Hoagies are good, haven't cut back on the meat like other places so it still makes it worth ordering for the price. The only complaint I have is with the service. If you close at 8pm, why are doors locked before 7:30pm? We tried going this past weekend around 7:15pm and to our surprise, the doors were locked. We saw two employees walking around so it wasn't like it was a staffing issue. Unfortunately, we won't be back since we have no idea what their hours of operation are.

Always a great place to stop for a quick sandwich. The workers are very nice and always available to give a great recommendation if you cannot decide. I absolutely love their pickles so I also add a side to my meal! My husband loves the Italian Primo size with everything on it. I get the Audie (roast beef and turkey, yum!) On an un-seeded roll or lettuce wrap, depending on how I'm feeling that day, everything on it except onions. We go to other locations, but this one is the most convenient for where we live and the employees are always nice and helpful! The bread is always fresh and so are the ingredients!

The hoagies aren’t bad but it’s expensive. I paid over $16 for a primo Italian hoagie and a bottle of water. Hard to justify when you can get great hoagies from other places for a lot less. The staff was nice and the service was fast though.

I got a chicken cheesesteak with fried onions and the chicken they used kind of tasted like pizza... So it threw off the entire sandwich... And the kid that gave me my change just dumped it into my hand slash counter. Definitely will not be going back here for chicken cheesesteaks!!! PS the chicken has orange all over it so I don't know if they use the chicken for the pizza stuff or what.

Friendly staff great flavor, just not enough meat on sandwich for $11.

Back a few years ago, I would have given a five star. After a few bad experiences lately, at this location andgetting my hoagies home and unwrapping them. I couldn’t believe how light the meat was on all my sandwiches. So I decided to post on Chalfont community group on facebook, I was amazed of all the comments that came through with others experiencing the same problem. I thought tonight I give it one more try, ordered three sandwiches came home unwrap them all and very light on the meat, tomatoes cut so thin could see right through them. Oh and they forgot my hot peppers on the side again. I’ll take some fault for the peppers for not looking in the bag before leaving.. I’m fine with the little meat on the sandwiches but come on lower your prices $6.00

I love Primo's, but my most recent experience at this particular location was not ideal. I ordered a hoagie and completely forgot to say that I wanted it as a bowl (trying to cut out bread). They made the sandwich quickly (which was a nice surprise), so I asked if I could have one of the to go containers so I could make it a bowl myself. They then wanted to charge me $1.50 for the container because the sandwich was already made. This is one of those situations where a little customer service would have gone a long way. I will definitely be avoiding this particular location in the future and sharing this experience with anyone looking for a place to grab a bite.

I love primos hoagies. At this location I think I’ve seen all the members of the family help out. The lettuce is crisp and the product is fresh… only issue is wait time which was over five minutes- but the person on the line was nice when she did return and one sandwich was made as a small that I asked as a primo size. The sandwich hit the spot but I was really hoping for the seeded bread.🤞

Hands down the best sandwich shop in the country! Okay, not the country, but definitely around these parts. The bread, both seeded and non is to die for alone! Unless you're on a gluten-free thing, then you're missing out.I've been going here for over 3 years now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Highly recommend ordering ahead during the lunch break as they can get slammed for pre-orders! Also on game day!!I love their Turkey Sand with a lil Cappicola on it, 6 pickles and that shredded lettuce!! Oh my! Love it 🤗The roast beef, I'm not a fan. Their Steak sand is good! There are so many options. Give them a try!

I ordered a small sandwich and when I got home, I realized the sandwich was incorrect. I called and not only did they make me a new sandwich, but they even upgraded the size. They have wonderful customer service.

Hoagies were not as good as other Primo locations I’ve been to. Pork did not have the broccoli rabe as specified on the menu & was dry. The Italian was really light on meat and the onions ordered as an add on. Counter service was just okay. They did not ask if I was a rewards member. Pretty average for a franchise that I’ve had great experiences with in past.,

I would agree that there is hardly any meat in their hoagie. The Royersford store puts so much meat in their hoagie that the roll can't close. For the price they charge, not worth it sorry to say.

I've given this location 2 different chances since it's right by my work, and they've messed it up on both opportunities. When I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with hot peppers I ended up with a plain cutlet, nothing on it. It was very disappointing, but everyone makes mistakes.A few months down the line I decided to try again and ordered some hoagies for the whole family. Total mistake.. they used the wrong type of meatballs on one hoagie and one of the others was missing entirely. When I spend TEN DOLLARS for an overpriced sandwich, I expect it to be there!! I usually love Primo, but the kids at this location don't know what they're doing. Just take your business elsewhere

I picked up three hoagies today and I just finished the Italian and I have to say that was one damn good hoagie. I don’t mind paying $14 for a hoagie if it’s that good. Thank You

Good sandwiches and friendly staff at this location but gave 4 vs. 5 stars as corned beef swartzie purchased today was a bit of a disappointment as hardly any meat for the $7.49 price. Think you can be a little more generous with your meat portions for what you charge. Just my opinion.☺️

Very Rude kitchen staff - the young lady that was taking orders was very sweet. I Called in an order for (3) hoagies and was told be ready in 15 minutes. It was a busy Saturday and after 20 minutes I felt forgotten and simply asked if my order was coming up soon. The gentleman on the meat slicer said "he's getting worked up because we are 5 minutes past his time". I was not worked up - simply making sure I was coming up.After I saw 2 orders go out ahead of me that actually ordered after I did - I once again asked if I was being made. This time a blonde haired woman chimed in and was rude and stated they were busy and following their training process. The meat slicing guy once again reiterated without acknowledging me that he was now 30 minutes backed up. All i wanted was a polite and respectful answer - all I got was attitude from the 2 people in back. Terrible service from what seemed to be the managers and I am glad Doylestown location is closer to me for sure!

worst primo location (i’ve been to at least 10 different ones all over) the swartzie i got had practically no cole slaw and very little meat, the cheese was hard… idk who runs this location but it isn’t like other primos, horrible.

I worked in S Philly for years love Primos now go to Chalfont hoagies are delicious. One problem several times I ordered sharp Italian and it had all the wrong cold cuts on it. Staff is very friendly but I think they need more training on the menu.

Ordered Italian hoagies assuming they would include all the ingredients for an Italian hoagie. No lettuce, tomatoes and onions. No oregano, oil and vinegar. Roll was like a dinner roll. Have had Primo hoagies at other locations and they were excellent. Will not go to Chalfont location ever again.
