tag. I asked for price and was met with refusal to sell. Company policy I didn't quit grasp until it was explained fully. While That's all well and fine. I'm not going to shop in the dark and pull out cash at another location to be told I can't buy their stuff. Won't be back.

I mainly went to look for decor (I collect bird&waterfowl decor/antiques) &my gram who doesn't drive wanted me to see if they had any bookshelves. They hardly had any furniture or shelving currently...I know usually it sells the day it is donated if they put it out, so I wasn't holding my breath for the bookshelf. However, I did find a very pretty collectors tin w/birds on it and 2 pair of denim. They don't have as much to pick from in the "small" sizes in the denim. The goodwill a few exits north has a bit more. They seemed to have more large sizes donated than smalls at the current time. Hollister &Banana Republic were the 2 I found&chose to buy. The "color of the wk" is blue so I got the Banana Republic pair half off. Very nice staff and seemed very knowledgeable. I also overheard them asking the customers if they needed help with anything while I was shopping. That is always a good thing when your in a store where there is a vast amount of different inventory daily. The quicker you find what you are possibly looking for (if it doesn't find u first) the better for you and the staff. Everyone wants to be on their way (if your the customer)&or get on with their day😀. It was a good experience. No long long lines either. Which was a change compared to most stores. They definitely need some donations though (im not speaking for them; its just an educated guess). So if you want to get rid of some stuff they probably need it, so maybe donate it at the Cheswick location😁❣

It's a standard Goodwill. Solid for some thriftshopping and looking at neat things. This store has more inventory than the Natrona Heights location. They have so many paintings, mirrors, and various wall art that I couldn't possibly look at it all. I always end up getting, or am at least delighted by something I see in that section of the store. I do wish they had a larger selection of vinyls, but that is obviously beyond their control since it's donation based.Some of the employees here have been there for a very long time, so they really do a nice job keeping up with stock and keeping things organized. All of the employees are very nice. Don't forget to roundup your change if you can!

I shop in this thrift to find some good bargains. Electronics are very limited and usually not the best of quality. Today I picked up six shirts that were very nice. Four of them were t-shirts with fantastic graphics and two of them were Pearl snap western shirts. Also found three pairs of shoes that weren't too bad, mostly bread and butter but I did find a nice pair of Vans that fit perfectly.

I am very disappointed, I used to shop here and find stuff periodically. Today I tried to get a Disney infinity figure most of the toys are under $5 and when I brought it to the front they told me they couldn't sell it to me because it didn't have a sticker on it. Um isn't it your job to put a sticker on it? So why are you telling me I can't buy this little toy? I'm buying the same toy online instead for $4 free shipping. I'm sorry but in a store where everything is donated and you are making pure profit on each item that is terrible customer service. Then they asked me to round up to donate to Goodwill even more 🤦‍♀️

"I bought a men's long-sleeve dress shirt in good condition. I got it for half of the original price due to it having a certain color barb for the particular day that I shopped in the store. A matching necktie (good condition, too) cost me $3. I had a good employee-customer experience with the attending cashier. Libby, I believe, was her first name. Thanks!"

I like this Goodwill location a lot. Organized. Nice balanced selection of merchandise. Friendly staff.*Update. I said this staff was friendly but I want to elaborate. We shop a lot of Goodwill stores. This location is our favorite in the area as the staff is really that nice. The friendliest around.They go out of their way to help you. Always smiling. They get to know regulars like us. The store has a great atmosphere as a result.

Goodwill has good selection of good quality clothing. Some with store tags still on them. They have a different color tag half off each day but can be hard to find. Lots of housewares and holiday items.

It's a very nice store,with a large collection, though it's ALWAYS hot in that store. I never have time to wander around; I get too hot. Also wish they had one section just for shoes instead of scattered around the tops of the clothing racks.

This specific store has gotten so over run by resellers its impossible to shop any more. Nearly impossible to find anything decent. The restocking here is slow so lots of the same items every time you go.

Had a not so comfortable experience here last week. I come up to check out and theres 2 employees at the register. The one woman at the register I've seen before, a sweetheart as always, but a male employee was packaging my stuff. I got a very nice top for a festival outfit, only to be told by the male employee i would look like a stripper. The entire transaction it was questions on why i want this stripper shirt, do i know its see-through, ect. Why do you care so much about what Im buying? His sexist comments made both the cashier and i very very uncomfortable. So unprofessional

Dont really care this one they have everything marked the same price but give you a 50% color Monday-Saturday and $.99 on sunday but it's just for clothes. They charge walmart prices on little desk lamps when I can go to 5 below and get one for $5.00 new

Every time I donate something which is quite often I always go in the store to see if I can find something. I usually can find a toy or a shirt . It just depends On the day. Definitely worth going too!!

It's a pretty standard Goodwill. A little on the dirty side and the games/toys section is usually a mess because customers treat it like a nursery and staff don't keep up on cleaning it or dissuading people from dumping their kids in it and walking off.

Super CLEAN,very well organized & laid out MUCH better than most Goodwill stores. Only drawback, 19.95 for USED comforters that probably only cost 30 new from dollar store or walmart.

This is a typical Goodwill store , nicer than some .. Easy access in Cheswick, lots of parking , especially if you are handicapped. Lots to look at .. inventory always changes quickly.. large store!! God Bless, Keith..

Clean store very well organized friendly staff has a little bit of everything here something for everyone. One thing i do wish is that there were more clothes for "big" people. Other than that its one of the best goodwills ive been in.everything in its place and easy to find its very easy to navigate thru the store n i like that alot. Ill definitely b back

This is one of the BIGGEST SCAMS, the man is a Billionaire making even more money from donated items every day. Veterans get a discount 1 day a week. Veterans served more than 1 day a week, shouldn't they receive discounts every day, just as Sr.Citizens should. Also,the items are over priced. The owner has an appraiser set the prices. Be careful folks when shopping Goodwill.

Not the best selection in the area, often with malfunctioning and completely un-checked merchandise... But the prices are typically so low that it really doesn't matter. I cannot speak for the clothing or doo-dads, but for the electronics, software, and games selection... Which is small to say the least. But if you're out on a thrifting run on the hunt for classic electronics and or those gems that pop up here and there, its a fair place to pop in.
