be careful paying with card, they make you draw out money in multiples of 10 with a $3.50 surcharge (which is typical for most dispensaries) however what they don’t tell you is that whatever additional amount you choose to draw out to get to a multiple of 10 is now considered a tip (despite there being no option to not leave one). it was clearly marked as “additional charge” and not “tip,” and when i asked the cashier why he hadn’t given me the $5 change i was supposed to get after having selected that as my additional amount, i was met with attitude from both him and his fellow cashier. gave up arguing and walked out without my $5 that i had been forced to tip, glad i did not select the $35 option that was also present!

Very welcoming and secure environment. Staff is very swift and helpful getting you checked in. The staff has very good knowledge of products. For instance, a staff representative named Justin was very familiar with extracts and the texture. The pictures you see are not really what it looks like and Justin knew what each texture looked like in each box. He had a great description as there are so many. I.e. crumble, shatter, butter, wax, badder, rosin, sand. Justin defined it all for me on 3 separate visits. Great place and local for me as i have lived here 38 years. J

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good deals. Clean. Quick service. Ordering ahead and driving through is so easy.My only gripe:The deeply discounted items tend to be very dry and stem-y. Higher priced items are definitely of a higher quality. You really do get what you pay for here! But you'll have that issue almost anywhere... At least they're consistent!

I would give them no stars if I had the option. Do not waste your time at this dispensary. Terrible staff with terrible customer service. If you have an issue with your order and you come back, they are not very helpful. They will make it seem like it’s your problem that they messed up. I’ve been to so many different dispensary over 5 years and this one by far is the worst I’ve ever visited. The Managers are completely clueless and the staff is just as bad. They need more training when dealing with the public!!!! I am beyond disgusted with how I was spoken to and treated.If you choose to visit this place make sure your order is correct and your products are what you placed. The products are good but you can go to any dispensary and get the same products and deal with nicer staff. Words were put me in my mouth several times because they couldn’t run a business properly. Absolutely disgusting. I wasted so much time and money dealing with the headache of this place!!!!

Just want to share my fantastic customer service experience. I opted for some products that had a special deal associated with them, but by the time I was able to pick up my order the special aspect was all gone. Tori diligently worked with her manager Aubrey to come to a solution that worked best for everyone. They hooked it up and took care of me to the point where I will make sure to be back to support these guys. Great job and looking forward to seeing you guys soon!

Very flamboyant. This is the only dispensary that really pushes the 6 color rainbow flag hard all year. I’d rather shop without political type things being pushed on me. Won’t be back.

I went to this location and had a issue that I had previously at another dispensary on Frazier (not beyond hello) and the way ravi and tori handled the situation at beyond hello just cemented them as my number 1 goto dispensary in the area if not the while state ! Thank you so much for your help today Ravi and tori .Ps: I somehow always end up with Ravi as my bud tender he's the man and always takes care of me I've only had a few interactions with tori but I know I'm always in good hands with her thank u guys !!

This location is a great spot for anyone in the area. I always shop here and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you if you’re ever undecided!I was helped specifically by Victoria and she delivered amazing service with an even better attitude. Today I drove up to the pickup station outside to get my Restore I ordered online, that really helps me sleep. Tori was the associate who was helping me. I mentioned that I missed the big sale last weekend because my product was out of stock. She went in and had applied some coupons I had and didn’t realize which brought me to almost the same discount from this weekend! I was thrilled! Thank you Tori! They have always been extremely helpful there! I recommend them very much!

I always have a pleasant experience at the beyond-hello location in WC! Everyone is always positive and customer service oriented. I had an especially great experience the most recent time I stopped in because of a staff member named Tori. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products on hand and was considerate of my personal needs. Tori’s helpfulness was greatly appreciated and deserves recognition!!

The BEST! There are a lot of shops popping up but I will always go to Beyond/Hello West Chester. It is the atmosphere plus amazing pricing that will keep.me there. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. Tori is great. She always has a recommendation or asks how the last thing I tried worked so she can let me know what strains they have/will work for me. Also, my dog loves to come and the curbside staff security always come over and say hi and give her a treat! If you haven't been here I would 100% say give them a try!

Holy effin worst dispensary yet… I thought the Bristol location was bad! My wife was here today… besides the fact that the attendant was disgustingly rude and abrasive, they refused to honor the advertised prices on their own website. Didn’t catch her name but it was today @4:15 pm. So whoever was “working”, really must hate their job because the representation of this company is absolutely pathetic.

I went yesterday for the first time and had a great experience. It has a good selection of quality products and options. Also, it’s clean, professional, and an efficient store with a very friendly staff. Special shout out to Anastasia for her great recommendations, as well her knowledge, kindness, and great customer service overall. Definitely will be returning in the future.

I like Beyond Hello but for the sheer fact of how their employee handles customers, I am giving 1 star. You can be the best company with awesome products but if your employees are rude it means nothing. I called in very nice asking about putting an order in an hour before closing and I was asking why there is no reservations to place for pick up or in store (my first time ordering on a Sunday) and I get the biggest attitude response of "AND you're not going to. you'll need to come in if you want anything, our cut off time is- good bye" I told her there was no need to give such an abrasive response and she abruptly hung up the phone on me. There are better ways to approach people, she sounded like she hates her job. I use Beyond Hello on a regular basis and often spend hundreds buying their product in a single visit. This interaction makes me not want to ever come here again.

My first visit, it was pleasant experience. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, particularly Anastasia who helped me find what I needed and answered my questions. She was a delight to speak to and had alot of useful information to give. The lot was crowded but parking was made easy by the friendly gentleman guiding the parking lot traffic. The wait to get in was maybe 10 minutes and once inside another 5-10 at most with some simple one page paperwork to fill out since it was my first time. An experience I was nervous about and had my anxiety going a bit ended up being easy and enjoyable.

Let me start by saying the associate (DYLAN) who helped me pickup/change/add to my order, fully explain the rewards program (after learning how much I love a good deal), school me on some of my favorite terps, AND give me some good pointers on my Puffco was AWESOME! So knowledgeable! I was happy with every single product he referred to me. He was also super pleasant and really nice to talk to. I was also complimented by another staff member while there (not sure of her name) which was really nice/friendly. Katy T was also super welcoming and nice to talk to! The ONLY downside to this particular dispensary was that the waiting room and check in process wasn’t as comfortable or easy/seamless as it is at other local dispensaries - the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. HOWEVER, the awesome positive vibes in the back definitely outweigh the negative. Overall it was a great experience. :-)

This is a great place! Yea sometimes there's a long wait.. but everyone is there to take care of you the best they can. Justin is very educated and friendly with all the customers! And GG is good at giving recommendations! I love this place..they have a loyalty program so I can get free products after I spend a certain amount! You gotta come to this dispensary!

this is my favorite dispensary in the area! It’s always super clean and everyone is so kind and very knowledgable. I can always count on good recommendations for what I’m looking for and their rewards program is the best! I went here the other day and Anastasia helped me find the perfect products.
