Purchase extended warranty on used handgun. You can get it cleaned for free every 6 months and if there's a problem they'll repair it. The Red Dot system went bad on it after almost two and a half years . . . so I took it back in and they replaced it. Great staff, good location fair prices!

Firearms selection is decent , price against local competition fluctuates but is comparable . The main thing like a lot of these places are the people they have working the counter for firearms , they talk down to you , will ask if ya need help but really don't want to help you , if ya do have a question they act bothered ya ask .

It's not a very big place but they have a big selection. So if you can't make the trip to a bass pro or cabelas. Then this place is definitely worth checking out they have everything you need at a reasonable price. From clothes to camping to fishing to hunting and hiking. So if your in the area go in and check them out...

Great deals if you look for them but you have to take a little time. I bought a nice pair Sorrell women’s boots (totally waterproof) and very cute for $59. They are more on Zappos. I also found a long sleeve camo hunting shirt for $4, reg. $19.99. The girls at the checkout are very sweet and will price check without any attitude. All the employees were very helpful but you have to ask. Once I asked they helped me with all I asked. I took away a star because they need more women and dog items. My German Shepard needs a hunting vest plus I couldn’t find gloves in one spot. Gloves and socks should be in one place. They have plenty of firearms and knives, but only one knife sharpener. Really? One or two cleaning kits. What?

Came to Pennsylvania for bow season. My crossbow crank had broke, came in to get one ordered, both associates that I asked for help, in that dept wouldn't take the time to help look one up or stop what they were doing to take care of their customer. Went in on two other occasions, same issue hoping to get it resolved told by associate at desk to go down the street to Ft. Loudon. Spent 20 min at there store issue resolved...terrible customer service will not recommend to anyone or spend a dime in there.

Update, taking this from four to five stars. Have recently made some purchases during some pretty good sales. Also now that I realize that they price match I will keep that in mind in the future as well. Sometimes it's much better to actually look at things in person and it's great to be able to price match as well.

I stopped in this Sportsman's Warehouse store hoping that by chance that they may have a rare item I've been searching for that's hard to find. Sure enough they had plenty in stock. Very clean, well organized store, with very friendly helpful staff.

This place has everything and the thing I really like is they sell the top of the line as well as the more affordable stuff too. So if I feel like buying an expensive item for something but a cheaper one of another they literally have it all!

I love this place! They have everything you could imagine! From outdoor cooking supplies to footwear. They have a huge selection of ammunition at competitive prices. Their firearms are marked up, so I wouldn't buy a gun from them. Great selection of knives and clothing. The only thing I hate is the lights inside this place seem to trigger my migraines, especially if it's dark outside and I step inside. It almost blinds me. It's quite an odd phenomena. But other than that, it's a fun store to spend time in.

First.. Service. Cashier was so helpful. Was a little bummed on the kayak stuff I went for. Selection was just not there and pricey for a newb. Fishing. That's where I found my happy place. Wide selection from budget to high end. Left with a pole, line and some lures. Ended up with a great day of fishing

Purchased a rifle online, the website does not come close to disclosing all of the conditions. Drove an hour each way to get the gun after the purchase, not in stock. Drove back days later the background check wouldn't go through because I was out of state. Drove a third time, $80 in gas six total hours on the road the staff wasn't at all interested in getting me done quickly, prepaid and when they finally had everything in the system (they new I was coming) the system said I owed $49.86 and nobody could figure out why. After many minutes they just threw a credit in the system and the $5 background check I was never told I was to pay became $2.33. Absolutely a horror show, the website without any "exclusions" listed anywhere offered $50 back when you spent $200, an email was to be sent immediately after the sale. No email came so I called corporate, I was told a gun purchase would get me the certificate at pickup... Get the promised coupon it is not good for two weeks and you have to come into the store to use it, again I am an hour each way and more than $25 in gas per visit. I could not believe the hoops I had to jump through and the fact nobody including the corporate help actually know all the rules for the discounts offered. Every answer was "to bad so sad sucks to be you", not once did they even attempt to fix the issues or offer anything to make up for their shortfalls. It looked like the best price by $50 on a large purchase, it wound up costing me $150 more than a local small shop, my bad for trusting them.

Prices are pretty good. Great employees. Have alot of great items in the store. Only problem I had was I got over charged on 2 items I bought. I live a little over an hour away and had to be up there with in 30 days to be able to get my money back and could not use the 2 itemsI got over charged on. I normally only go on trips like that on Sunday (my only day off) but had to go during the week and getting home late since I get off at 5:30-6.
