Maddie is the best! She has been grooming my goldendoodle since he was a puppy. He has such coarse and curly hair and I know it is tough to groom, but she makes him look so cute ! I can’t tell you the amount of compliments I get after each grooming. Not only that she is the sweetest! She is so communicative and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She has a very special talent and she is also just a special person. Milo, my pup loves her and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Angela took great care of Barclay on Saturday morning. I asked her a lot of grooming questions and she answered them to my satisfaction. She managed the grooming reception area exceptionally well even though she is not the manager. She took care of bringing in a large Bearnaise Mountain Dog for his grooming session and took Barclay in after all my questions to give him a pedicure with nail clipping and buffing. She did this with such a great positive attitude in spite of how busy the grooming department was. I will go there again definitely. I believe that I have taken Barclay there at least 4 or 5 times now. Everyone is very upbeat, energetic, customer-service driven. I was impressed that the store even had a greeter to help people as soon as they walked in the door. It is my new favorite place to go for dog care. Thank you!
