The floors are really dirty, like don't drop your clean laundry in the floor because you're definitely not gonna want to use that item after you do. The trash cans were all literally over flowing. There are four. Not by the fault of the machines but be careful loading make sure items are pushed all the way in or you'll be using the broom and dustpan there to clean up the water because despite it being almost Halloween no mops are to be visible to the eye. But! Save yourself a buck or five by bringing in your own detergent. Tiny little bottle.There are however a silver lining or two through the grime.There are plenty of washers and dryers. The floors looked better after we swept them because it helps the guilt I feel after writing this review.and I have hopes of the tables to fold on would be rearranged to make more sense. And the people watching that you'll do will regardless of the weird on the floor leave you to walk out smiling,basket in hand and all. I'd have rated this a solid two star had it not been for the second lining!

First time here. Have to use 3 washers for 2 baskets. The first washer didn't even work right as my pod is in the door. Another the seal is broken on so both of these ended up doing a double wash as the pods didn't get properly soaked. Even though I put them in the laundry where they shouldn't have came out. The 3rd one is the one with the least time now even though it was started last. For 15 dryer sheets it's 3$ 🤯We just came from Arizona and didn't get over charged that badly. Floors need a deep clean as it doesn't look like they're being mopped correctly either. Will definitely look into a different LaundromatThe videos are backwards. The one with 8 minutes is the 3rd washer I started. The one with 10 minutes was the first washer I started and the one you can still see the pod in WHILE ITS NOW ON SPIN 😒

This place is dirty and deplorable the owner doesn’t seem to want to clean it, the trash cans are all full. There’s garbage on the floor. Also the last 4 times I’ve been in here the vending machine has been out of order. The owner doesn’t seem to care about this place. I may reach out to the borough12/27/23No i didn't have the wrong place I have been there several times last time i was there you wern't in the process of remodeling, i drove my yesterday and i saw that you are in the middle of a remodel. Also i meant to write the review sooner but life got in the way

I did have a five star rating on Charleroi laundromat but tonight I went in check and see if the place was clean or not cuz sometimes there's stuff on the ground and I don't like having all the extra junk laying around so I come to see if it was clean, there was a lady in there who started yelling at me as soon as me and my friend walked in the door I thought it was highly unprofessional I thought she was highly disrespectful and I will not be going back to this laundromat and I will be telling other people not to use it too

Any updates on the remodeling project here that was mentioned six months ago? This laundromat is still usable but has become noticeably worn down in the past year through heavy use. This is a very popular location!Upgrades and repairs here would be much appreciated!

I understand people need clean clothes, but in the last 6 months this place has become over ran. People who have lived in this town their whole life can't even get one load done because other people want to take up 10 washers and dryers at once. People overload them with clothe and end up breaking multiple washers and dryers which makes it more of a pain. Does the owner care tho? Of course not because they're still getting their money. If I were you, avoid this place on Sundays unless you wanna wait 4 hours for washers and dryers considering the people who aren't from here have absolutely no care for other people. You're better off going to mon city for clean clothes at this point.

First time using this laundromat. Referred by my neighbor. Good pricing, machines were marked if not working, restroom is clean, dryer did not destroy my carpets even on high heat setting. Customers quiet & stayed with their laundry. Working TV & Wi-Fi for diversion, food & supply vending machines working. Good experience!

Lots of laundry n space needed so thought best time for this would be late night or early morning. I never got out of my car. Pulled in at 11:30 last night. I hadn't been parked for 5 minutes finishing up a phone call when a man approached my vehicle and asked me for a ride to Monessen. I declined and observed more closely I could see he was asking the same of the two other customers there who both left with their laundry and this guy was in and out of the laundromat not doing laundry walking over to the store long story short I still have to do laundry somewhere else obviously. it's a shame and it's not the owner's fault. It hurts everyone,the community as a whole.

Laundromat has gone down hill lately, still use because the only one close enough for me. But the location is pretty dirty. Check dryers for melted candy or other melted things before putting in your clothes.

This is a nicer laundromat. The place is overall clean and they have drop off service if you call ahead. The machines are in good working order and kept clean. The prices are average and the dryer give you the standard 7 minutes per quarter.

This laundromat is very clean and got the job done. I have not use their laundry service. My review is based on self serve only. They had quarter machines and also vending machines. There's something very nice about getting all your laundry done in less than 2 hours. Having a family of 6 that never happens for me at home..lol so it was almost nice to use the laundromat. Although I am glad my washer and dryer are fixed and I can go back to doing laundry in the comfort of my home.. I will definitely recommend this laundromat. And may even bring my larger items such as blankets when needed.

Ok first time here and what I noticed.1. Not very clean at this time primarily the floors especially by the dryers...2. The washer machines have to short a spin cycle. I've been in laundromats that have the spin cycles working at an appropriate amount of time to get the excess rinse water out of your clothes.In essence this means you're going to spend more time, effort, and money using the dryers 🧐 These are Things that make you go 🤔 Ummm...3. As expected I've used the identical dryer's in other coin operated laundromats, and these are a disappointment to say the least.Obviously someone else made the comment about the lint traps not being regularly cleaned on a daily basis. Question is this by design so it takes longer to dry, and causing the operator to spend more time money and effort? 🤔Honestly I don't know if I'll be returning here, guess I'll have to go on a quest the find the right place that has good efficient equipment.

This is the second time that I have had a problem with this facility. They have a phone number posted if you have an issue with their machines. I had my clothes in the washer and the power went out for a minute. When it came back on the washer was reset and had not completed the cycle. So I called the emergency number and explained the situation. I was told that a refund would be sent to me but a lot of good that will do for me now that I have three loads of soaking wet soapy clothes. Apparently customers don't mean much to them. Definitely won't be back there EVER again. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

This place is great! I came because of great reviews and they didn't lie. The place is clean and bright. There was only 1 machine out of order and the staff leave out of order signs on their window so you can label a machine that you find in disrepair. The bathroom could use it's walls wiped down but was othwrwise well stocked and clean. There is air, chairs, plenty of table space to fold. They have a soda machine, a snack machine, a soap machine, a hanger dispensing mavhine and a laundry bag dispensing machine. Coin changers and an ATM. TV's and WiFi. A++++!!!!Dryers do require about $1.00 (4 7 minute cycles). Washers are $2.00 for the single load, $3.50 for the triple load, and $6.00 for the 5 loaders.

I will never use this laundry mat again. I came here to do 14 loads of laundry and blankets. I put money in all of the washers and two of them ate $7 so i called the manager to let him know...his response is i didn't put money in them...no i put money in and the damn thing ate my money and reset itself....i know how much change i got and I am $14 short of what i should have had....i will NEVER use this place. THE OWNER IS SO RUDE. not to mention last time i came a week ago there was feces everywhere all over the floors smeared...

Always clean and well kept people Jeannie is only there so many hours i assure you she does a super clean job and the lint is empty when she leaves nobody does a better job than she does for laundry service people need to be responsible and clean up after their selves.

Many big washing machines with extra wash and rinse cycles. Only thing I would change is having an employee there during daylight hours. Lint needs removed more often.

Good washers and fryers for any price range. Relatively clean but customers need to throw out their trash.
