What happened to the short Muslim manager that was there! She kept the store in order! It is a mess now! staff is loud rude and just ignorant, lines are more backed up, staff talk to each other in the most disrespectful way. They eat up at the register chewing in your face. I hate going here now! Ill take a little further drive to the other one just to avoid going in here! New management is absolutely needed!

the staff here are unacceptable if you have confrontation with anybody in that store or area call 911 immediately it's ironic but, there looking for innocent people to take advantage of. Worst family dollar I ever been to they close a half hour early everyday and tell customers they have a time limit at 8:30. Corporate needs to hire new staff or shut the store down...

The ladies are nice. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the cashier situation. I would still go back I'd just pick a different time. In their defense it was only an hour before close.

Very unprofessional twice they have theatened ppl and there is a fake corporate number where no one ever answer I will be forwarding my complaint. Twice these white managers they are hiring were acting racist and disrespectful in a black neighborhood I’ve tried to reach out to corporate no one ever answers

The employees are very nice and very helpful I visit the one on the east side of Chester where the old Bottom dollar is there just as polite and very helpful the cashiers there she is very very nice and keeps a beautiful smile on her face

No one is ever at register and they close earlier than expected. I drove all the way there just to see they locked the door 17 minutes before closing. I guess they pick and choose the time.
