The staff friendly, the shelves neat and organized. Overall a great store but check to be sure you have everything. We made a big purchase and the cashier set aside the small bag but forgot to put it in the big bag before handing us our items. We did not realize it till we got home. Extra time, extra gas or extra wait to get the items. It is not a major deal but an inconvenience so thus, a 4 star. 🤔

Have not been into the store physically in awhile. So today was first in-store shopping experience. Store is changed around, but not bad finding things. Was clean and staff was friendly/helpful.

Organized display of clothing and accessories. Very clean as employees constantly cleaning and rearranging items .All areas labeled as to gender, size, and typeof articles . Do have self checkout as well as customer assisted checkouts . Could use more customer assistance.

The reason I entered the store was to return a purchase to Amazon. This was very convenient, as it was close, and I only needed a QR code. My receipt included a 20% coupon. So, I began to browse. I throughly enjoyed my time at Kohls. I will return.

The store is all cut up since having Sephora there. You want me to pay $70.00 for a top, hunt my size cause no one is around to ask since the change, ring up my own purchase, bag my purchase and try to figure out coupons and points! Ummmm, no thanks! I will shop elsewhere. Very unhappy customer!

If there is zero , I will rate it as zero,. We have been shopping at kohl’s since its first opened, no problem at all before. But this year it was the worst experience ever, we ordered online for thanksgiving deal, missing items from shipping, got to deal the customer service online, that’s fine, but when we tried returning the sneaker( right size but still too small for my boy) , the colored lady at the register called me troubled lady, and laughed at me, she is a cashier over there last couple times when I was there, first time on the Black Friday morning , she was the cashier already joked on me for no reason , I don’t know you, Lady! As a cashier there, you are not supposed to teasing the customer by where they are from. Try to avoid her next couple times, but today it made me the most angry is , The other cashier asked her help and she called me the trouble without reason and it was right at front of my 10 years old boy, no more Kloh’s ever, even online! If there is anywhere I can turn to report her I will.

Associates are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and offers a variety of merchandise, have always had a pleasant experience when shopping or picking up.Wonderful fall decor and the men's section has some amazing deals going on. $17 for quality joggers? Yes please.Also, associates at checkout are very friendly and definitely know good customer service.Edit: went today 12/23 and expected burned out employees and madness. I was completely wrong. Store looked great sales were awesome and the cashier as usual was very friendly. Love the store!Did a pickup on Christmas Eve. The self pickup process is easy to understand and utilize without having to deal with lines. Great store.

Shopping experience at Kohl’s was fine until today. Regarding Amazon return, the store has combined Amazon return counter with all checkout service, which is at very end of the long aisle; when you carry heavy objects, it can be hard. Tried to have communication with the manager on duty about the situation, encountered arrogant attitude without even listening to the solution, which is unprofessional and disappointing customer service.

Took a shopping trip to the Sephora inside of the Chambersburg Kohl’s. My granddaughter and I were assisted by Riley & Braden. This visit was hands down the most amazing shopping trip I have ever had to Sephora! Riley and Braden were professional, friendly, and knew exactly what products to recommend. I will definitely be back!

Shout out for customer service above and beyond! I was looking for a specific item in which I couldn’t find. I asked a floor associate who went out of her way to track one down in the back .. I was overly impressed to find this level of customer service and it was refreshing! Thank you for making my day :0)

Since the renovation, there’s this colored boy with an attitude working like he thinks he’s in the streets. Getting snippy with customers and saying stuff like “I ain’t the one” like he’s in some rap music video. Deplorable. Go work at Walmart.

Purchased 2 large rugs today. My mom and I needed help getting them to the register. We asked employee Randy for help. I have never experienced this level of rudeness, aggression, aggressive body language, and short temperedness at a store before. One of my daughters was with us and she was nervous by his aggression. I told him no we didn’t want his help after all because clearly he did not want to help. My mom asked him so politely for help. I don’t care if he was just having a bad day. We all do and I’d never treat a customer that way. He was mad that he had to pick up a baby bottle and he threw it away, as if it was ours. Definitely wasn’t. And had to put a couple of pairs of nearby baby shoes back where they belong. Wasn’t ours either. He should NOT be working here. Period.

Its Kohls. One of the few places in Chambersburg PA to shop for clothes. The store is clean. The staff always seems helpful and friendly. Also a great place to return Amazon purchases that need shipped back.The only con is that its not a very big store and it gets very overwhelmed with merchandise and sometimes appears junky.
