I love this grocery store….small enough to get my milk bread veggies and eggs in a quick loop and big enough to easily fill two carts in a quick shopping trip…with as many kids as we have, as many sports teams we get snacks for, I never go wrong. The biggest selling point for me is Ms Trish. She always has a smile for everyone and a laugh and I’d wager easily 40-% of the customers come back because of their staff…can’t beat it, small town personal touch locally owned and great deals - it fits the bill for our crew😉Updated 4/11/24- I had read several of the reviews recently for this place and thought I would go a bit more in depth in my review- the prices are really good. I spent around $226 today and the receipt says I saved $297- I got several portions of salmon marinated and prepared on cedar boards, aveeno products, Buitonni sauces and raviolis, fresh sugar snap peas, beans, broccoli, carrots, tuna, Bed Head salon shampoos, special soaps that we use, snacks for sports teams, fruits, vegetables, eggs milk and bread - the only thing I could not get was a specific laundry detergent that they must have been out. I found name brand sinus medication and Zyrtec for allergies, brand named band aids, paper goods for the house, cleaners, Myers cleaning supplies, school lunch stuff (I make 8 lunches a day, often more!) with a family our size we don’t buy one jar and one container of pasta so although the menu is thoughtfully put together, we get a lot of stuff and it works! I took a couple pictures so someone could see my purchases weren’t .99 filler bread but the pile can show a bit of what I purchased.As I had said previously, the staff are very nice and helpful, and we will continue to make the conscious choice to support local business and support the wallet for a large family 😉

Prices are good selections are bad. Seem to miss things a lot for full meals. Like once I went in for spaghetti and they had the sauce and no noodles just for example. This has happened to me on multiple occasions this is why I no longer grocery shop there. I do however still stop in for something quick if I can find it.

Visited here for the first time three weeks ago and loved it! The prices are great compared to other grocery stores. You practically can find any and everything here that you need! It's definitely a one stop shop grocery store! I live 45 minutes away and it's definitely worth the drive!

Great deals every day. I used to shop at Walmart. But it's getting a little expensive. So I went the alternate route and started shopping at The Grocery Outlet. And damn. I saved myself a couple of hundred bucks. The place is not packed at all. Very friendly customer service and the special they have is awesome. Can't believe I haven't been shopping here more often. Now I will. Great prices everyday.

Very nice grocery store and great prices!! Definitely love their variety. I always find something new to cook. The staff is always very helpful. Last time I went in, I got all of my groceries and was in line at the register. I had no cart or basket. Just my hands full. I was third in line and the only register that was open asked for another register to be open. A new register was open is seconds. Amazing costumer service!

Used to shop here, not anymore. I have shopped here before as well as eaten at the Saga Sushi buffet, when down for a day or two while waiting for a load. We are also members of the planet fitness where we were planning going to work out. I arrived at around 8am but the manager at the GroceryOutlet came as soon as I packed saying we could not park at "his" parking lot because since we drive a semi truck (withoutthe trailer) and we are taking 2, TWO, parking spots. I said there is no signs indicating no truck parking. He said yes they are. I said the only sings that are indeed posted indicate no overnight parking, witch clearly we did not. I told him, we are customers of not only his place but hiis neighboring stores. He did not care. So, sorry for the Saga Sushi Buffet as their parking is located were "his parking" is. He claims all the spots since we were parked on that side of the strip.

It's an interesting little grocery store chain, you can find very basic items, strike it big with not so common finds, or occasionally not find what you're there for.I like browsing the non food section, because it's a little hodgepodge of everything. Kitchen gadgets, utensils, cookware, storage etc.This place gets the bonus point for always having a supply of chewy oatmeal chocolate chip bars though!

I always like going to the Grocery Outlet. The employees are friendly and helpful. Often saying hello as we pass each other in the aisle. The Outlet may not always carry the same exact product, but usually have a variation of it. Maybe it is just me, but I like variety of products as opposed to the same old / same old food products at the regular stores. The Grocery Outlet often has items that you cant find at the regular stores. I definitely recommend going here and checking it out.

While the stores items in stock rarely remain the same, there are so many fun things to discover and the prices are always fantastic! Lots of great organic, gluten free, and higher end items at a great discount. Some fantastic meats you won't find other places, too. Highly recommend.

This store looks better than ever!! It is well worth the 25 minute drive to see what amazing new bargains they have! Deeply discounted prices on name brand grocery, household, decor, and seasonal items. They even have a small selection of clothing. I find it's a great way to "taste test" a new/unique item at an affordable price. The employees are super friendly too!

This is a hit or miss store, all depending on what they have and what you want. Generally some really good deals. Some items are close or even beyond expiration, but will be super cheap.They sell grass fed beef, which is awesome.Cashiers are typically pleasant and you usually don't have to wait long to check out.Store is neat and clean, but I really dislike when they put products in the aisles, makes it difficult to pass another cart in the aisle.UPDATE JULY 2021I believe they recently switched owners. The store is still great, but a couple of things have deteriorated slightly. Cashiers aren't as great as they once were. Not all bad, but they don't always bag your groceries with care. Don't haphazardly toss a can in the same bag as my produce, please.They also re-arranged the store. They removed the NOSH section near the front, and I guess all the NOSH specific items are just mixed in with their item category counter-parts. I really liked that section because that's the type of item I prefer to buy.UPDATE OCT. 2022Still a great store if you're looking to save some money. Some prices seem higher than they should be for a discount store, but it goes in line with higher prices everywhere these days. Stuff close to sell by dtaes always a bargain!

I absolutely love this store! I went there with a budget of $200 and left having only spent $123. I love that they have name brand items cheaper than other grocery stores. The staff is always polite. They have one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever been in. I also love that the receipt tells you how much you saved at the bottom & gives you a chance to win money back by putting it in the plastic box when you're leaving the store. 10/10 would recommend

Wonderful staff, great prices. My husband and I never leave unhappy from this store. Get a months worth of groceries for a very low price and excellent service. We're so glad we found this place and are happy to make the trip to fill our fridge and freezer. It's great here since going to a normal store can cost a fortune and here we hardly break a sweat. It's excellent. Don't ever change!

This is one of my favorite stores to buy groceries. Really the only place I go cause it’s cheaper then anywhere else in town. The sell great amount of health food and product’s. The employees are all very kind and very helpful.

You will always find something on sale here, but it's a gamble on the quantity and quality of the item. Go to during weekdays after week or weekends late afternoons if need be.

Lots of great deals!!! No frills or excitement, just good deals. Staff is okay. They are mostly friendly and accommodating. You can find some real discounts on items if you take the time to look around. I found some coffee drinks here for less than a third of what you would normally pay. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

I went to the Chambersburg store today and It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! I was looking for something specific and a gentleman working there offered to look for me. Not long after a very nice lady came over and brought the item to me and took me to where it was as well. The store is always very neat, clean and well stocked. The cashier was also very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend everyone shop there!!

Great place to get in under budget. I can generally feed a family of 6 on less than $100 a week on a vegetarian style diet. That's with packing the kids lunch. And most often, we have a receipt that says "spent $80, saved $82... We do really well here. You just have to deal with what they have week to week.Their organic selection is pretty fantastic on a budget as well... Again, as long as you're okay with the "get what they have" kinda place and not real picky about having to have a certain food or brand, week to week, it is a fantastic place!

We like Grocery Outlet... My friend told me they're all over California. She was very excited when she saw there was one here in PA. Great prices, good variety, with some things you have to look carefully--like with meat. Otherwise, you can spend $100.00 here and come out with $300.00 worth of groceries!
