The store was clean and well organized. Shelves were stocked and plenty of staff on floor area to help. Also, numerous registers opened with real cashiers if you did not want to use self checkout.

Clean, organized, friendly, and typically well stocked. Wide Parking spaces and convenient cart return spots. No specials or sales "ever" on gluten free products, which is odd and frustrating. However, gluten-free blue tags make it easy to shop for gluten-free items. Not a big fan of the Giant coupon app. It forces you to select coupons on the app ahead of time and even selected items sometimes don't ring up with the discount... which forces you to audit your receipt. Prices in general seem high relative to discount grocery stores in the area.

I like the veggies and fruits here and I use the flash food app a lot here - the lines get a bit long, I’m not sure why grocery stores sell lottery tickets - I think they will have to get a customer service person solely to handle lottery tickets- that would make the rest of us really happy😊 so because I do like the produce and flash food I deal with the lottery tickets at customer service

It is crazy how far this giant has gone downhill. I stopped going awhile ago because its an absolute waste of time. I've gotten spoiled meat numerous times. Brought $10.29 organic ice cream that was beyond frost bitten. Today was the final straw a relative had gotten nice block of cheese that was $5.99 the bottom was covered in mold now we have to waste the gas YET AGAIN to return it. The shelves are half empty constantly and i like to eat organic which this store use to have a decent section but putting booze in was more important and shrunk the section by half. Now the organic section is an empty mess then only thing that sticks out is the ridiculous prices. It's pretty clear no one at this store cares perhaps this is what happens when you only hire part time and probably not even pay 15 an hour. Oh well Id expect nothing less from a corporation in corporate America. Ill be the amish will put in a little quality and care at a cheaper price

Giant has a great selection of products. I especially like the variety at the Deli and Bakery sections. There are a lot of available options for non-GMO, organic and vegan. The prices are a little higher but the quality is better so we still shop here on a regular basis because of the selection.However, the customer service has really gone downhill. For example, one day, I had asked an associate for help finding an item. He replied that it was "in aisle 6 or 7". That was vague and unhelpful. I only asked because I was on a time constraint and needed to find it quickly. Also, many of the associates never smile. There are a couple people at the Deli that will smile and chat a bit. It's nice. The rest of the store is literally and figuratively cold.One last thing... "Marty". I am not a fan of Marty. I read an article in The Washington Post (January 2019) that said the robot is used for identifying spills, reading prices and "collecting data". The article went on to say, “It remains to be seen what Giant is ultimately using this technology for.” Giant has always had cameras. A limited amount of surveillance is to be expected for loss prevention purposes but I don't understand why a robot is following shoppers around "collecting data". Feels like Big Brother2 stars - Good variety, higher prices, Mediocre service, surveillance capitalism

They will only sell you 190oz of beer or wine at one time. That means I couldn't buy two 4 packs and one 6 pack at the same time. That's a little ridiculous.

Clean , spacious, and has a TON of variety. No complaints here!Even on the night before Thanksgiving the store was being run efficiently and with no issues.Still a great place for shopping!Self checkout is well run and any issues I have are resolved quickly. The checkout associates are courteous, professional, and do a great job of making a consumer feel welcome. Definitely a place our family enjoys shopping at.Plus, they stock Guiness 0.0 which is my favorite and have a very respectable NA selection!

Very nice store. Usually pretty clean. Selection of groceries, produce, meats and seafood is very very good. Make sure to use their app and its coupons to save some extra $$$. Very easy to use. I love their Giant brand Vermont and New York brick cheeses. Giants brand low fat ice cream really good but they need more flavors. 2 complaints...the store alleys got very compact once you but the alcohol aisles in. I, myself don't see the need for them. The alcohol is too pricey. Romaine lettuce can look pretty sad sometimes.

This is my favorite grocery store because I can count on finding what I need with good quality. I also want to note that the Pharmacy is outstanding ~ the personnel is extremely knowledgeable and can find the best prices for medications. Their staff is also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend.

More often than not, they have this end cap blocked. Why do this? They would sell more chocolate if they didn't do this in the middle of the day Not very convenient for the customers. At least a worker saw we had issues, and moved it...

This last visit it was hard to find some of the items on our list. And, the removal of the seating near the restrooms and near the customer service in the front of the store is NOT appreciated!

Nice clean and we'll organized. I like that it has a Red Box movie dispenser handy right after the check out which makes it easy to combine dinner with a movie. The reduced price boxes of a dozen doughnuts that are at the back of the store are a favorite with my boys. Friendly staff are quick to be helpful.

This is my 4th time using giant direct from this store and this is the 3rd time I’m having issues. Tell me who in their right mind would want a half empty bag of grapes and an onion smaller than a tennis ball? It’s sad to say it surprises me more when nothing goes wrong when shopping at this store.

Giant has misleading ads and promotions. Lost 400 points on my card because of this. Their free ham promotion is misleading. Sign in store says free Giant spiral sliced ham or $1.00 off per pound "any other ham" but they really don't mean any other ham, only specific brands which they didn't have on display. Apparently a regular Giant Ham doesn't count for "any other ham" Guess Weis will get my business.

This is my go-to supermarket when visiting my parents. The store is very clean, with a nice, broad selection of items. My favorite thing is they usually have open registers with cashiers, allowing the extra "treat" of avoiding self-checkout!

The produce section is amazing at this location. They also have salad bar, olive bar, hot bar, fresh seafood, and a large deli selection. I love going here the staff is always nice and polite.

Great place to shop as a college student, with all the low prices and great deals going on often, and with everything I need usually being stocked. Navigating the app with placing an order to be picked up is a little weird, but when I can do it right, it's really convenient.Only thing I don't really understand are the app coupons. I don't understand why it needs so long to actually get onto your Giant card once you clip it. I work at BJ's across the street, and we have an extremely similar, if not the exact same, style of digital coupon book, where you can go into the app, clip the coupons you want, and they go onto your store card. The only difference over there is the coupons show up instantly and can be applied right away at check out when you scan your card. The science for it to be automatic is possible, so why doesn't it work that way with Giant? I'm not the best with planning product brand-specific shopping trips ahead, so having to clip coupons like, an hour or something in advance is kinda inconvenient. I'd like to be able to check if an item has a coupon while I'm in the store shopping for it, and then clip it to use then and there.

Needed to stop for a few things on the way home and Giant was there. I'd say a bit pricey compared to others in the area, but DEFINATELY the best quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Clean store and well stocked.

Giant is a great place to go shopping. They have an organic and a gluten free section. Some places even serve alcohol. Why 3 stars? Because of the sensitivity of scales on the self checkout. Remove an item, incorrect weight, whatever it will stop checkout instantly and is super annoying

I really love this Giant store. I'm pretty sure it's the biggest one near us. Always we'll stocked and clean. Love the self checkout. Employee are friendly also.
