Excellent service. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Converted twice via email on my situations. First time saved me a 70 mile trip as what I needed was no longer available. Second time what I needed to repair a tool was available and I purchased the item. Large clean facility.

We had an issue but it was corrected. Joel came out of his way to personally apologize and make it right and I appreciate that.We bought a shed through Mountain View back on April 25th. We thought at the time everything was was great. We made a deposit and Joel the guy we bought the shed through went out of his way to make the sale. He said we would get the rest of the payment information at a later time. The company who made the shed has a 90 day same as cash to pay the rest of the shed off before the interest kicks in. We never got the payment information. I called Mountain over 4-5 times trying to get the payment information over a 3 week period. I asked to speak with Joel but he was always either unavailable or not there. I at least 2 messages for him but he never returned my call. The last time I left a message for him the guy who took my message said he still saw the last message I left for Joel on Joel’s desk and he never called me back. Finally I called Backyard Outfitters who makes the shed and got the payment information which was through a 3rd party called BCS so I called them. Unfortunately they told me the first payment was due June 1st and if I wanted to avoid a late payment I would have to pay it now over the phone which involved a $15 payment. All of this could have been avoided if Joel would have called me back and given me the payment information.The quality of the shed is amazing and we are very happy with it and would recommend Backyard Outfitters for a shed.

They service my Milwaukee tools, great turn around, large selection of m18/m12 tools and accessories and lots of Milwaukee hand tools, some apparel and the packet storage system. Very friendly, very helpful.Hands down one of the best local hardware stores around!

Great hardware store. Ownership is awesome: a family that cares about customer service and seeking all possible solutions for pros and diy customers. They do auto chip keys these days too. Highly recommend!

They have more stuff here than you would think. Did excellent repair on my Milwaukee sander and it was free due to apparently still being under warrantee.

UPDATE- 5 Stars!! This is our 2nd shed we brought from them. The first one went smoothly. This second purchase we had a few more difficulties with receiving our shed BUT Larwin from Mountain View went out of his way to help find another transportation company (after the first one decided not to deliver) to get us our shed. We are thankful for Larwin!
