Mckenzie helped us with our kitchen remodel! While most of it was a paint job, we went to Mckenzie for two big pieces of our makeover: new countertops and new floors. She made the decision much easier on us by allowing us to take the samples home and see them in the actual setting they’d be in. We are so happy with the results and are grateful for her assistance throughout the entire process!

We had some water damage to our sons carpet in his room, so we decided to just redo the entire space. McKenzie was so helpful in offering various options and helpful tips.We made a trip into the store and ended up selecting the perfect, cost effective option. This place is laid out a little different. Lots of options to pick through though. However, don't be afraid to ask for help since the workers are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They will even cut smaller samples for you if you need them. Their prices are in line with other local stores. Although, it seemed like they had more availability for installation. Stop in and check it out for hopefully they'll have what you need.

The team at Floor Trader is great! We gutted our master bedroom and bathroom and they were extremely helpful in making my vision a reality. From the bathroom tile, tub, faucets, and cabinet to the carpet in the master bedroom the project is everything I could have hoped for and more! It was a great experience all around! I needed an extra box of LVP flooring so I called in and Kayla set an extra box up front for me so I didn’t even need to wait around to get it. They helped me choose the flooring for my living room. I took pictures of my furniture, walls and kitchen to help pick the perfect color. I let them pick because I am not good at imagining what it would look like. I honestly did not think I was going to like it. The guys came to install and asked how I wanted the flooring laid. He said long ways would look better than short ways. Again, I didn't think I would like any of this. I can honestly say I love it. ❤️ It looks so warm and inviting. I highly recommend them.

I had such a great experience at Floor Trader! Replacing flooring can be scary (and expensive), and Floor Trader checked off all my boxes. When I initially sent in an inquiry, Mckenzie got back to me within 24 hours to talk through the project in more detail over the phone. She was SO patient with me as I asked for details and quotes on several different LVP options. When it was time to make a decision in person, I felt like we were truly cared for and not just another customer. Not to mention, install of our ~1,000 sqft project only took one day!We shopped around at different places, but attentiveness of Mckenzie & the amazing prices had us sold! I highly recommend Floor Trader for any renovation you are thinking of! We will definitely be using them again for our next project.

Our experience with Floor Trader Outlet was by far the best experience of all the flooring retailers we visited or contacted. Kayla went above and beyond making sure we knew the process and maintained contact with me all along the way making sure the project went according to plan. We felt like the entire staff at Floor Trader Outlet was professional, above board, and truly cared about the outcome of our project. Kayla lined up an installer whose entire crew came in and got the job done efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. There was one piece that was delayed by the manufacturer, but Kayla saw it through to the finish and made certain that I knew what to expect. We will be back for sure!

I did a small kitchen remodel project using the products and services offered by Floor Trader Outlet of Chambersburg. Even though it was a small project, it was a bit complicated. Machenzie was patient and dealt with the changes as they came. She also made a great suggestion for a backsplash, and it turned out stunning. Two contractors did the installation as arranged by Floor Trader Outlet of Chambersburg. That turned out to be a bit clunky, but in the end it all worked out and I am so pleased with the results.

Floor traders is the place to go. Kacey did an awesome job helping us pick out our flooring. My husband put it in himself and she offered advice on how to put it in. And answered our many questions and never seemed to mind us bothering her. Great customer care!
