Ordered food here opened it to having the bun completely ripped and nothing even inside of it also ordered light on both sauces and this stuff was pouring all over the wrapping usually don't have an issue here just disappointed with whoever made these completely wrong. When I worked for you guys in a different store this would of been unacceptable to give to someone such a shame

Great Customer Service from Dawnna. Store was clean. Nice seating area. Food selection is better than a dinner. The kid safety seat in the bathroom is AMAZING. Bathroom is clean. Gas today 12/9/19 is $2.79

Psa, make sure you get a receipt evert time because even when they mess your order up and you notice minutes later after walking out the store they won't help you at all and say theres no way to look it up when I used a debit card and used a rewards card.

Needing a gas stop in the early morning hours, it was nice to have a Sheetz right off of 81. Open 24 hours, it's very dependable. Twelve pumps are free for use, with car washes being offered as well. The store is large with many snack offerings and other basic goods. As a whole, your expected Sheetz. It does well, with the store and lot being clean and well-maintained.

Always have a pleasant experience with the friendly staff. Place is always well stocked with grab n go items however food orders normally take some time but are made great. *Use the Sheets App to preorder* Bathrooms seem to always be a bit dirty but not overkill.

So it looks like they moved whoever was making wraps at the Norland location to the 30 location. Burritos are supposed to be something you can eat on the go without silverware, not whatever this is.Edit: Not to mention a wrap so dry and stale you can't fix it without it falling apart.

Ordered 6 things, and they all got crammed into one tiny bag. The burger was bland and dry, the hotdog was drowned in mustard, and the breakfast croissant sandwich was crushed and also bland. Great place for gas and snacks. Skip if you want real food.

This Sheetz is a high volume Sheetz yet ALWAYS is clean inside the store and outside on the property. Other Sheetz stores in the area have overflowing trash cans and just aren't very clean.Well done to the managers of this store!

Came in from out of state and stayed at a hotel close by. We ordered food and come in to pick it up only for the chicken to be old, bun crusty and laid out. From someone who used to work in the fast food industry I’ve seen some terrible things but for sheetz to be this down bad? Wow

If you've seen one Sheetz, you've seen.... Well, most of them anyway. This location was not unlike any if the others that I visited in recent years. Busy, busy, busy. I wish that the parking lot was designed a little differently. There's nothing wrong with it, I wouldn't know how to fix it, but you literally take your life into you're hands just walking from the pumps to the store. People drive through those lots like they are still on a highway.Overall, the facilities seems well run and for the most part is clean. The staff were hustling and very busy. Nothing special to say it report. Just a very utilitarian, functional stop and go. Good job.

Diesel available but more expensive than the Sheetz we passed just a few miles before this one. ☹️. Can get food. Has a car wash. Can be crowded at times. Easy in and out with a stoplight right here.

Compared to most of the other Sheetz locations this store is normally really clean, well stocked and maintained. The 2 stars though are for the food prep and MTO stuff. Sheetz now charges you extra money for just about everything. Bacon costs more. Caramelized onions cost more. Sweet peppers cost more. Cheese costs more. A $4 burger very quickly becomes a $8 burger b/c of all the added fees. THEY NEVER ADD THE EXTRAS. This morning I paid an extra $2.50 for my burger in toppings and they only added the bacon. None of the other extras, that cost more, were even added. This is fairly common. I try to avoid getting food at this Sheetz and stop at other locations for gas if I intend to eat.

My boyfriend and I came in around midnight and placed a hot food order we got some snacks and a drink and paid for it all right as a bunch of other hot food orders were being placed well you would think we would have gotten ours before any others NOPE 2 or 3 others were completed before ours absolutely redclious

This place is usually clean with good service and has some nice workers, but the manager here is disrespectful and inconsiderate. I'd give them a high review if it were not for this woman. She will single out the people she doesn't like despite them being regular customers that spend hundreds of dollars on their overpriced, average quality food, and demand they leave the establishment or the police will be involved. I find it belittling and petty to resort to such threats when I have respected this establishment for months. I expect a higher standard of care for humanity and due dilligence in managing a restaurant, especially when an obvious bias is taking place where other regular patrons solicit the premises for hours typically spending relatively less. It's obvious here that this manager only cares about the money aspect of a customer and imposes her oppressive will where possible.

I've been a loyal Sheetz customer for at least 20 years, and I tend to visit your stores on a daily basis. Usually, I have a very pleasant experience and enjoy the variety and quality of products available at any of your many locations. Tonight however, I was surprised and outraged by the derisive and patronizing actions and words the night shift manager (her name was "Sammie") displayed towards my family in a Sheetz located at 1315 Lincoln Way East, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. After a very long day, I took my children here to enjoy a quick, late night ice cream stop before bed. As we approached the soft serve ice cream machine, we were stopped by the manager. She explained that the machines were not working properly in a fairly snippy manner, but she did seem to be attempting to be professional, forcing a smile as she spoke to my kids. My kids are quiet, shy, and extremely polite and mannerly, so they thanked her for informing them of that and decided to get a milkshake instead. We made our purchase and sat outside to enjoy them. We were disappointed and hurt when the same manager and an employee stood outside, about 15 ft away, and began to mock and mimic my children's interest in the riparian buffer system and the biodiversity of the insects that were in it. As we came back into the direction of the store to dispose our trash in the receptacle outside, the manager began to gruffly blow cigarette smoke directly into my children's faces, wash her cigarette towards my kids, and openly mock them in front of other employees and the customers who were in view of them. She made my 4 year old daughter burst into tears as we walked away and my 15 year old son was left feeling belittled, marginalized, and vocally abused by this arrogant woman who felt the need to publicly make fun of my children's love of environmental biology. If that was not horrible enough, this manager and the employee continued to jeer loudly at us as we walked away. I have never seen unprofessionalism in such a disgraceful manner, by any store manager, at any business where an adult would feel the need to embarrass a child for the satisfaction of their own insolent contentment.

Went to this particular location around 11PM, ordered food, and was unpleasantly surprised at how terrible the order I received was. I ordered two Chili cheese hot dogs, and received two hot dogs with Chili only, also ordered three cheese mac and cheese, and recieved only a standard, one cheese mac and cheese order, even though I paid the extra for three cheese mac and cheese. Also realized after i had left that no utensils had been given in my bag, i called the store to ask about this, and was given a response of "The only thing I can do is have you come back" in a very rude, uncustomer-service like tone. All in all was very un pleased with the service at this sheetz and will not be back!

I went to get air in my tires, the machine was not working correctly and nobody had informed the employees. I went inside after it had taken almost all of my air from my tire, every employee I came in contact with was great and very helpful. They went over and beyond to resolve the issue! They put a bottle of fix a flat (free of charge) in my tire for me and I was able to go to the next sheetz to fill up my tires.

I love the ealing deals at sheetz.I like the fact it is quick meals made while you wait.The only thing I don't care for is that there are always a lot of people in there which could make service a little slow at times. Over all the food is correct the way ordered and fresh / hot.
