Has gone downhill. 2 out of 3 games are broken. Place is run down and needs some serious TLC. Got rid of the best bartender. Bouncers are rude. Sucks because it’s the only local bar left. Guess it’s time to stop drinking.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was a brighter atmosphere than expected and bartenders were very attractive and quick to make conversation. Drinks were righteous and did not break the bank. I had lived in this area for 7yrs but had prejudged Big Dogs in a negative way. It was my first time and it was fun.

I went to Big Dogs this afternoon with my father for lunch. The customers at the bar were well-tended to, but the customers in the dining room were BLATANTLY ignored. We were given glasses of water within 5-10 minutes of taking a seat, then we waited another 10-15 minutes. Our waitress did not offer us a menu or to take our orders. In fact, she was invisible for almost the entire time! So what was she doing? Was she twiddling her thumbs? Picking her nose??? So we got up and left. We have no plans on returning. If I could give this place a 0-star review, I would. Don't go just to eat! If that's all you want, order take out, and I wish you the best of luck!

New to the area. I have been here a few times. Met the owners wife who was very nice and a good bartender. Came back, was a girl named Tina working there. Was very involved with some guy she was talking with at the bar. Tried to get her attention to get a drink, she looked at me kept talk. Tried a few more times and the same. Wanted to like going here because of location but will probably pass in the future. Went to a bar further down, within 5 minutes I had a beer and a menu. What an odd concept but it makes the owners money I guess

Staying in Harmarville for work and found this place by reading Google reviews. Definitely my kind of place. Good, solid blue collar crowd. Very good burger. Cheap beer (PBR on tap)! Friendly, hospitable (and CUTE) bartender. Thumbs up from me. Will be back.

Great atmosphere. Definitely a hidden jewel of the Harmarville area. Food is really good and reasonably priced. Some of the best drink specials in the area. Beautiful wooden bar as you enter the front door, with seating areas for awesome local bands and DJs on the weekends. If its a busy night, they open the downstairs lounge were you can sip cocktails and relax. Highly recommended.

Get your drink on at big dogs great place great atmosphere definitely worth stopping in shoot pool throw darts or play one of the few video slot machines they also serve food but you have to get there before the kitchen closes I don't know what time that happens but I hear they have good wings and nuggets so stop in to big dogs where everyone is a big dog

Always fun at Big Dogs. Good pizza too. They were out of medium shells and instantly made us a large no charge. Fried mushrooms were good also

Ordered a whole steak and cheese with fries. Went to pick up my order. Was a bit early so waited. Got back to work to eat it and no fries. Sandwich was great as was the service. Just no fries that I ordered. Hmmm.

Great place! Cheap drinks, good food, very nice and large area. Not much to look at from the outside but once you walk in you'll be pleasantly surprised! Check it out on Facebook at big dogs bar.

Bartenders suck and it's a dirty place. Food is okay but the wait is terrible and I suspect the kitchen is gross.
