I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! They always have my drinks ready by the time I arrive. Staff are super friendly and parking usually isn’t a problem. Great place to meet up and conveniently located!

Wish I could leave a good review because I hate leaving a negative one, and almost never do. This redo of Giant looks great and the food choices are numerous and tasty. However the check out experience is horrible. Almost all lanes are self check out. I’d prefer this option except the computers really really don’t want you to use your own bags. I have tried over 20 times to check out, using my own bags, following all the instructions given by the staff waiting to help. Some of them have begged me to write this review because they understand that the computer is counterintuitive regarding using our own bags.I’m sorry to say that I reached the breaking point today when every attempt to comply with the computer, regarding bagging in my own bags, was rejected. Even though this store is nearly in my backyard, I will be looking for other options. Single use plastic bags may be convenient, but terrible for the environment. So are single use paper bags, so I bring my own. Whoever wants to still use these, that is your business. But a store that practically forces me to use them is off my list of businesses I can patronize now. Regretfully!

The renovations make the store look newer and more open but leaves very little room for walking the store with a cart while anyone else is nearby. Also, they have opened more self service registers but the lines are still super long due to a lack of live cashiers.

I witnessed a meat employee drop a filet on the floor . He picked it up and put it on the table. After I walked away, he put it in the meat counter .Good thing I don’t but meat already wrapped!

This small format Giant (formerly a Genuardi's) is getting a new look. If you find many new grocery stores to be big and overwhelming, this is your store. The store is currently under a total renovation. It appears the plan is for wider aisles, a new location for the pharmacy and a new location and updated look for their Starbucks Cafe. All good stuff (ongoing renovation while the store is open).

Giant's self checkout with the conveyor belts changed to single scan and place item.This has greatly lengthed the process on self checkout and makes me go to a check out with an associate.

Worst self checkouts the machines never work and they never put a sign up saying does not work the management here is terrible I spent an hour food shopping only to find out the machines were down and it was cash only I had to leave my cart there I don't carry large amounts of cash on me nobody does

Giant is as always a wonderful store to go for anything that you could possibly want. They didn't have jelly beans but it was the day before Easter...so that was my fault for waiting so long. Luckily I really didn't need them.( No kids) 😅 WHEW . Great place.😁♥️

This store is absolutely amazing. They have just about everything. Then I'd only have a bakery in a deli like you're common grocery store, but they also have a pizza station and they also have a deli station to create your own sandwiches and the top it all off they have a sushi station and a Starbucks. I've tried sushi for the first time last week and I have to admit it not only looked too good to eat but it was absolutely amazing and I would suggest and request anybody want something quick and fast to go I would definitely go to this giant for all the things that you would need for your home and everything is so nice and neat and clean

This grocery store is consistently clean, well stock and great overall. Food court is very good. Soup, sandwich, pastry, pizza, sushi, Chinese food. They have it all. The staff here are well trained, friendly and helpful. Can they help you? Yes. They can.

It’s a nice grocery store. It may not be as big as some of the stores I’ve been in before but it’s compact with great selection. The produce is absolutely fantastic. And there’s always plenty of sales.

We like going to this Giant because, unlike it's name, it's not the vast sprawling warehouse type feeling that some of the other Giant's in the area are. It's smaller, well staffed, well thought out with a nice selection of hot and to-go food. The salad bar is clean and has some foods they change up on a day to day basis so you never know what you'll get for an "extra". Soups are delicious. The eat-in area needs to be cleaned up more often, but other than that, great store, and it's nice that it's typically quieter than other Giant stores.

No integrity, lack of professionalism, trying to cheat customer!Giant food store located on 141 Swedesford Chase Road, Exton, PA, has been my top one shopping place for 25 years. However, I had a horrible experience that I have to write this negative review in my life experience first time.I went to rent a carpet cleaner machine this morning (11-7-2020). After I got home and found there was no attachments. So, I went back to the store and asked the customer service person who I rent from, for the attachment. He found there was no one available.Then, I was told to return the machine today to get partial refund. Then, he went to ask another man, a big guy. The man came to me and said, it was my responsibility to rent attachments. I argued that the attachments have always been part of the rental before. Then, he told the first guy to give 15 dollars refund toward next rental, but, the machine has to be returned by 2pm. It was 11:30am at that time. It is 35 dollars for 24 hours rental, now , it became 20 dollars for 2.5 hours. What kind of business is this? It is cheating! It is exploiting the customer!I was trying to make it work by asking when the attachments would be available. Then, this big guy said, "you are trying to bribing me". What? Bribing by offering you what? It did not make any sense at all! During the conversation he was also making faces to the younger guy. What kind of behavior is that? Finally, I returned the machine period. I did not want to deal with him at all.I went to Home Deport. The Home Deport store is 32 dollars for 24 hours with ATTACHMENTS. Go to Home Deport for renting a Rug Doctor for their excellent service, lower price, and honesty.This guy has no integrity, lacks of professionalism manner, and tries to cheat and exploit the customer. He even could not figure out the result of 35 dollars minus 15 dollars for five minutes. He had to ask the younger guy and used the computer to figurer it out. Now, my favored store became the place fill with all horrible memory.I do not write a bad review for anyone because I know people work hard for their job responsibility. I have very good personal relationships with those who work at Pharmacy, Citizens Bank, and self-checkout section.This is my first negative review with 100% honesty in my life. Every word speaks for the truth and is based on the fact. The service provided to me yesterday even did not deserve one star, however, there was no less than one star rating that I could select. I posted my review at Giant Foods website yesterday afternoon, and expected to get some response, but it was deleted this morning instead. Giant Foods needs to review the case. I am sure you can find who the person was since there were only two guys working there yesterday morning. Deleting the review, it can only make things worse. I hope this is not representing the Giant Foods as a whole, I am trying to keep my trust to the Giant Foods.Thanks for the information technology, that makes things more transparent in many different ways! Too bad, the Rug Doctor has a representative who does not represent them well!

This is my go-to grocery store. Their organic/natural foods section is large and the selection is outstanding. It's always very clean. The produce is always very fresh. Giant has definitely become a much better grocery store in recent months.

Place has been making me broke lately as the cost of food has been skyrocketing to the moon, guess it's not totally Giants fault but I've been only going here if I need a thing or two because when I get out the the sharp shopper near Ephrata if I'm gonna fill the cart because it's at least a bean cheaper for me. No joke.

Giant is a good place for shopping, but their prices are higher in comparison to other similar stores. This one was quiet at 8 pm on Thursday and short on staff, so it took me 10 minutes to find someone to answer my question.

Manager was completely rude. Came at 9:00 on March 17th. Manager should be fired. Asked him very politely where a pizza was and he was very rude in his response. I spend hundreds of dollars a week here on groceries and will not be returning and you can thank that manager for that. Did not catch his name as he refused to tell me, but he was bald. Will not let him get off on this one, will be calling tomorrow morning.
