We purchased a Coleman small 50xc bike from them and after 3 months it stopped working. They told me to find a mechanic so I did and he coueont figure it out for like 6 months so I called tractor supply back and they told me they would honor the bike and if I brought it in they would sell me the protection plan then swap it out for a new one. Great news and my son was very excited. The next day I called about bring it in and a new manager (Bryce I think) and he totally took a 180 and basically told me go take a hike. Had no interest in helping because he said he couldn’t make any more money off it (remember I spent $500 on it already). So I had someone great willing to help than the manager got on and decided I wasn’t worth helping. Very disappointed and won’t even shop there again and tell everyone I know to stay clear especially of that store… sham on you Bryce for forgetting customer service and happy customers are your life blood. In a rretail world where service is so rare, this was a botched chance to show tractor supply was a customer friendly place to shop. I guess it’s better for everyone to just buy online and let these stores die off and let their poor service die off with them. Sad.

Great place. Excellent selection of products. We sometimes go there even if we don’t have to buy anything. It’s sort of like a please touch museum for grown-ups. The staff know their way around so we never had trouble finding anything.

Tractor supply sells items you may need to get online otherwise.They penicillin for livestock, beekeeping equipment, commercial grade pest control, as well as generic forms of the more popular herbicides.For those looking for heavy duty rubber flooring for the home gym, look no further. The mats they have are stall mats. They are 3/4" thick and are 4'x6'(made in Canada)I love it that you take your well behaved leashed dog into the store.

Always liked this store but mot today. Cashier has a lousy attitude. I felt like i was being watched while in the store and then i come to the counter and the cashier has a demeaning/ judgemental tone/attitude

18 wheelers that make deliveries to tractor supply DO NOT COME IN ON LIONVILLE STATION ROAD. come in through the main entrance to the shopping center it is mad tight GO EXTREMELY SLOW. WATCH FOR THE PLANTED TREES AND MULCH DURING THE TURN HUG THE FENCE.

We shop here a lot for feed and equipment. Recently bought a string mower from Jim. A really great tool for big weeds (when weeds too much for a lawn mower or string trimmer but inaccessible to a brush hog) and great service from Jim!

Tyler in particular was very helpful, courteous, and patient when I came to pick up my log splitter. He helped me by assembling it (wasn’t easy) and getting it loaded. Everyone else was really nice as well. Would come back there again anytime!

I'm very impressed with how helpful the staff is here. They're very knowledgeable and willing to offer suggestions, but aren't overly intrusive like a lot of other big named hardware stores around. I also appreciate the wide selection of products they carry. I will continue to do a majority of my shopping here as opposed to the very unfriendly Lowe's and Home Depot.

Great store, but I feel that anyone helping with the outside yard fencing should be able to be in good shape for lifting and helping customers. I believe heavy lifting at times is part of the job, but I may be incorrect.

Very Knowledgeable staff down to earth if they can save you a couple bucks they do it without you having to ask 👍👍I went in to grab a Tire for my John Deere Tractor they saved me $20 and I wasn't expecting it to be cheap but it was cheaper than expected and I was very happy with my Tire thanks for being friendly!!

I was mainly looking at tractor parts, and found the store inventory to be fairly complete, and prices comparable to best found online. Cashier was also very helpful on finding things and answering questions.

I go here frequently. I belong to the good neighbours club. I felt like I was a bother, asked for help to my car but that never happened. It seems like there is either not enough staff or the staff need to spread out the work that needs done (cashier, answering phones, helping customers) there were at least 3 people working but the young cashier was doing all the jobs. I was VERY disappointed

Went in to buy a welding hood and some r11 clamps. They did not have them. I shopped around for like 20 minutes. And when I left. I was greeted by 5 police officers that were very rude and told me the store said I was stealing things. After holding me up they said they were checking the cameras. And they detained me on the curb like I was already convicted. I will never shop there again. I hope harbor freight moves in next door. Thats the worst customer service ever. -☆☆☆☆☆

Mariah at the Lionville location went above and beyond today for a out of stock item... worthy of a excellent review... matter of fact everyone I dealt with at that location was super helpful... even during their inventory. My hats off to entire staff and the management, good crew ya got there. I'll be back.

Mariah and Will turned me around from a horrible online experience to a customer for life. Cant believe that was my first visit to Tractor Supply. Very impressed. I heard you could bathe your pups here, but couldn't find anything online about the service or how much it cost. Took my spaniel there anyway just in case I could give him a bath and was so impressed with there doggie wash station! Theres 2 bath setups, and 2 grooming stations including most of the necessities. Make sure to request towels before taking your dog into the wash room tho. Luckily I brought my own not knowing what to expect. I wish I had known they had grooming stations, i would've taken my dogs grooming kit and transformed him into a well-manicured puppy again. Next time we'll go on a week day when they're not so busy 😉🤞
