Finally found a pharmacy here in town that works for me. I went through Rite Aid and Walgreens first, unfortunately. The workers at this CVS are always very busy, but are still kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is that it took 7 days for them to fill my medicine (they said it's due to being overstaffed, which is understandable). I had to call in and have them elevate it, since I really needed my meds and could no longer wait. I'm thankful that the gentleman I spoke with was able to put a rush on that for me.

My family recently moved to the area due to work. We got a new insurance and had our doctors transfer our scripts to this CVS. CVS filled our prescriptions but told us that it would be over $200 because the scripts were associated with our old insurance. This is unacceptable and as a healthcare worker I know the pharmacies are responsible for contacting the providers office to request new scripts if there are any discrepancies. The cherry on top is my husband was buying more personal items (contraceptives) and the girl at the front register commented on the items and said “oh fun”. My husband about had it with this CVS and told the girl she was disrespectful and unprofessional for commenting on the items. I knew we were moving to a more rural area but I didn’t think the people up here would act like the cows butts they’re surrounded by. Inconsiderate, unprofessional and the pharmacy is just lazy and doesn’t know how to do their job. The only positive about this CVS is that it is well stocked.

First time I went in to the pharmacy they said the computer system was down which I understand happens but I get a call the next day to come in at 1:30 pm so I wait in line at the drive thru. As soon as pull up they pull the gate down so I go inside. I tell them I was told to come at this time to get my medication and they tell me it’s lunch while the pharmacist made a smart mouth comment. Should have never switched to CVS.

CVS pharmacy over the last year has really went to chit.. finding 30 day supplies with only 15 pills, should be 30 pills, then still get charged the same. Multiple months this has happened. Seems every time ya go to pick up prescriptions, new people in there including the pharmacists. No wonder all the issues with all those rookies. Guess it’s time to change from CVS.

I have been on a medication for addiction for 12 years. I have never had so many issues getting it filled until I came back to PA. I tried to get it filled this weekend they said there’s an issue w insurance.I waited until this morning Monday and went to the pharmacy which is 40 min from my house. Got to the window they claim my insurance is terminated. It’s not. They would not call my insurance and were very short w me. They said I could pay cash about $600 and get reimbursed however I had to come back later at 4pm to pick it up and I live 40 min away. This was at 9am. I pulled away from the pick up window and called my insurance got the correct information for them. I know if this was a medication like insulin or something else they would have called for me but I digress. Went back and gave them the info and they filled it.I wish pharmacists and techs would treat people with respect. Just because I’m filling a script for something associated with drug addiction they stereotype you and treat you like garbage. I work in healthcare and would never treat my patients like cvs did today. Find a mom pop local pharmacy and avoid cvs at all costs

I stopped at this Wayne Ave CVS around 4pm this afternoon and asked the store manager about a product I was looking for. He checked the inventory and said there were none on the shelf but he would check in the back. There were none there so he called the other CVS...no answer. He checked again and said there were supposed to be some wrapped in a pallet and he would look for it if I wanted to come back. I returned shortly thereafter and he had located them and had it on the floor. Now that is customer service!!!I wish I could remember his name.

The staff is not helpful and unable to be reached by phone. My script had been filled 3 days, I picked up my cheap scripts and told them I would be back in 3 days to pick up the more expensive one. Came back 3 days later and they had put it back on the shelf. Then I forgot one of my scripts at cvs after I had paid for it. I didn’t realize until several days later. They didn’t call me to tell me I left it behind. When I went back to get it, they said their systems said it’s been sold. We have to get insurance ok to fill it again. What did they do with my pills? I’m now out of my medication and going to a different pharmacy to pay full price for the medication. It’s depression meds. I have no choice. This was all in a week. I will not be going back to CVS.

Wayne Ave. CVS Pharmacy, has the MOST RUDE "employees"!(pharmacy cashier)They short me 3 pills, and deny it......OK! It was prednisone...so I could BREATHE during a bout with asthmatic bronchitis!I would understand if it was a narcotic.........BUT IT'S NOT!If my REGULAR pharmacy had been open, I would have gone there!!!! If you can't treat people with dignity and some respect, GET OUT OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

All the employees, in the Pharmacy and the front of the store are always so friendly and helpful. This is the CVS closest to my home; I get all of my prescriptions here. The rest of the store also has many useful items. I really enjoy shopping here.

