I will never shop in this place again their are two people who work their who is rude to people who are homeless u ask them something like where do they have an certain item at they yell at u and they tried to rip me off fifty one dollars for an few items and when I notice that their is no way that an little bit of stuff could cost that much money I clearly told them to take all of it back I'm not paying that much money for an few items and they got mad because they couldn't get extra money to put in their pockets and they said if I do that again of having them take items back that they said I won't be able to shop their anymore well it's an public store they can't make u not be able to shop their I didn't do anything wrong except to buy an few things but wasn't expecting to have two people who work their trying to rip me off fifty one dollars I will never shop at this place again very rude workers there and they are rude to the homeless and I dont like that so I will be taking my business else where .they lost an good customer .

FD Drivers, When you go around the back of the building, you'll park paralell with their door. You'll be facing uphill, fairly steeply in fact. Almost always a box truck for Mercado blocking the back of the Plaza. You will not have an issue getting things to slide down your rollers, keeping it on the line when it tries to make the 90 degree turn, well, thats another obstacle altogether, good luck.

I bought a Coke Zero. When I tasted it, the flavor was weird. Guess what? Today is OCTOBER 15, 2021 and the expiration date is July 26, 2021. This people are a failure. They have expired milk, snacks, etc. The thing is they know it and they blame the milk guy, the Coca-Cola people, etc… but who keep track of the inventory??????Plus, having to breath the employee’s cigarettes at the entrance of the store and having to wait for them until they talk to each other and/or make their personal calls at the cashier. What a horrible place to go!!!!! Please, for your health, don’t buy any food there.

This is the local store for the low/working class. The store from times can be messy, but it has the basics. So I dont complain. There have been times their shelves get a little bare. The employees seem alright. I haven't had issues. All in all, I'm thankful the store is even there. Its a place within walking distance that I can get a little groceries and also get household goods and toiletries.

The worst family dollar ive ever been to. The people that work that are rude and you can tell they dont care about their job. I went in there to buy some socks for my daughter which was $2 I gave the cashier a $20 and my change was $18 I asked the cashier for $1 worth or quarters and she told me no! She said they weren't aloud to give change. I can see if I just came in there asking for quarters then you can say that but I actually brought something and just wanted to exchange my dollar bill for 4 quarters. And when she opened the cash draw it was full of quarters so I was not seeing what the big issue was. This place needs to get it together.

The store is great the workers not so great. They're never at the cash register and they'll have an attitude with the customers. My mom went today and a store worker started arguing with her, my mom was ready to pay and she waited awhile waiting for the cashier, she never came ( and yes the cashier did see her ) my mom told her that she should be in the cash register not in the store computer and the cashier gave her the biggest attitude and started arguing with her, long story short the manager came and started arguing with my mom too and she threw the money to my mom after she was done paying. My mom obviously didn't stay quiet and did something about it lol she's Puerto Rican why wouldn't she. Go to big lots which is right beside family dollar instead they'll treat ya better.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AT ITS FINEST!!!! There's a older black lady who I think is the manager..Who's extremely unprofessional.Everytime she is there she is very rude to the customers and the employees. She makes sure you hear every word that comes out her mouth. For her to be older she is way too loud..It's like she wants attention. Worst of all she can be very disrespectful. Instead of asking you to not do something she runs to the back of the store and gets on the intercom and tries to embarrass you...She needs some extra training. My family and I will NEVER go into this place again!!! Disgusted

They're always nice to me they do have alot of drama going on. sometimes I ain't got like ten cents and they help me out got a good selection of foods to toiletries and much cheaper then big lots next door

They need to have good cashiers and have better service OK and have the store clean and they always have 1 cashier open wen they know very well tha is peaple goint dear ..my personal opinion is that I don't like this store bc all this situation and deal with the cashier attitude
