Hello and good day. I came to this Dollar tree because I needed index cards for school. Since I'm not familiar with this particular store, I wanted to walk around and see what's what. But since I didn't have time, well, let's just say this is what I saw (insert pictures). Now, this is the only aisle I was in because I stated previously, I needed index cards for school. It was difficult to find what I was looking for due to the different items that were all over the place. I'm pretty sure if this Dollar Tree was taken care of properly without it looking like the pictures, it might draw more customers (just my opinion). But, on the flipside, it do have some goodies on the other shelves that customers may need and the shelves were well stocked. But, all and all, that's why I gave this store a three star rating ⭐⭐⭐.

What a dump, unless you have all day to waste to find a single thing then whatever. Every department is a mess mixed with everything from every other department. A waste of time when after spending time looking for what you came in for you can't find it. Good luck shopping at this dump. On top of the messy store the parking lot is always full of trash. Zero pride at this location.

The dollar tree is a good store, to get thing's cheap. The candy is really good. The only thing I don't like about it they do not sell cigarettes. But the positive thing they are a second chance employer and they hire people with psycholog5 problems and disabilities. I gave them 4 stars..

They are very rude! They bring their hood mentality to the workplace. They act like they don't want to here there. You can clearly tell they do not care! They are there just for the money but not the actual job! They should really hire a whole new team & stop hiring anybody to do the job! I went to the line where the light was on the cashier saw me standing there but decided to make me wait 2 minutes before she decided to say she was closed and the managers always have attitudes! If they are that unhappy or miserable with life they should find employment somewhere else!

THIS IS THE WORST DOLLAR TREE EVER THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE. The manager is rude they're always making slick comments..AND THE FOOD IS EXPIRED AND THEY HAVE NO GOOD PRODUCTS THEY ARE SO RUDE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The new gentleman they hired has really made the store look more nicer. The aisles are ?neater and more organized. He is also very helpful when I need to find something!! Where did you find him? Kudos to the manager for hiring this man!!!

One of the many reasons I 🖤 Chester Pennsylvania! It's the biggest city in the United States and this is the biggest Dollor Tree I've ever seen! It's a Dollar Tree ... Warehouse ... oh wow! They have everything here! Isles of fun kids toys, crafts, coloring, activity books! Bath and kitch necessities and decor! Lots of snacks, drinks, breakfast cereals, chips, can goods, noodles, lunch items, frozen foods, bags of ice, lunch items, dinner meals, dessert tasty treats! Wonderful large enormously amounts of selective candy deliciousness! Healthy editables as well! Sweater substitutes! Tons of teas and my favorite Arizona tea especially my favorite with Almer Palmer the famous golfer! They have many selective juices that have Donald Duck on them! Milk with different percentages on them and one dozen (12 count) of eggs! Different slices of cheeses and also especially deli; baloney and hotdog meals; lunch-ed-ables for all ages! Pizzas, burritos and Caribbean pockets, spicy and mild flavors! Ramon noodles and soup in a cup, also big mild instant bowl noodles! Oh so very delish! 😘👌💕 Try the white cheddar cheese fries sticks they're excellente! My kids, by the way, rave over the veggie potato chips selectives ever since they were toddlers! So many beauty manifesting and hair or nail salon rejuvenating items! Very Feng Shui statuettes candles, candle holders, jewelry or rock or crystal holder and oil or stick incenses to keep your chi nicely perfectly balanced and more centered! They also have anxiety relief sniffers and other types of sniffers to keep you awake and other types of physical body and mental psyche that been around for ages with no bad side effects. Lol I just found a mini Zen Garden I've been wanting to get for my daughter and found the last one in stock for now. It has bright white/tan sand and cutest smoky grey rocks ... Ooohhh and the most preciously adorable lil' smol rake to play with to make patterns. Great aesthetic and one the most ancient fidget devices. Good for autistic children and adults deal with autism as well. Very wise stress reliever. Zen meaning peace and/or calmness. Zeal meaning happiness after achieving zen. Zion is close to those exact meanings. That's exactly what I feel coming here and any other store in Chester, Pennsylvania. Running into old friends and neighbors and chatting nicely to strangers it's the twin sibling ... SISTER to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia! The city of Sisterly Zioness! 🌈🌳🌲🐿️🕊️🌲🌳🌈

During the Christmas season this store closed at 8pm. It advertises a 9pm close time. Everyone was rounded up and pushed out at 7:58pm. This was on Dec 23rd. The cashier didn't address me or give a total. I told her to have a good night. Smh. Need better training

Has 4 registers. Usually only have one cashier working. The line be in the isles with people complaining to open another register. If more cashiers are woking then the store would be ok. It's really convenient to go to.

Someone should take a look at the hours listed on the door and website Nd honor it. If your going to be closed an hour ahead of schedule time it would be nice if you could update the site so people don’t go out of their way for NO REASON

More than just a standard Dollar Tree. Its bigger than most and carry alot of quality products. Their arts and crafts section is especially extensive.

This place never open on time.. needs more employees .. Also scary employees that don't wanna open the door.. Just cause they by themselves.. and scared to get rob.. this store is a mess .. I hate living in gettos this is what you get if it was a nice neighborhood it wouldn't be like this only in the getto!

Cashier G.E.T was very rude. Complaining he has to work Thanksgiving Day. Dam time in half. Why not. Dollar tree on Macdade shopping center is alot better. Employees there are alot pleasant, then employees at Chester store using faul , cursing non English. Every word you hear F#### that. Chester store does not accept Service Dogs in store. Will not come back to Chester store.

Dollar tree Is the worse. I swiped my card and got the notification that the payment taken for my transaction but the employee and the manger said that the payment didn't go through and refused to give me my $10 cash back . Dollar tree in Chester PA 19013 is the worse experience I've had at a store my name is Deloryan Branch

Nice size selection. I gave 3 stars because the parking lot is in terrible condition and some of the stuff for sale (like pet toys) is very disorganized and dirty.

The shelves can be a little disorganized and you get what you pay for but this is a great place to shop. The store is large and they have a decent selection of stuff.
