I reached out to Josh a while ago looking in to moving the condenser outside in to a better location. While looking in to this, I came to the conclusion that the condenser is old enough that we might as well replace it. Josh was quick to give me a quote for cost to move the old unit and the cost for a new condenser + other stuff related to freon to pure on. When I decided I was ready to go forward with the install, Josh was ready to go and had me schedule ASAP.Josh arrived on-site with a service tech and installer in the AM exactly when he said they would. They discussed the game plan with me and Josh made sure myself, the service technician, and installer were all on the same page and happy. Matt (service tech) and Blake (installer) were incredibly professional, well spoken and knowledgable about what they were doing. I could continue my day with my mind at ease without worrying about if they were going to do a good job.The entire process took a full day. I think they were out of here around 4. The thing that stood out to me, is that these folks really care about their work and they get satisfaction out of doing a great job and you can tell from looking at their work. I asked to run the wires nicely to match with the plumbing, and they killed it. It looks so much nicer. I don't know if this is standard practice, but it shows care and attention to detail. They also ran as much wiring neatly inside the basement so that very little is exposed to the weather. I am beyond impressed. It's exactly what I wanted.Towards the end of the day we ran in to a minor issue, but this is where Matt, their service technician really shines. He was able to calmly reason about the problem, and debug what was going on. After doing some tests and ruling certain possibilities out, he figured out what was wrong and corrected it. Aint no one is perfect, and so the ability to figure things out and solve problem is all you can ask for. They left my house leaving it better than it was previously. Burns HVAC LLC was excellent and if there was anything more than 5 Stars I would have chosen it. Someone recommended them to me on Tuesday 11/28/23 around 1:00PM because our furnace has not been working for nearly 2 months. When I called, Josh Burns took my call and he told me a technician would be there shortly to repair the furnace and by 5:00PM our furnace was repaired and working fine. From my previous experience, especially at this time of the year when everyone was having problems with their furnace, I didn't expect that our furnace could be fixed the same day. Right after Josh took my call, I received a text message from one of his technicians and says he would be there between 2-5PM an truly he showed up, and even early, around 4:00PM and by 5:00PM the furnace was repaired and working fine. I will definitely call Burns HVAC LLC in future if the need arises. Thank you for a quick response, fair pricing and excellent service.

I'm very happy with the service that was provided. The work was done fast and efficiently after the problem was diagnosed. My only problem would be the charge for using a card payment. I'm spending money with you already then you pass that fee on to me also. Other than that great work fast work just have cash on hand.

Not only did he take care of my customers issue he also took the time after 5:00 too answer my questions and tried to help me troubleshoot without even being on site. Burns HVAC did an amazing job installing my heating and air conditioning split unit. I needed an efficient heating unit in my garage because I run a business with a service van that requires that the contents cannot freeze. Mr. Burns contacted me and told me about split units, which I never had heard of before. He said it was a unit that ran heat and ac in an extremely efficient manner. That is exactly what I needed for winter and I never even dreamed of having ac in my garage for the hot summer days so I was on the hook immediately! Then he gave me the price and I thought I was in heaven! I could actually afford all of this! Best of all, he installed the highest quality, state of the art unit and the job he did was absolutely perfect! He really cares about building his business right, with the customer first and foremost in mind. You couldn't ask for nicer guys and better or faster service. We had a few small issues with furnace install, but they were very responsive and professional. I had them fix an issue for a tenant and they got to the job immediately. They had to order a part, but furnace was fixed the next day. They even gave my tenants heaters so they wouldn't be cold. That's going above and beyond.I used this business again. They were supposed to fix our furnace today, no show no call. I called, no call back. Even went by, the tech was out doing another job or getting parts. The owner is very nice and apologetic, it appears they just need more time to get organized. Could not find the paperwork for a system they installed, no showed an appointment, tech showed up and said there was not a problem, oh wait there was a problem, then (fingers crossed) fixed the problem on a return call. Not confident in their work or record keeping (as a customer I had to call the distributor to find out that they did in fact install the system that they claimed they did not). Hands down 100% we would and are recommending Burns HVAC. They literally took care of us like family on the hottest day of the year. Not only did Burns come in with a quote that beat out 3 others locally, They were prompt and communication was always fast and personable with Josh. He truly cares. We had been waiting on financing from the bank, about to finalize, and knowing that and coming upon the hottest days, about to leave to go out of town, Josh took it upon himself to call and schedule next day to replace our AC unit knowing we were still in limbo… not wanting to allow our family of 5 to suffer the next several 90 degrees days of heat and humidity ahead. He’s 1 in a million! He and Blake worked hard to move the unit to a new place and installed it quickly. Burns installed new ductwork throughout our entire house a year ago, adding central air to replace radiated water heat and window units for cooling. My a/c stopped working Friday evening of the July 4th holiday weekend and it got very uncomfortable in the house. After getting no response from a well known company, I started researching other companies in the area that could possibly help and stumbled on the great reviews of Burns HVAC. The great reviews are 100% correct! I called really early Saturday morning and Josh answered the phone. He offered to come out within a couple hours and assess the problem. Within a half hour, he and Mike were already at my house! They diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat within minutes. Josh even called a few hours later to check on everything and make sure the unit was working properly. They were extremely kind, very helpful, and reasonably priced.
