We have been bringing our sweet Marcus to Dogtopia for years and we BOTH absolutely love it!! When I bring Marcus to the door he can hardly contain his excitement! It's no wonder with such an amazing team- Michelle, Jackie and Sara have always gone above and beyond for my fur baby and me. From making sure Marcus is taken back quickly in the morning so I can rush to work to staying after hours just so I am able to pick up. I can't thank the crew enough for all their loving, attentiveness and care- to both of us!! Thank you!!

We expected it to be good having read reviews but not that good. These people understand Dogs and their Owners. Great care is taken to assess the suitability of the Dog especially interaction with other Dogs prior to committing to taking a Dog in. The Technology is first class and a personal interest is shown from the time you walk in the Door. Best we have found to date.

I have been taking my dogs, Shiloh and Louie, to Dogtopia for daycare and grooming for a few months now, and I am delighted with their service. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. They treat my dogs like their own and always make sure they are safe, healthy, and happy. Melissa, the general manager, is an angel. She not only takes excellent care of my dogs but also helped me out when I had car trouble one day. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my puppies and I back home safely. She is a true asset to Dogtopia, and I appreciate her kindness and generosity. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to leave their furry friends. They are the best!

Chester Springs Dogtopia is a great place! They are so accommodating and helpful especially for my high anxiety pup. Jersey had an amazing time and I could happily watch it all live as she played the other pups. Thank you to the amazing staff for all that you do! :)

The staff at Dogtopia truly cares about their clients and pet owners. They offer a variety of services, fun events (I have a couple of pictures that now hang on my refrigerator), and food to purchase if you forget to send your pet with lunch that day. The daycare webcams are a great feature too. Did I mention the staff is awesome?! I highly recommend Dogtopia for your daycare/boarding needs.

I accidentally edited my original review. I can’t remember exactly what it said, but probably something along the lines of THIS PLACE ROCKS! I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough. We started sending our aussie there when she was a puppy and she’s loved it since the beginning. Being a herding dog she has some unique tendencies but the team there helped us work through them early on to ensure her success at daycare. She gets soooo happy whenever she hears the word “daycare”. We love the different room sizes and the facility itself is always so clean. The team does such a great job making daycare extra fun by planning special days for the puppers (bacon bubbles, holiday parties, pool days, dog of the week, etc.). Whenever we pick her up from daycare she immediately falls asleep in the car. She’ll sleep almost nonstop for the next day. Daycare days (and the day after) are a favorite around our house. Worth every penny!

Our Arya loves getting to spend the day or board at Dogtopia. The staff are always so nice to her and make us feel like she’s in a great spot while we’re away. Melissa and the crew always come through in a pinch…we really appreciate the flexibility and care provided! I offer my highest recommendation.

The first day we took our pups to Dogtopia we hooked our laptop to the TV and watched and ate popcorn as our pups had their first interaction with other puppies in the Toy Box.I think the fact that our two 1 year old pups (Leo & Vinnie, Lab Mixes) head for the truck every time they exit the house says something about their experience at Dogtopia. They seem to know every turn as we make our way there. While making the last two turns from Route 100 they pop up and start looking out the window with excitement. Once we get inside the door their butts/tails wiggle with excitement and then disappear in to the hallway with butts/tails continuing to wag.At days end we pick our pups up and as soon as they get into the truck, they drop to floor and close their eyes. They are wiped out! At home they'll eat their dinner and sleep the rest of the evening.We've used the Day Care Service, Boarding and Spa services. After Spa treatments they smell fantastic.The Staff at Dogtopa in Chester Springs is extremely friendly and we appreciate the care Leo & Vinnie receive while they are there. My Wife and I highly recommend their services.

We really wanted to like Dogtopia. The ladies at the front desk are sweet, the facility looks great, and they seem very well equipped. Unfortunately though, we will probably not be returning to Dogtopia. Here's why:The pricing and rules for everything always changes. First the meet and greet charge was $15 on the phone, then at the location it's now $35. The charge for overnight boarding changes depending who you talk to. First the little Christmas ornament was included, then it's $7 when you pick it up. If you collect your dog from boarding before noon, you're not charged for that day, but when you get there at 10:30, then it turns out you actually needed to collect them before 10am. It seems like everyone is making it up as they go along.Dogs are not let outside (this may have been due to cold weather, but is still not acceptable). We have been working on potty training our dog for weeks, and the dogs at Dogtopia are kept in the same room for the entire duration of their stay, and go to the bathroom on the floor in that room. This has undone nearly all of our training, as our dog came home and started peeing in the house, since that's what she did at boarding.The supervisors in the room don't interact with the dogs at all. Some of them are clearly desperate for a touch, a pet, some acknowledgment, anything, but they don't get it.It's a shame, because this facility looked so promising. I've heard good things about K-9 Cottage, we will probably try there next.

Based on my dog's reaction when he sees this place (his instant forgetfulness of his loyal owners), I would say that this place is awesome. He comes home extremely tired. Some of the staff is friendly and will give us reports on his day or stay.

