They need other brands of just regular coconut milk in the dairy section, plus their new cashiers that work the customer service desk should realize that by the self checkout registers they have coolers with cold water

I have had to go back to the shop and save on three different trips in one day! I kept forgetting things they had to show me where the dog food was and all of this special supplies that I needed because I'm very unfamiliar with this area however I have never been in a shop and save with such fine and friendly customer service help!! It felt like a family-friendly environment

I have been in your newly remodeled store in Rochester, and I love it just as much as I love the one near me in Brighton Twp. You both are ran by St. Barnabas which is a private Christian group, and you both have amazingly good people working at your store as well as the one in Brighton Twp. Keep the good work up Shop-N-Save, and your hardware store in Rochester seems real good too. God bless you all, and may you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.

It was to be a Grand Opening today but of all thing offered in there add I only found one thing. Everything was out of stock. Construction was still under way. Why does Safrans not have ground beef in Rochester? I have to go to Tusca store to get that. Love the store and the staff just don't get the Grand opening thing.

All this store ever needed was a good remodeling. Now they have PLUS added a hardware store inside. Great place to get everything you need in one stop.

Always a Great place to buy meat and find Local Products you can't find in most larger markets! Really Nice Fresh Local Meat usually..Lately I've had to Watch The Dates on Meat and Bake Goods!!? Its quite a way for me to Go, if it continues guess I'll have to search for another Market!?

Store looks prettier but it's lacking a lot of stuff now that space is wasted on a tool store. Didn't have a thing I went for. Not much reason for me to go there now.

Most employees are friendly.the employees in deli and prepared foods are lazy and seem to be annoyed if you ask for anything. Fried food is most always burnt.and they always seem to close early. Rest of store is clean and well layed out. Only other complaint is the expired food on shelves, something really needs to be done about that.

While shopping here, I found myself reflecting on how bad the economy is. Shelves are stocked low. Many goods are near expiration dates and some have expired. The employees are very friendly and as a first time shopper, I felt at home. Not sure if the goods quality is the locations fault or just the logistics problem we’re having. Let’s pray for better times to come.

Do not but meat here. Their coolers are not keeping meat fresh. Bought lunch meat and was bad by morning. The looks of the chicken and beef look horrible. Girl at front desk evwn said the coolers have not been working right since they moved stuff around.

The store was clean and the isles were well labeled. I have never gotten meat from shop n save but bought pork chops for a lot less than I would've at giant eagle. The quality of the meat was really good and was pleasantly surprised considering the price I paid. I will most likely change grocery stores after checking the store out. The check out lady gave me a weird vibe when I asked her to bag the meat separately from the other things I bought because she put something else I bought in with the meat. She told me she was trying to save bags and put something that wasn't meat in with the meat which I don't like. She made me feel wasteful and like a weirdo when I asked for the meat to be bagged separately.

I started coming to this Shop & Save around 6 months ago. Every time I shop I am very pleased by how courteous and willing to help every one of the employees are. Like most typical grocery stores, their prices are a bit high unless you are there for a sale, but they often have GREAT sales. Great work to whoever has been managing the place and to all the workers who always leave me a bit happier when I leave :)

Haven't been in this store for a while. I really like the "new" layout! Definitely makes shopping easier with the split aisles. We checked out at the service desk area and the women was very nice and helpful.

My wife and I go here when they have good sales on meat! Not only do you get great prices but you get GAS PERKS also to save on gas ! Store is very clean and well managed! Store is not crowded at all and they have a few electric carts if you are handicapped as I am! GREAT STORE!

Layout of the store, wide open aisles, unique placement of Frozen food makes this my favorite shop n save so far to shop at. I've been to about 5 to 7 others in the pittsburgh area..this one is tops in my books.

Store has taken negative turn. Deli frequently closes early and when open, employees seem annoyed to wait on you. Meat sales not nearly as good as in past. Employees at checkout always friendly.
