Just left the grooming department with my dog. I will say Jayden was great with my dog. It was for a nail clipping only. She was kind, respectful and did a great job on the nails. My mother and I stood inside the grooming department as she did them, and they were three other ladies grooming dogs. The one didn't speak a word to us when we said hello, and the other two were grabbing the dogs and yelling at them. That makes me wonder what they do when no one is around. If they are that miserable don't work with animals!!! That is rediculos behavior and I guarantee you they don't want to be treated that way. What goes around comes around. Good luck "ladies" when you get yours!!! Will never return to this PetSmart that believes in hiring horrible miserable people!

We were going here for years with our beagle before he passed and he always came out looking great, we recently adopted a new dog and had him groomed with Hannah, over $70 later his nails were not done and I don't believe his anal glands were expressed as there is a noticeable odor. He is a large breed dog and he was done in 30 minutes, I had to bathe him myself a week later. It's not an easy job and I appreciate the effort these girls put in but we won't be going back

I love going here to get treats for my dogs. However there was an older man that worked there kept following me around and peaking around the corner of the isles as if I was going to rob the place. Everyone else was nice but this man acted like I was a criminal. Next time if it makes him feel better he can hold my hand while I shop.

We have been taking our pit mix here for a little over a year and always thought they’ve done a great job. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but our last “pawdicure” was very disappointing. His nails were cut way too short, they weren’t grinded, his paw pads weren’t cleaned up, and his ears were barely cleaned. He also wasn’t given a banana. We always get this package so we know what comes with it and none of this was done. There were no other customers but you could tell the girl just wanted to get it done and made us feel like an inconvenience.

I try to get ahold fish but u know old. Lady Karen comes up snork snork here I come saying you have to have a better home for this fish because it's my safety for a concern that you need a 40 inch fish tank or 3 ft

I was absolutely appalled today when I visited the store. I had been considering purchasing a new betta fish. However, the ones on display were not only being kept in disgustingly dirty cups but a few fish looked very sick (burned or fungal infected fins, floating sideways, etc). One fish was actually dead and decaying in its cup, so who knows how long it’s been since anyone has checked on them or changed their water.I’ve become increasingly disappointed in this store since coming across a chinchilla being kept in a cage near the larger fish area, far from the usual display and seemingly “hidden” in an unsanitary area of the department. I witnessed this on two different occasions.I’ve decided, given the declining standards of the store, to find somewhere else to take my dog for grooming. I simply don’t feel it’s a safe environment for my pet.

I set up an appointment for them to give my dog grooming and have her nails done .they did a very good job. My dog is a very nervous, anxious dog and they worked well with her. They made some suggestions for me to do for the next time that I bring her because I will be bringing her back. She is a golden retriever named Daisy, who loves people and children, but gets very nervous around other dogs so they made suggestions on when I should come in. I could see that they were very caring and very good with her. I definitely will be back.🐾

Trista B groomed my incredibly anxious/nervous Border Collie today. She was so helpful and reassuring through the entire process. I’m sure he wouldn’t have done as well with any other groomer and she helped ease my own nerves as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Great selection for our newest member. They provide care for kittens born with out a home. So bring them in if they follow you home and these guys give them a new happy one!

I stopped by last night, and in my time there I walked by the grooming salon. I really couldn't have been more disappointed in what I saw. Two employee's with a smaller dog were yelling at the dog. Yelling to "Stop that!" Loudly and aggressively. As for someone who has previously worked at petco, I know that cannot be your standards or acceptable. Do better! They bring in their pets to your care because they trust you to take good care of them while they are there. Not to be yelled at and mistreated! It is already a stressful experience for most pets. Do better petsmart!

We drove to PA to get a puppy and this was our first stop once we got her. She was car sick 3 times on the way to the store after getting her and was very scared. I walked right into the salon with her and the ladies there got us right in for a puppy bath and even trimmed her nails. To go a step further, they sprayed her with a lavender mist to help her be more calm and were cradling her like a baby when I came in to get her. The level of care they had for us as one time only customers being from more than 10 hours away really shows they love what they do. I hope this review makes it to the lovely ladies who made my new puppy's journey home a little easier for her ! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Always have my choice of Rachel Ray dogfood. Clerks will put a large bag of dogfood in my cart and will load the dogfood into my truck. Clerks are courteous and helpful.

I love PetSmart. They always have cute cats from the shelter and other pets to see which is my favorite part! You can sign up to volunteer at the local shelter which is something I did and it's fun! I love taking care of pets. The only downside to this pet store is they don't have saltwater fish to buy, and everything is much more expensive at pet stores if you're buying food compared to your local Walmart or something similar.

I took my dog Bella in for her nails trim. She has really bad anxiety when this is done. The girls there on Monday April 17th 2023 were amazing with my Bella. She never made a sound. They made her feel comfortable and took the time and took 2 girls to make sure she was calm. Thank you so.much ladies She will be back and I hope you all are there..GREAT TEAM AS OF RIGHT NOW IN THE GROOMING CENTER!!!!

Took my dogs for a bath and tidy....noticed when I got him home that neither were trimmed up and nails were not done. Called and they were rebooted for the next weekend..took them in told the groomer that one of them had a small matt behind the ear...noticed this morning my fog has a quarter size sore behind the ear...they shaved him so close the burned him and didn't get the mat it was on the other ear!!!

I would avoid this store, the manager Chris was extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I will go to another pet store in Chambersburg rather then possibly having to deal with her again. I actually ended up calling corporate and they told me I was given wrong info about returns, so I do hope they contact this store for training. The staff I wish I remembered her name was very helpful and kind, sad she doesn't have better support.

Took my Beagle girl in for nail trimming and Buffy was great with her. And she did a great job on the nails! Decided to get a harness and I had THE BEST customer service experience with Olivia assisting me. If I could give today's visit 10 stars I would.

Always clean, reasonable prices, always friendly and helpful staff. They price match with Chewy, and they always open an extra register to keep the lines quick. They'll even load your car, if you need help. We love our Chambersburg Petsmart!