9/25/22Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. Our 8yr old Hungarian Puli came back to us after 5 days with feces all over his rear end, see photo. Their answer was "He just pooped, and we are not groomers for this breed, therefore we did not clean him. Can you imagine if he had to have such a dirty butt for a week? disgraceful. This facility is also under new ownership/management and they are a complete disaster, staff not knowing what they are doing, giving different answers to our questions about drop off times, what's needed to have your dog board there, and not answering their phones. We have boarded our puli when it was under previous ownership and had no problems.We paid over $500 to receive horrible care for our beloved pet. NEVER AGAIN..... DO not USE them. They are not professional and they don't know what they are doing!!!

Started working over a week ago to get my dog properly vaccinated for a four day stay. Emailed all his paperwork, made 20 calls to get be able to get the extremely hard to find canine influenza. Was able to get my dog the shot the day before I was to board him. Spoke multiple times with staff members. Had to set up a meet and greet with other dogs the day before he was to be boarded. Had to take off of work early bc they only will see the dogs at 4pm. Drove 30 minutes to the appointment - ran into traffic and was told it was ok if I was late only if it was 10 minutes. Got to the location only to have to wait. Women at desk had no appointment for me to be there, had no records that we emailed. Unreal - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

The new manager doesn't CARE about the dogs and she is not what we need as customers . I'm not sure why they hired a new manager but the girls and staff who were there before have really good customer service qualities and one of them should have been the manager instead of her! Before the new manager got there, I told the staff my dog is going through training and I needed a daycare that was willing to help us with some behaviors we're trying to fix in him. I was very CLEAR. The other staff knew about him and LISTENED to our needs and agreed to help. They knew my male is very food motivated and introduced him to new people with treats. I booked daycare regularly for about 3 months with them. But the new manager got involved and what does she do? Disregard what we previously agreed with the other staff members and does whatever... Obviously my male didn't feel comfortable and I even told her to use treats and she said no and ignore me. I'd give 5 star to the other staff and zero to this new manager. She needs to go to customer service classes and how to love dogs type of classes as well...

Love the staff at Dogtopia Chester Springs! It is clean, friendly, and very well run. Awesome app where you can request daycare, boarding, spa very easily and quickly. Our two dogs LOVE it there. They go once a week to help with socialization, and they know when it’s their day for fun! We can check in via webcams, and they come home tuckered out! Used to get car sick every time they rode in the car, whether it be for 5 minutes or longer rides, and now our dogs love getting in the car to ride to daycare. Highly recommend!

Dogtopia of Chester Springs is phenomenal!! I had called to set up dog up for daycare on Saturday and they were able to get me in to do the assessment that same day. We had met with the owners to do the assessment and they also gave us a tour of the facility which I loved to see so that I know that it's clean and safe for my dog. There were really nice and answered all of our questions. The day I dropped my dog off the other owner Nick texted me an adorable picture of her and how well she was doing in daycare which I really appreciated. They also have webcams to check out the dogs playing which really put my mind at ease. From what I saw the workers were very well trained on how to handle the dogs behavior and they made it fun for the dogs attending daycare. I really enjoy the fact that they put them down for a nap in the afternoon for them to cool down a bit. When I picked up my dog later that day she immediately crashed as soon as she got home. That's when I know my dog had a good time. I highly recommend them even after one visit with them. I will be taking my dog there frequently for daycare and future boarding. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Dogtopia is second family for my Pomeranian Jackson, he is always excited to come!!! The family and crew are always great to deal with, very accommodating. I am first time dog owner and they made it much easier for me to know that Jackson is safe and in good hands for regular daycare or overnights stays. Their spa services and app are great too!👍👍👍

Our puppy had a great first day at Dogtopia! We love the webcam, and having the option to check on him and watch him play! The owners and staff are professional and friendly. The facility is very clean, and provides a safe environment for the dogs. We are looking forward to many more days of dog daycare in the future!

Everyone a Dogtopia a Chester Springs - owners and staff are like – obviously love and care for the pets they serve. I am completely confident that my energetic, sweet pup will be happy and safe when either there for the day or boarding. The folks a Dogtopia take a personal interest in the dogs. I like that it's family owned and operated. Dixon and I are always greeted by name when we come in. On his first overnight there, they sent me pictures showing me that Dixon was doing well. I also like the cameras so I can watch Dixon while I'm away or at work!

We have been coming to Dogtopia for almost 2 years now with Ruby, our Pitt Bull Mix dog, and we cannot sing the praises of the job the owners and their team do loud enough! They take the utmost care to make sure all dogs fit into the group as the open play concept is so important at Dogtopia. You can rest easy knowing that your dog will enjoy his/her time at Dogtopia in a safe, fun and very clean environment. The staff in the playrooms are trained, knowledgeable, and very understanding of the various personalities of the dogs allowing for a safe, fun and rewarding day for your dog. Don’t hesitate for a minute in seeking out a visit to Dogtopia- you won’t be disappointed!
