This place did an amazing job on repairs of my phone. Did it in reasonable time and turned out amazing. This about a year later after the repairs everything still working very well. Appreciate the staff very professional. Recommend this spot. Prices were fair.

Needed to get an cracked iPhone screen fixed. Stopped in, they had the screen in stock and were able to fix it in about an hour. Very quick easy. Eli the customer service representative I was dealing with was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. The store seems to be well stocked with products. I felt like my device was in good hands when I left it with them. Price for new phone screen was about $150 a lot cheaper then a new phone.

Very happy with my screen repair experience with Monster.The staff was wonderful and attentive, they took the time to make sure that they could get the correct pieces in for my screen repair and were able to get it in next day. The phone was repaired in under two hours and works perfectly.Thanks a bunch guys.

Went in to get the charging port checked out on my son's phone. They were able to take a look at it right away and get it cleared out at a reasonable price! Will definitely take any future phone issues to them!

They were fine, but the service people could work on their personal interaction with the customers which was a little off, but they are technical people, so expected. My only real complaint, was when I picked up my phone, the face of it had a bunch of gunk/glue or something stuck all over the face or glass. I had to spend 10 or 15 minutes when I got home using some solution and elbow grease to remove this substance hoping I didn't damage the glass. I would probably use them again since they're one of few businesses that offer phone repair, but might try a competitor to compare if convenient.

What a seriously customer-focused business! I brought my kiddo's phone in to have the screen repaired and they did a phenomenal job! Then, just 5 days later, I brought it back in after my kiddo once again broke their screen (yes, parents, this is the last time I'll be doing so). The super kind guys at Monster fixed it a second time at a fraction of the cost. Probably because they could see how frustrated and bummed I was to be doing so again so soon after the first time. Checking online it seemed to me that I would be in for a hefty repair cost. That wasn't the case at Monster. They did an excellent job and I Ieft paying far less than the internet had led me to believe I would. I 100% recommend Monster Phone Repair. Even picked up a dash mount for myself, which has come super in handy.

I give this company 10 stars. For the reason… I took my phone out of my case and laid my phone on my counter to clean my case. My pup decided to see what was shiny and knocked my phone off the counter to my screen cracking. Steve and his team did an amazing job on my phone.

My daughter dropped her phone but nothing was cracked. After talking with my coworker they recommended monster buyback. Was told they could fix it and it would be ready the next day. Very nice and professional and I will recommend them to anyone!!

A while ago I had my iPhone 14 Pro drop out of my pocket and it got run over by a truck and trailer but nobody wanted to fix it so I took it to monster and they fixed it. They didn’t use Apple parts, and when I was checking it over I missed a black dot close to the middle of my screen that doesn’t go away and along with that I’ve never taken my case off accept to clean it and now along the edges it’s all scratched up but they got my phone done with in a day

I work with Monster through my company so I've never taken them a personal device. However, they have repaired 19 tablets for various reasons. Anywhere from charging issues to broken screens. We haven't had a problem with a single one of them since being repaired. They are both friendly and professional. We always get our equipment back in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for personal or business repairs. Good people for sure.

I took my phone in because I was having issues with it charging. I told them the charging port wasn't working when I dropped it off. They replaced the battery, which didn't need replaced. They charged me just under $120. The battery on Amazon is less than $20 and comes with the tools to replace it. They didn't replace the charging port. I ordered a charging port from Amazon for less than $20 and fixed the phone myself.

Monster is fantastic! My phone was totally dead without any notice. It wouldn't turn on or recharge. It at most got the pink opening screen, then black again. The cell phone company wasn't able to get it started. They could sell me a new phone but all my info and photos would be lost. They sent me to Monster as my last hope. Monster did some magic and got it going-- fully restored! They didn't even charge me! Thank you, Monster! You're my hero!!

I had two screens repaired that were iPads. The damage was pretty bad. They were able to fix both in a short amount of time. The older version iPad Air 2 was having trouble with the home button. I took it back and they fixed the connection for free even though I waited a few months to bring it back. I’m a procrastinator. Lol The kids are happy and so am I! I recommend getting your repairs done at Monster!

When I crack my one month old phones new screen I was very upset. I hadn't had a new phone in 7 years. Their customer service, commitment to finding a solution, and patience with a non-techie are unmatched! My iPhone 12 took a swim while on a river float and these two devoted time to find a fix, allowing me to ask many questions along the way. Full restoration of my data, to include all 10,497 photos 🤭, was able to be transferred to my new phone. You truly are miracle workers! I attempted to complete a speaker repair myself of my iphone 12 mini. I could not remove the screen and it actually shattered when I tried. I called Monster and they had a screen in stock at the store and said they could fix it right away. I dropped off my phone and the speaker and they installed them in 50 mins. We had an old tablet that would not charge. We took it to Monster to be checked. After testing they determined that the battery was done for.One was ordered, replaced and it was all simply explained to us, and was done in several days.This is the second time I have used their service and would recommend them to anyone.
