This has always been one of my favorite Sheetz's to go to on my way home from work. I never have much wait time and this is the only Sheetz that hasn't messed my food up.

I'm usually a fan of Sheetz food over most other convenience store but today was not a good example of such. Ham & swiss is my go to sandwich, this location did not have wheat bread listed so I tried the sliced sourdough. It had to be the driest bread I've ever eaten. The honey mustard I requested was such a small dollop it couldn't cover one slice of the bread. I threw out one slice of bread and ate it as a wrap. Sadly the worst $6.00 sandwich I think I've ever had. The staff was friendly and fairly fast otherwise this would be 2 stars.

Not our usual Sheetz, their food and service was good. The place was very busy, but in spite of that the folks who were back there fixing the food were coordinated and got mine to me pretty darn quick.

I tried to order some hot dogs, their computer ordering system would only let me order chili dogs or cheese dogs and I wasn't sure about that. Maybe a chili dog with cheese? So I finally ordered something I wasn't real interested in. I ordered a Turkey sub, it turned out to have very little turkey and a lot of lettuce . It tasted terrible and I had to throw it away. There are better gas prices around. So I see no need for me to go back there.

$9 for a flatbread hoagie had enough in it for a small hoagie totally unreal service rude rude you need to get people in there that know how to serve and cook meals never again will I come here again I only came here because it's been a while since I was there never again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This is a fairly high volume Sheetz yet the self-service checkouts usually keep down any line to check out. Food always seems to come out quickly as well for how busy they are. Overall, a very nice, neat, clean, quick sheetz to visit.

Incredibly slow. Stood at the counter talking to their friend (nonemployee) instead of preparing food. I use prepared loosely because they didn't bother to hear either of my egg sandwiches or toast the muffins.

It seems this location has adopted the increasingly popular and incredibly frustrating practice of leaving prepaid MTO orders behind the counter instead of putting them on the pickup counter or the rack designated for prepaid online orders. Along with this, they fail to announce when the order is ready. I've got problems with my feet that make it quite painful to stand waiting at the pickup counter the entire time my food is prepared, so it looks like I'll have to go to a different Sheetz for my mobile MTO orders from now on.

I was in this sheetz over lunch today to get a brewed sweet tea which looked like water and I dumped it back out and a couple other things went to the counter stood there for 5 minutes no service 6 or 7 employees in the kitchen area. I said to hell with it and I walked out I don't visit this sheetz often and I definitely won't visit again

Food is alright nothing to special. Gas is mostly watered down. Never had a vehicle that operated properly after using gas from Sheetz. Coffee isn't too great. Only come here to grab a quick bite/snack or drink.

It’s pretty good just need to get LOOK! Better at the orders. Everytime I got i either don’t get my side sauces, fries and not putting my topping on my drinks. Just order and didn’t get my sauce for my chicken

I really hate leaving bad reviews, I typically write off one or two bad experiences, but this Sheetz store is awful and I have tried five visits. It's filthy, the coffee area is absolutely disgusting, it appears that they never clean it. Customer service is rude. Sheetz should send these people to the Baltimore Ave. location in Mt. Holly Springs, PA. That store is clean, the staff are friendly, they could learn a lot from the staff there.

Ordered 2 brauts with chili and nacho cheese. First i noticed they wrapped them in the paper which i already knew i lost some chili right there cuz it sticks to the paper and becomes a mess.... But i ask them am i gonna open it at my house and it is a complete mess? Which a super or manager idk who but there was 2 there talking to me both said it would be fine and i have them open it and Can you guess? I already lost chili and cheese just like i thought then i told them why didnt they use the containers?i let them know Last time a guy used the black container and worked perfectly. THEN I GOT ATTITUDE AND WAS TOLD "next time ask for the black container" like they gave me attitude. Really rude. Especially for 2 super/managers. In my mind its common sense not to use paper if chili is involved .... THE CUSTOMER WILL LOSE THE STUFF WE PAID FOR. Highly unhappy.

Honestly took 38 minutes to get a Peanut Butter milkshake, after 20 minutes to put the food side of my order out. To the employees defense, they only had 3 people working, sad scheduling for a holiday. To make it worse, order was screwed up, nothing made as ordered. Need a Wawa

Wish this was my "home sheetz" but sadly I only get to this location once a week. Staff is friendly, food is prepared quickly and properly. My hometown sheetz could learn a thing or two from this crew. Great service! Great location!

2 hot dogs took 10 minutes even though I was the only one to order food. My hot dogs did not have the toppings either. The service at the staff was friendly though

I am a handicapped driver. And I cannot pump my own gas. There is a handicapped help button on the gas pump for a reason. The last three times I waited for someone to come out for over 40 minutes and I had to just ask another customer you help me. That is wrong! When the store was across the street I do not have to wait more than 5 minutes

Pretty slow on food. And sheetz PLEASE for all that's holy. KILL that God damned alarm the staff somehow ignores. You can't sit down in any of your locations without that annoying and loud tone in your ear. This store somehow let's it go almost indefinitely.

It all started 10:01pm me Caden Evan and Alyssa all walked in to sheets of 11 I ordered curly fries with mustard honey mustard Caden ordered boneless wings large with buffalo ranch Evan ordered two hot dogs and Alyssa finally ordered jalapeño poppers and ranch and a milkshake regular ice cream base Oreo pieces all was good until my food (ben) came out after a Whooping 12.42 minutes and we all sat down to enjoy our food the end PS: I feel that sheetz is no longer about the food but about the money as showcased in the picture attached thank you for your time Give me money.

I’m really not impressed with the food service here. One time my ciabatta smelled and tasted of cigarettes. It was inedible. On top of that they are constantly forgetting parts of my order. If you can go elsewhere do so.

Staff is inattentive to customers, lacks customer service, takes customers at registers out of order causing longer waits than needed. Hopefully these people will not be working at the new sheetz being built right across the street.
