The Washington St. pharmacy should just close. The store is wonderful but the pharmacy is not doing it's job. Over the past few years I've seen this place go downhill miserably. There are always staffing problems and are often closed when they should be open. Prescriptions often aren't filled and ready when we need them. My companion had called them early last week to have them call his Dr for a new script and was told it would be ready on Friday. So he runs down there on Saturday during normal business hours and of course they were closed. So we stopped by this morning (Monday), and they still didn't have it ready. It was a necessary medication which he had ran out of two days prior. They said they had to contact his Dr. He said "I asked you to do that last week and it was to be ready on Friday, where is it?" The person told him to lower his tone. At that point we pulled out of the drive thru and didn't pick up the one med that they actually had ready. And he also has a script for a diabetes pill, which he doesn't even take if he skips a meal and had probably a week or so extra, and when he finally ran out, they still didn't have the refill ready. At times there are no problems and the staff is usually friendly, but this is a periodical and ongoing issue. There's no excuse for this and we will be switching to another facility for our prescription needs. I feel sorry for the person who is injured by their negligence.

This place service is not good. Too long waiting to get prescriptions and staff just rude will be changing my pharmacies to another location. Need to get more staff period.

I have officially sat in the drive thru for the past 30 minutes. Not 1 person has acknowledged me. I have hit the button a couple of times to get someone's attention, but nothing. I can see why the 2 cars infront of me left.

Some of the pharmacists are really nice but the company itself is a joke. How is it acceptable to run the pharmaceutical department as if they are cashiers with only one or two people? To be on hold for over an hour to get my dad's heart pills is absolutely unacceptable.

I have had two prescriptions that took too long to fill, so I had to go elsewhere. When I tried to call about the prescriptions, nobody answered the phone. I understand being short staffed, but there should be a way to refer people to other pharmacies if you can't fill a prescription in a timely manner.

The pharmacy here is ABHORRENT! Every time I've had a prescription sent there, they claim they don't have my prescription, and it's always a huge headache dealing with them. I would recommend using ANY other pharmacy, if possible.

Pharmacist needs an attitude adjustment.He was not even wearing a badge and refused to say his full name. How can we trust that? Is he even a true pharmacist? He is handling medications and the community is trusting evil hearted individuals with their health. "Nate" is all he would say his name is....be cautious with this location....

Pharmacist has the worst attitude. Made my experience just picking up a simple medication absolutely horrible and I have heard many others say this as well. Take your business elsewhere.

Today i tried to use the self check out I used a 20 dollar bill and it ate y money Sarah I believe he name was was incompetent, was rude, and accused me of stealing. She was tinkering with the machine for about 20 minutes I walk out without my $5.52 which they owed me. Management was even worse to me. When I left the had the audacity to threaten to call the cops on me when I walked out!The party Talked to a different manage a week later and he resolved everything gave an apologized and gave money owned back. Employees should step up and take action into there own hands rather then follow their “protocol”

This place is not professional at all, I’ve always dealt with cvs, but this specific pharmacy and location is terrible. I called earlier today and no one answered so I went in to see if my prescription was ready while on my lunch break, while the young girls are gossiping but couldn’t “answer” the phone as it sat there and rang over and over. Do better

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 4 pm on monday, stopped in to pick it at 11 on tuesday and still not ready, the store is cluttered and disgusting, staff was friendly

Always running out of merchandise or low on stock of merchandise and products.Difficult parking entrance and exit, bad location in general.Not the most professional staff but they will get the job done I suppose.

The Worst pharmacy Ever! 25min. Sitting at the drive thru not 1 of the 6 cars moved. Went inside to find out they weren't even serving the drive thru. But the window was open and not 1 employee had the decency to close the window. Just left us all sitting there. while inside they are the slowest pharmacy crew I have ever seen. I can not count how many times I have been told our medication is out of stock and lies about when it will be in. So my child has gone 2 weeks without her medicine because of this. This will be the Last time!

When I first started using the CVS on Washington St the service was Great, But the last two years the service has been going in the wrong direction and it is very bad now.I have been on hold more then once for 15 -45 min's. I have gotten a text saying ready for pickup and go there and it's not ready.I was on hold today for 45 minutes and I finally hung up.I can not Recommend this CVS to anyone.I am switching to the on at target.

They're pharmacy is the worst, but I have no choice, because I know no other that carries my prescriptio. They constantly send me texts, saying my script is ready, and I even call to make sure. Then I get there, and guess what? We're sorry. We don't have that quite ready yet! Never fail.… I show them the texts,

I loved shopping at CVS before we moved to Chambersburg. I had my favorite store that was very customer friendly and coupon friendly. I haven't found my CVS Mojo since moving here. This particular store isn't convenient for me, but I stopped anyway since I was on that side of town.I give them props for having a working Rewards Scanner, so I could print my store coupons. The store was well organized and clean. CVS corporate requires these poor stores to change out hundreds of price tags every single week and they are forever moving things around - marketing geared towards the drop in customer Makes it frustrating for the hard core CVS shopper and coupon clipper.I don't care for their pharmacy. Oddly enough, I use the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target. Their customer service is amazing!They were well stocked and there were two check out clerks which is unusual (and nice). I may try to stop in once a week and give it a go again.

Worst pharmacy ever. I wait in line at the drive thru for 20 mins or more to get my prescriptions. Half the time they don’t have my daughters prescription. They take forever to get to the window. They also take forever to answer the phone. I am definitely considering switching to the other cvs in town.

The low life non English speaking pharmacist wouldn't give me my medication (that I need or I get VERY ILL) because they were short staffed and he wouldn't be able to fill it because he was very busy! But called me to tell me my prescription was ready ahead of time.I'm never again going sick like this so I'm switching pharmacy.And he didn't care one bit!

You have to call/walk in, in order for the pharmacy to run your insurance on your prescriptions, or the male pharmacist won’t do it automatically! If you call and the male pharmacist is working, be ready to wait on hold for three hours (literally) which is beyond outrageous! If they cannot do their job, they shouldn’t be in the position they are! Disgraceful!!!

Don't try calling the pharmacy. They don't answer the phones. Been waiting on hold for an hour to talk to someone. We live 25 minutes away so it would be nice to talk to someone instead of having to waste a trip in town for a 30 second question. Frustrated!!!

Would not go inside the store. The sign on the door said a mask is required by LAW. Governor wolf cannot write a law. He can have a mandate. I’ll wear a mask if you ask me to but don’t force me. None of these so called leaders abide by their own rules.

The Physician lie to me abt getting meds and after my Insurance , call they told me that he just did not want to do it or felt incomfortable filling my meds , very bad customer service for lying to customers

Yes I was at CBS This Morning very very early I was just trying to use the MoneyGram kiosk to transfer some money I wasn't sure exactly what I was doing and I asked to self Clerks 2 please help me she was very rude very very rude I came back and I talk to the store manager and he was trying to give me some good advice but like I told him I went to the Mexican store and I used Western Union everything went through phone I just want to tell CVS you'll never see me in there again doing business you lost a customer today I will continue 2 go and use the store LaMichoacana and that store is so clean and the the sales people are so nice and they're all family and work together and I even feel like I'm family with them the store owner was so kinda day when I needed help with my Western Union I don't know if CVS but Western Union is a lot better than MoneyGram thank you

Don't go here if you have no insurance, they literally will not fill your prescription. Can't pay out of pocket, must have insurance if you need any meds! Makes sense, right?

Some people are rude. When asking management a question it's like ur bothering them. I would much rather travel out my way and go to the CVS on Wayne ave then go to the 1 that's literally a 2 minute drive!!
