This is one busy pharmacy! First, I have to say all of the pharmacists are really great with being so swamped all the time. I don’t think I could be that pleasant when I know how busy I would be every moment of the day. This rite aid has had to absorb not only the closing of several others in the area, one we used to frequent which really should have closed, but also Walgreens-that’s quite an increase! They are pleasant l, I primarily use the drive thru and even with shortages and back orders they do the best they can and they are always kind. If you do go to pick up and read this review, I’d invite you to think about just how busy they likely are and give them a smile and tell them they are doing a great job. They are doing a million times better than the other rite aid we used to use that closed, even with so many more customers. It’s located on route 30, if you are already downtown it’s convenient, if coming from outskirts, not so much. They do give vaccines at this location and you can schedule them online. You can use GoodRx card here as well to help save on scripts. The picture in this review is a lineup at 9am when they open and there were two cars behind me so already busy as soon as they open. They have a typical pharmacy store with over the counter meds, groceries, toiletries and so forth usually very well stocked.

I've been contemplating writing this review for about a month now. I went there for the first (and last) time in September, after moving here from out of state. A controlled substance that I picked up was filled incorrectly. The bottle clearly said 75 tablets, however, there were only 45 in the container when I counted them as soon as I got home. I called the pharmacist who put me on hold for over 15 minutes to "figure out what happened" and then he magically found an unopened bottle of 30 tablets sitting right next to his computer that he "forgot" to give me. I don't know... the whole situation just seemed sketchy to me. I got the gut feeling that they withheld that bottle on purpose to try to sell the tablets on the side to make money or something. Never in my life have I had a prescription filled wrong like that, especially not with this specific medicine. When I arrived back there to pick up the rest of the medicine, I was first in line inside. He kept looking at me, ignoring me, and continued helping car after car after car after car in the drive-thru lane. This is the most unprofessional "pharmacy" I've ever been to. Looks like Walgreens is my pharmacy from now on.

time to take my $ elsewhere so tired of struggling to get my prescriptions due to staff not caring about the patients and just being lazy in general! If corporate could see what I see and have been thru would you treat your family the way you treat us? Show some compassion you will be in our place one day and I hope you get done just as dirty as you have done us we do not deserve the negligence and laziness of the queen st pharmacy staff act like you at work once in a while! And do your job!! Without the funky attitude! I’ve fired employees for less than you have shown me recently it’s very unprofessional

I called 4 times and was hung up on before anybody said a word everytime, except the final time Catherine spoke briefly with me and then hung up on me, again.They don't have consistent pharmacy hours, the pharmacy is *frequently* closed early for whatever reason. You can't rely on them to get you your meds when you need them.

I am 69 years old. Went into Rite Aid looking for the advertise free Covid tests with a Medicare card. Was told that they do not stock the product that is free, but we were welcome to purchase as many as we like. We thought maybe it was because we didn't receive prescriptions from this location, but our next door neighbor, who is 82, lives with a Covid positive person, and gets his prescriptions there was told the same. To turn down an 82 year old person to try yo profit from them is disgusting.

After trying to get my meds from this location for a full YEAR they are incapable of giving me the correct syringes for my injections and are completely impotent at obtaining medicines from suppliers that other pharmacies were able to fill in a day. These people are grossly incompetent and you should not trust them with your health or the health of your family. STAY AWAY!

Looked online to get my 4th covid vaccine. and it stated walk ins welcome. Went in around 10 am. There was no one in the waiting area. I was told come back at 4 pm cause they have had a lot of walk ins.So I went back online and set up an appt at 3:20. Went back and the same woman said “didn’t I say to come back at 4! To which I responded I made an appt and it was confirmed. No response from her!The pharmacist was wonderful. Absolutely no complaint there.While sitting in the waiting area with 4 others. One said she came in at 11 and was told the same. The other gentleman said he came at 1 and was told that as well. SAD!!

I had my 2nd covid vaccine yesterday. Not a good experience whomever gave me the shot should learn how to properly administer a shot. She basically stabbed me. I am in my 50's and have never had an injection hurt so much during and cannot use my arm today.

Went to the back of the store to use the restroom and it was locked. I was told that I had to get the key at the FRONT of the store - where no one could be found... I waited for someone at the register for a while to pay for my items. Eventually, someone else got in line behind me, and he found a clerk - who was very nice.It's hard to be in two places at once when the store is understaffed.

I took one pill from my prescription medicine wrong and so I called in to check if I would be ok from the pharmacist. She was polite, kind and very understanding of my mistake. She was so lovely and caring. I did not get her name. I called at 7:10pm monday july 19. You're the best. And thank you!.
