I’m giving a one star review because it will not let me give zero. If you claim you are open until 7 pm and I walk through your door at 6:59 I expect to be waited on. I walked in at 6:00 to have my dog get her rabies vaccine and was told that we have 3 customers in line. You can wait but we probably will not get to you by 7 and you’d have to come back. I’m not waiting an hour to have to come back!!! I know it’s not tractor supply but I now refuse to buy anything there. I’m in that store 3-4 times a month. No that’s probably not a lot to them but they will never see any of my money againChambersburg pa store.

Felt like I got degraded and poorly taken care of. Plus made my dogs both bleed from nail trim. No BED SIDE MANORS.. especially with my newly blind dog ... Repeats what he says yet does not follow up with meds as they said. Also terrible in handling animals with nail trim.

Probably the best tsc in the area, staff are friendly and helpful. Tim is always a great help when I see him there. This store has the best selection and usually more stocked items when it comes to fencing.

Overall a pretty good experience. Staff is helpful with locating products and they load my purchases for me. One disappointment for me is that they don't carry small 13lb bags of Rachel Ray dog food. This meant that I had to run to another store for my dog food.

Came into use their pet vet service, waited 45 minutes without any acknowledgment whatsoever, not even a “hey how are you, be with you in a minute.” While there were two other people ahead of me in line, and I was happy to wait my turn, I didn’t like feeling like I was literally invisible to the staff the entire 45 minutes while I was sitting there directly in front of them. Staff was friendly, but acknowledging customers is basic customer service. After waiting for nothing, they then told me that they couldn’t do a service that was listed in their general package as intestinal parasite screening in house. They have to send it out to a lab, so if you’re looking for a worm screening just save your time and go to the vet.

I just went there with my sister just this morning, and let me just say that Rachael and Nate provided quite possibly the best customer service that I have ever seen. My sister is blind, and had her guide dog working while we were shopping. People often have the misconception that blind people aren't capable, and while she may need help to find out what a label or price tag says, people often treat my sister as if she were a child or even unintelligent. Rachael is only employee I've ever seen that not only recognized that she was blind, but adjusted her helping methods accordingly. Doing such things like: letting her know that she was about to hand her an object, patiently letting her feel it while giving a very good description, and letting her feel ALL of her options for the product she was looking for, and then letting her think and come up with ideas on her own before offering suggestions. As if that wasn't enough Rachael helped her for close to an hour answering all of her Guinea Fowl keeping related questions with a level of expertise I feel like we should have paid for! And when asked to help, Nate gave incredible medical advice in regards to a bird she was concerned about, and also gave very specific referrals for nearby exotic animal care specialists that could help her out. I could write pages and pages about how much this means to her and I, as she is often treated differently for her blindness, but the above and beyond customer service from Rachael and Nate were absolutely commendable and they deserve every bit of praise they have earned.

This store has all sorts of things you can't find at just any store. There is a good selection of rugged wear. Some prices are really good, while others tend to be a bit high, so just watch.

I've been shopping here for a few years and recently went in to purchase something and have been getting price match for a while. Today they decided to change the rules and when I asked how long it has been in affect she said its always been that way. But I called the Shippensburg location and they had no issue with giving me the price match. I wont go to the chambersburg location no more. Most of the staff is friendly expect that one individual.

They usually always have what I'm looking for. Keep an eye on the prices because sometimes they can be a bit expensive, but I believe they possibly do the price match if you find it somewhere else cheaper, but I'm not sure if they still do. Their kids clothes are adorable!

Love this place for my goat supplies.Rarely are they out of what I need. Really love the self checkouts now too! And they have lowered their prices! ! LOWER prices!!

Tractor Supply is one of those stores I frequently forget about when shopping, but when I do think to stop there I'm glad. The staff has always been helpful and responsive, their prices have typically been good, and I haven't had any issues with the quality of items purchased from there. Don't let the name throw you: there's more than just "Tractor Supplies" there.

Better than a big box store as they have plenty on open display so you can see what you want without guessing.I purchased a Club Cadet riding mower.SALES PERSON GAVE INTELLIGENT ANSWERS AND KNEW THE PRODUCT LINE-EVEN THOSE NOT ON DISPLAY!Only caveat was they allow owners to bring dogs inside. Saturday morning and there must have been a dozen dogs and the barking and growling and turmoil was disruptive. Knock off a star for that yet dog lovers would add a star for it.Otherwise well worth shopping here.

Very helpful. Pressure washer was not on display in store. Cashier had another employee pull it out of stock, and carried it to my car for me. Very pleasant staff.

Good sales. Normal prices are usually better than Lowe's.They have an enormous assorted of pet food. Their store brand ( 4Health) is my dog food of choice.

Just like the old General Store, you can find almost anything here, solid quality, very reasonable prices. The great and helpful staff elevate it even more.

They sold the wood pellets that we pre-paid them to put on hold. The refund process was easy enough though. It's not as much an issue with the service, as it is an issue with that hold policy. If you take the money, hold the product.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service this evening was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.... May I just suggest, if you dislike your job that much, you better look outside of the customer service positions. The young lady at the register this evening should not be a face of the company. My 13 year daughter and I was told, (in her exact words) " I'm just ready to f€@£ing go home!" Exceptionally disappointed and very disgusted. I don't think I'll shop at the Chambersburg Tractor Supply again. I'll be spending my money in Shippensburg from this point and on. 😡🐎🐄🐓🐖👎

Traditional TSC store. I don't care for the manager, or at least the person who acts like a manager. An older gentleman with grayish hair. He is ALWAYS pushy and rude. Other employees seem nice.

Tractor supply was my go to place for Carhartt. What happened to the clothing section in Chambersburg. Not one Carhartt medium tee shirt but at least a hundred pairs of Cowboy boots. What a disappointment…..
