This is great hardware and pet store- I was looking for drill bits, a push broom, some pet grain and I took a peek at their animals just to see what they had- two people asked if I needed help, I wasn’t even there that long! They have treats you can buy by the pound or boxed….I got my broom, they had a chameleon, bald python, rabbit, corn snake, lots of variety- didn’t have a chance to look at the fish I was on the run! Easy checkout, nice staff, clean aisles, lots of parking, a nice stop!

Very disappointed in this store. My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years now as we enjoy the aquatic/dog/bird selection. However, we brought our Rottweiler in with us for the first time, as he loves going to the pet friendly stores. He is just a puppy (11 months) and has the best attitude; a big doofy baby that wouldn’t hurt a fly.The employees discriminated against him and treated him with major disrespect. They acted like he was this large viscous animal. One gentlemen even managed to nearly rub against the shelf in fear rather than walk normal next to him. Another woman employee made a comment that “she has too much meat and he has too many teeth”. For being a pet friendly store, they weren’t very pet friendly. We even called ahead to see if they had breed restrictions, in which we were told no. It was so sad, the judgement/that was passed on to us and our dog. Unfortunately we will not be shopping there anymore and will stick to our local tractor supply, as they all give treats to him by hand and lots of pets.

As a hardware store it is limited compared to a box store, but if you are a local that doesn't want to cross town, it is great! Focused on farm and family the selections are more practical!Yet, the Pet Center is outstanding! In contrast to the big Pet stores, Franklin offers Pet supplies for the working family dog, cats or whatever. Need a specialized leash? It has an entire wall of leashes for every size and purpose. Food choices are not selected for glitzy high market, but for down to earth practicality. Definitely my choice for my dog Jack!Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and know where everything is in the generally confusing shelving (due to adding on over the years). So don't be afraid to ask. One Star off for this.A great local resource!

The best place to get what you need around this style of living you find what you need , I saw the prices a little high but really good stuff for your dollar worth it I really enjoyed seeing what they have to sale and the store is very happy and very in to what they do with very got tips and ideas to understand your idea some what like a real Lowe’s

I was just along with a friend that needed to stop and get shrimp for her fish, not really looking forward to it... I couldn't stop saying oh look at that! Oh look at that! And so on! This store has like endless possibilities and finds! It was a very pleasurable experience and I look forward to returning!!!

Love this place, so many different items. I shop mostly pet supplies, but much more to choose from. Some stuff a little pricey but great 1 stop. Other bummer closed Sundays.

Great selection of pet supplies. I have 5 different kinds of animals and am able to get most of their necessities here. The only issue I have here is that it is a dead zone for cell phone service. Which isn't their fault, just an inconvenience for me.

Stopped by here while passing through the area, this place is great. Has pretty much anything you would ever need. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Hope to stop in again sometime to get more fish.

Large well organized store, most staff were helpful and friendly. The layout makes it easy to know where to look for what you need. Aquarium section was large but the selection and variety of fish was lacking. For every row of tanks only 2 or 3 had fish in them. No aquatic plants for sale but plenty of artificial.Prices are reasonable and some products are cheaper than other pet stores. Hours are 8am to 5pm as of Jan 2023.There are some rocks, lumber, and random items in the parking lot and in front of the building that do not have labels or pricing. I asked about these things and no employee could say if it was for sale, would be for sale, what price or why it was all sitting there so I was disappointed that the rocks I chose I was told to put back. Confused me quite a bit, some people may assume it's free or even trash possibly.Large bear out front that children would like and enjoy posing for photos in front of.

Very diverse hardware and pet supply store. As we entered both of the ladies at register acted happy to see us. Jacob helped us with a small pet playpen to determine weight and size. He went over and above to get us the info we needed. We had tried to get help with a larger chain store and what a contrast. Cute bunnies too!

Best customer service I ever received...dealt with 3 departments all 3 employees were extremely kind and knowledgeable... found many items I didn't realize they carried....it's worth it just to stop in and visit to see all the various items the people will make you feel welcome

I love this store for their down home feel and their selection variety. They have so much! Their fish section is amazing, but the guy who knew most about the fish.. I think his name was Tyler? He is gone. I'm not sure if he quit or other wise but I'm gonna admit his knowledge was one of the main reasons I liked to shop there. Other than that it's still a nice store to support.

This is a very cool place. One could spend an hour looking around. Wish we were out of the pandemic so we could check it all out. Great farm store. When you get a chance check it out. We were looking for a carp for our pond. They have lots of other coy pond fish and plants. Didn't have what we needed but the staff was beyond helpful sharing much information in dealing with large fresh water pond life. Thank you to all who offered excellent education and advice.

Great shop with even better customer service. If they don't have what you need they will tell you the best place to find it! And the animals they have in store are always taken care of at the highest level. From puppies and kittens to exotic reptiles to live food(crickets - pinkies) they have everything. And will take the time to answer any questions you might have about all of the above! I love this store
