Wanted to buy a carton of cigarettes. Employee got a carton from the bottom stock shelf behind the counter and 4 packs were missing. I told her to simply take 4 packs off the rack and put them back in the carton and sell me the carton. I have done this many times and the other employees are fine with it. But today, for some reason, this was utterly baffling to this gal. So she put the carton back on the stock shelf behind the counter and then counted out 10 packs from the rack and rang them up one by one. Why??? I swear you can't make this stuff up. I'm still shaking my head...

The shelves are empty, the cooler is empty, and the pharmacy shorted me by 15 pills. Is this sideshow closing or just a terrible business??? Seriously, I have to wonder...

It’s a good store overall. Convenient for the town but the smell is terrible. I’m not sure if it’s body oder or something else but it reeks. It hits you the second you walk into the store. No matter where you’re at in there, it lingers everywhere

For the most part, this is a great store. There is one miserable old lady who hates her life and hates her job and makes shopping here a terrible experience. Every other employee here has been amazing.

Their posted hours are more of a suggestion than a rule. A pharmacist walked past me and avoided eye contact after closing up 5 minutes early with no warning.

Great store! Excellent service! I am from the state of California, here visiting family. I came into the store with my niece 8 years old, I was short on cash and the manager was the sweetest girl in the world, not once but twice, she saved me w my niece and we were able to buy everything we wanted! With the perks of your rite aid members card! I wanted to share this review with the world! Thank you Manager of Charleroi Pa store!

Been here a few times. Every time I go there for a quick trip. Is never a quick one. Even for a few items. There is no one at the register and if there is. There is a line ten or more customers deep. You have to find an employee for help. No one ask if you need help either. ( update they refurbished Rite aid. A lot nicer inside and looks like they hired someone to stay at the register.

Got 2 voicemails telling me my prescription was ready and I went to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready and they were waiting on my doctor. That's not true because my doctor sent multiple orders in weeks ago and I have YET to be able to fill my prescription. Ridiculous I can't even get access to my own medication. By time I get my prescriptions filled I basically have to start over on my medications because I'm going without them for so long. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve never had an issue at this rite aid location. The pharmacy is very friendly and helpful usually and the store is modern, clean and very nice. Great cosmetics section and fitness supplements.

They need to update the hours to show the pharmacy closes earlier than the store or needs to stay open just as long, lost two days from my script which caused lack of sleep and depression, may be switching pharmacies!