Don't attempt to call this pharmacy. They do not answer the phone. Over the last 3 days my wife and I have spent over 4 hours waiting on hold only to have to drive in to get a simple question answered. Was told they only had two people working in the pharmacy but when we got there there was seven people behind the counter. I understand and saw they were busy but not sure why they couldn't simply have a recording saying they're not answering phones right now due to customer volume.

Made an appointment online for a COVID pcr test for travel and paid for it through their online portal. Drove 30 minutes to the store and they had a “visiting pharmacist” who was unable to perform the test. They said I would need to contact corporate headquarters for a refund.

Pros: Good merchandise, good staffing that builds rapport. Easy parking in parking lot.Cons: Expensive even with coupons, limited and or small quantity amount of products.Difficult entrance and exit during rush periods.

Worst pharmacy ever. Answer you rudely. Laughed when I asked to transfer RX based on my practitioner’s advice. Whether it was accurate or not you should never sarcastically laugh at someone desperately seeking to find a way to have a needed medication filled when this pharmacy can’t get it accomplished. Such poor customer service… disrespectful and dysfunctional establishment.

I want to shout out the pharmacy staff at CVS on Wayne Avenue. You guys are awesome!!!!! And generally speaking, I really like the staff at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. CVS is one of my favorite places to shop.

Got a text saying my Prescription was on order they would let me know whenever they get it in also it said call if you want to have it transfer to another place I’ve called and been on hold for over an 30 minutes the first time and now another 25 minutes for the second time still not able to speak to anyone about my prescription being transferred to somewhere else this is a prescription that a doctor called in so I don’t have the number this is ridiculous. So done CVS

Not worth goin there! Multiple times they have got my script and my wife's also and they just don't fill them even after calling and asking for them to be filled they say 1 hour it will be ready and then the next day after waiting in the 30 minute line since they cut there hours in half they say it never got filled and this has happened multiple times. Go to Keystone instead they are actually nice and do there job!! Cvs has gone down hill and that's why nobody wants to work at that place!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! They NEVER answer the phone you will be on hold all day long .. and I use the automatic refill system and every time I go through the drive-through window to pick up my medicine that should be already filled they told me it’s gonna be 30 minutes to come back. COMPLETE JOKE!!!! 0 STARS!

Every single time I call no matter what time or day I'm on hold for at least an hour before giving up always with the excuse that they're short staffed. I have phone records proving this. I can't wait to change pharmacys.

Every single time I come here there is always a problem with my prescription!! There is always an excuse such as "there is a hold on it" there is no damn reason there should be a hold on it!! I have 11 more refills that should be automatically filled!! The pharmacist and other associate were cussing and slamming things behind the counter because 3 customers came at the same time!! Totally unacceptable in a customer service environment!! Sorry you are at working getting paid to "work" and not just stand around!! I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future!!

Advertised item (Sunday paper) not there on Monday morning. Don't advertise it if you aren't going to have it in stock!! I will not return to any CVS for any reason. The big shots may wonder why your sales are low. This is why. You will lose customers if sale items are not available.

Worst ever! Kevin Morris-Pharmacist, extremely rude, unprofessional, and just creepy tbh. ZERO customer service skills! I would say the entire Pharmacy dept. staff needs a refresher on customer relations. I switched to this store only after a move across town and I can say I truly miss Chris at the W. Washington Street location! He left CVS...he was the best!

Drove an hour and a half just to be told they wouldn't give me my booster. The CDC says that it is fine to mix manufacturers yet they said no. I already made an appointment and mentioned that I would be mixing vaccines in advance

I use this pharmacy because of it being the most convient for me but seriously need to change to another. Very bad customer service. There is a lady there named Jennifer who is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. The pharmacist is very rude. Just a horrible atmosphere. Not a pleasant experience when dealing with this place.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! The "manager" is EXTREMELY RUDE & acts like an immature little boy! I have nothing but issues at this location & constantly have to deal with RUDE people! This placed used to be ran well & have a lot nicer employees! But as of the last year or 2, it has gone to HELL!!!! If you are thinking about coming to CVS, choose a different location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't leave any stars if I could, absolutely infuriating. Been on hold for a couple hours over 2 days trying to get a quick question answered, cannot drive in due to work hours. Was told they are short staffed so I called during non busy hours and still do not receive a response.

The ladies at the pharmacy are the best. So kind!
