I ordered a flamethrower no lettuce and sauce you take a bite & it came running out. There was so much sauce that the bun crumbled. The same with the double cheeseburger with L T Mayo. So much mayo. Where is the manger with all these kids. All I forgot that the kids are the there mangers. I remember back in the day that the food was good everything was made to order and HOT. O and what about the ice cream it melted when it comes out!!’ My business is going to Belle Vernon’s for now on. This place is a Disgrace!

Loved stopping by here years ago as a kid and it hasn't changed much. The building has been updated with time but the food is still so good and the people that work here are friendly. Will stop by again when I make it back to the area again, service was fast and friendly, food was amazing 😋😋Parking: Lots of parking seem available. It was dark when we got there but the area seemed like it would fit at least 20 carsWheelchair accessibility: Seems to be wheelchair accessible both for parking and tablets inside and outside.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.Large amount of people waiting, a couple comes in and must know the people working, orders and gets their food immediately, the woman was walking into the back (must work here but not on the clock now) and distracting the employees by talking to them and sticking her head over the wall into the kitchen. They had run out of ice cream and had to make more and immediately finished making the off the clock worker's order while many customers are in front of her. Tables and floor were filthy. The employees were a mess running around like they didn't know what they were doing. Customers walked in and were not waited on for over 5 mins and walked out. I am currently here visiting family and live in a MUCH busier area and have never waited this long at my dairy queen. The woman must have been a supervisor as she was discussing scheduling with the employees so it is clear what kind of behavior management approves of at this establishment.FINALLY, after waiting 30mins for our ice cream we had to literally flag down the employees who were walking around the store with our ice cream in their hands. ALL of our ice cream was practically soup, completely melted like it had been made as soon as we ordered and just sat on the counter until they decided to hand it over. We told the employee when we were handed it that it was completely melted and she didn't even acknowledge we had said something. We got parfaits to go and on the 3min ride home they tipped over in the bag and spilled everywhere because they were so melted. Management definitely needs to better train the employees because this was an embarrassment.

Usually, their food are fresh, but today, however, that was not the case. My wait time was long, but I figured what the heck, at least I know my food is fresh. The fries were hard and dark brown. It is as if they gave me the old ones. To make matters even worse, there was nobody infront or behind me. I was the only one there. So like why is my food old and nasty. I don't understand. Well back to Chick-fil-A I go and I just started coming here last month!!!!!!

The worst Dq ever. They don't know how to make Blizzards or ice-cream cupcakes! A few weeks ago I got a blizzard that wasn't mixed properly and only half full. Tonight my ice-cream cupcake had maybe a tablespoon of icing on it and a dab of the chocolate crunch that goes between the two layers. Some employees need retrained! Once my granddaughter had to wait so long for cup of ice-cream with whip cream it all melted together. It wasn't edible. A very disappointed customer.

An employee working the drive thru window on Wednesday August 2nd at around 2:30 pm took my family's order. My mother had no other cash in her wallet than a 20 and the employee marked it as a five in the register. The employee accused my mother of lying and then after 30 minutes of waiting the employee comes out hands my mother the money and says "The manager counted the drawer and nothing was missing and just told me to give it to because your making such a big deal."

Pretty quick usually, even during peak times, food is always good, but can't fathom why they want to give me a beverage in a bag. Never at any point in my life have I grabbed a cup, went to get in my car and stopped and thought, oh hey I better put this cup in a bag. That's what cup holders are for. Now I have to dig a cup out of a bag to get it into the cup holder and also have extra garbage to throw away. Vote this review helpful if you agree they need to stop putting cups in bags, this needs to stop!!

Wow. Over the years I had lost so much faith in the dairy queen chain. I had constantly been let down with the hot food and had merely relied on just ice cream but this location has truly changed that mindset. Finally found a place that can bring me back to the glory days of a great hot meal AND an awesome dessert. Staff was fully competent and extremely courteous. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN!

This restaurant is great for a fast bite. We had burgers and fries and they were perfect. Of course we had to top it off with some yummy ice cream! We ate in the dining room and felt very comfortable that they had been cleaning and sanitizing for our safety. I will be going back there soon.

I used to go for lunch everyday. They knew my order. I went the other day, and it was still wayyyy better than Belle Vernon DQ. Keep up the good work!Kid-friendliness: Every kid likes good chicken, or a hamburger with fries, and you razzle dazzle with some ice cream.

They are pretty accurate and timely for the amount of business they do. Of course the 8-10 employees help to provide this level of expediency. This translates to steep pricing for slightly better than mediocre fast food. Enjoy!

Food was fresh , hot and order was correct . Milkshake correct and delicious. okay drive thru time( after-all its lunch they are busy ) -customer service was spot on and was greeted and thanked :) pleasant .ordered , paid, and was back at office and still had time on lunch to eat not rushed .

I had to update my review to five stars. I called multiple locations trying to find a seasonal blizzard cake. A different location told me they could not do a same day order on a cake already made in their case. This gentleman offered to make me want I wanted within 4 hours of my requested time same days. Please support this location. They didn't have to do this. Their drive through is always booming. Thank you again Charleroi DQ

Stopped by after work and bought some food for my wife and myself. Was worried about how late it was to order food but, was reassured by the ultrafriendly cashier that it was ok. Ordered and went home and ate. Everything was hot and very good. Definitely, will be going back again soon.

The milk they use for the ice cream is better quality some how. You can just taste the richness. The chicken strip basket is good too. I like the barbecue dipped in ranch. I just wish that piece of toast was actually a grilled cheese instead lol.

So nice to come in contact with employees that treat you like a human! Dq has good ice cream but this location had great service as well!
