We love taking our dog there for her bath! $11 well spent, clean, shampoos, conditioners, etc provided. You can blow dry, but I would still recommend bringing a towel for after as well as a collar that you can hook your dog onto the tub. Helpful staff!

We bought and had to return a harness and leash for our dog. The store wouldn’t accept the harness bc it had been on sale and would only issue store credit for the leash bc they don’t refund to original payment method even with receipts. Today we tried to use that store credit and Concord Pet wouldn’t accept it bc they don’t honor gift cards while running sales. Just about every time we go there’s some cheap tactic to nickle and dime customers. Pet supplies plus is a mile away with the same inventory and is more customer friendly. I’d suggest going there

I'm only rating based on the food experience. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything, even offering pet advice from their personal experience.For food selection, they have what seems like an endless supply of wet food for cats, if that's what you're looking for. They have less selection for cat dry food, but still good options and plenty of alternative brands to choose from.As far as dogs are concerned, I saw a large selection of dry food. HUGE.

I have been going to Concord Pet in West Chester for a long time. The staff is always very kind and the manager is extremely knowledgeable. They match in-store prices so I don't have to travel to get better deals. They started carrying products made in the USA 🇺🇸 as well and if you buy 10 bags of the same food you get one free. I would recommend.

Purchased dog food last year from this store. It took me a few weeks to realize it was infested with red-legged ham beetles. Look them up. Went to the store to let them know...the employee admitted they have an issue in the store. I asked them to have the manager call me. No call. Thru everything in my cabinets out, cleaned, sprayed......A year later, after thinking I finally rid my kitchen island of them, I was mistaken. They hide well. What a nightmare. Check your food bags when you leave any dog food store. I now make my own dog food.

Nice clean, well organized store. They have frozen raw food for dogs and cats down to bags of kibble. Large selection of toys, harnesses and pretty much anything you may want for your pets. They even have a self serve dog washing station!! Given its location, there is plenty of storefront parking. And the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nice place.

Concord pets is a great place. They have great prices and always have coupons online. They stock so many different brands of dog food and tons of toys and treats. The staff at every store is always amazing and go out of there way to help. I have seen them carry the food out to people's cars multiple times. They also have a frequent buyer program for dog food. Who doesn't like a free bag every once in a while. Also they have 30% off sales a couple times each year. Just a great pet store from every aspect.

I love going and supporting small businesses, but if the staff is rude and not helpful, I can easily go to Petsmart or PetValu. Needed help with the shower, so instead of coming over and assisting, the guy sat behind the counter and yelled directions across the store. So rude. Staff needs training on the BASIC customer service.

Convenient, nice to support smaller businesses over chain stores. Prices are perhaps a smidge higher than Amazon, but we like having a local pet store and value the friendly and great customer service - they are knowledgeable about everything we've ever inquired about. Great community resource. We adopted our pet from the West Chester store.

Wonderful sales when they have them. Super, complete inventory of dry dog n dry cat foods. Lots n lots of brand canned foods too n treats galore! They carry so many products, you won't be disappointed. Don't forget their everyday coupons.

Extremely unfriendly. My wife and I have spent a lot of money here on various products for our cat, and we've been treated poorly for the last time. We won't be coming back. We'll visit Pet Supplies Plus instead (on Paoli Pike, a short ride away) for all our future needs, even if it does add a few minutes to our drive.We're not picky. All we want out of our 'customer service experience' is perhaps a hello, did you find everything alright, thank you, have a good day. You won't find any of that here, especially from the male clerks. They look like they are miserable, and they let you know it.

Mediocre selection. Staff is young and dismissive, not very helpful. Store is a bit dirty. Go to the Paoli location. They have a wider selection of goods and staff is super helpful and friendly. Cleaner and more well organized store.

Been going to Concord pets for forever. Most of the staff is super nice and helpful occasionally there is an aloof teenager but I've never had bad or rude service here. Prices are reasonable but I wish they had more general sales throughout the year instead of a crazy one weekend blowout.

They have a great selection of frozen raw diet for your dogs and cats. A much healthier food than kibble. The store has it's own ample off street parking right at their front door with more parking behind the building.

This is a a great pet supply store that is definitely worth checking out. This is now my go to store for all of my dogs needs. They have a wide selection of products from food and toys to grooming accessories and just about anything else you can think of. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you have the option to go here I would reccomend it over petsmart or any other large chain pet stores.

The employees here are so friendly and helpful! I had no trouble at all finding the pet care items (a wound wash, dog food, nail trimmers) I needed, and they didn't seem to mind me wandering around with my very curious girl. The employees are very patient and knowledgable, and good with both dogs and cats.The store carries MANY brands of dog and cat food, including both Orijen and Arcana, for all stages of pet life and breed size. The treat selection is, uh, astronomical. They also carry useful pet accessories, from bedding to food storage and elevated feeders to hiking and travel sundries. LOTS of toys - I noticed more variety for cats than for dogs, which is opposite to my experience with national pet supply chains like Petco or Petsmart. Brands carried for everything vary from well-known (ex: Purina, Kong) to more "hollistic" (ex: Earthbalance); the bedding in particular seemed to be more local brands, and looked both comfortable and sturdy. They have an aisle for supplements, bath and grooming supplies, and various healthcare products (wound washes, wipes, etc.).Overall I recommend this place! :D Wish I had one of these wherever I go, honestly.

Called ahead asking for something specific and they said they had it. When I went there, they didn't have what I needed. They were very friendly and polite and offered to order it for me. While I appreciate the effort, it was irritating to drive all the way there and not get what I needed.
