I like this dollar store, the sales associates are very nice and helpful and the store is pretty clean. Some dollar stores have this weird smell, this one doesn’t. It’s well maintained and there is a nice variety of things to choose from.

Store never open and safe is inside and rake extended lunch breaks during hrs. Of operation. As I'm in parking lot now there is 6 people including myself waiting to get into the store. The manager needs to be replaced with a store manager that is equipped to run a store. Nor sure why cooperate completely ignores this poor management. 😕

Customer service ladies were very helpful and attentive towards our needs. They were very cheerful happy and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even got a good laugh or two while we were there good shopping experience!

It's a family dollar in chester... May the odds be ever in your favor.I will say the customers are more of a problem than staff, staff is usually courteous and busy working. However, you'll pull up at 5pm on a Tuesday and they're closed. Locked up and lights on. It happens often enough that i always check to see if there's other people in there before i walk into the door. It's random and annoying.

The White, heavyset Cashier was SO RUDE!!! He knew nothing about how to redeem coupons through the app and was the manager at the store! The young black kid was so kind and tried to navigate the process. Time I went was 7:33pm on 5/12.

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT BUILDING GREAT PARKING !!!BUT they need a better management team inside ...it is 10AM the store is still not open !!!!! this is so often and close early !!! why bother with a open hours signin the front ??for a national corporation store ??? the headquarter people need to spend some time to check it out . and the fridge alway empty im sure they get busy but still make no sense for days without any new stock. and the isles need some cleaning up .. i think it is one of the best looking family dollar store but the team need work.

Walked in just to buy a drink and couldnt run out of there fast enough. The stores condition was absolutley disgusting and filthy. None of the isles were faced and there were items all over the place including all over the floors just waiting for a customer to trip over. Not very safe at all. To top it off as I walked in the cashier behind the register was vomiting into a trash can. Absolutley disgusting!! Can not believe the store remains open for business in the condition that it was in. Needless to say I left without buying a drink and will not be returning to that filthy dirt store again.

The worst store in all of Chester. The employees are terrible, rude, and the store is easily the dirtiest in the city. They constantly refuse service to ppl cause they don’t want to work and the lines are always long cause the employees are too busy talking to each other. They should just shut it down.

People are super friendly & helpful. Never have enough cashiers on the registers! The one girl stands there (at the register) wearing earphones! How is that professionalism? Hmmmm!

This store is never opened during business hours. Most of the time the doors are locked and they open when they want to. Or short staff either way I never can go during normal hours and know they will be open as stated on their sign. Poor staffing and service.

The family Dollar on edgemont was the dirtiest store ever..u baoats in every lane..clutter behind the register.. terrible.. unsafe and nasty..never again will I shop in there..they don't even get a star

I think I may have left my cell phone there about an hour ago so I called the store to ask if anyone had found it? I have called 6 times in the past ten minutes and nobody answers the phone? What reason could there possibly be for that?

The store never opens on time. A lot of the staff I've in countered were rude. Store appearance is very unorganized.
