Groomer Jen did a great job with our spaniel Pepsi. She loved him up when she met him and followed our requests exactly. We were able to get an appointment within a few days and the price met our budget. We would recommend Jen and Petco.

The groomers were very friendly, they are true animal lovers and show affection towards my dogs as they were doing their nails. My puppy was wiggling and going in circles after her nails were done and one of the girls started wiggling with her and of course the puppy LOVED IT. I also have a older dog with a hip issue and they were gentle and VERY careful with her. Our experience was amazing and will tell anyone looking for a groomer to go there.

Despite their google page listing cat grooming and claw cutting, the latter without an appointment, they do not do this at Chambersburg location. Glad I did not bring my cat in before checking. The grooming person did not seem to care that the information on the site was not correct, so probably site will remain incorrect.

The Groomer not only did a great job but she has a lot to do for one employee who has no other help. I feel they really are putting too much on one groomer. Dispute her beautiful job it is a lot on one groomer. Company needs to get more help

Groomer Alisha did an excellent job with my teddy with his severe arthritis in back legs and he looks and smells so good hope she stays at Petco she's very good. My dog is very stubborn so I appraise her for the great job.

Jenn not only unevenly cut my dogs fur she almost broke his legs trying to blow dry him twice when he clearly was not secured. I will never allow your company to touch my dog again.

Summer did a great job on Barkley considering how matted his fur was..He come out looking like a new Lil man lol. So much that when we got home his fur cat sister was scared ,she never seen him looking like that smh lol.
