Pabby’s Pet Resort is a wonderful place for my dogs! They go to the daycare three days a week and it is reasonably priced. They come home ready to take a nap from all the activity they get there. All dogs must have up to date vaccines to be able to go so I know that it’s a safe environment for them. My dogs also board there when we are away. When one of my dogs got sick, Sue actually took her to our own vet and made sure she was okay. That is going above and beyond. I know that my dogs are happy and healthy there and I highly recommend Pabby’s.

My dog has been going here for almost 4 years and she LOVES it! She can tell when we’re approaching daycare and just goes NUTS! She has a great time with her friends and I wouldn’t suggest anywhere else! They truly love the animals here.

Our schnoodle returns home after a busy day knowing he was active and cared for while we were at work. Longer boarding for travel has also been superb. Like his human siblings, he refuses to share the highs of his "school" day so no direct quotes are available.

Pabby's has been an awesome addition to our dogs weekly routine! He attends the enrichment program at Pabby's with Christy and absolutely loves it! He comes home tired and fulfilled each time. I’ve been taking my dogs to Pabbys Pet Resort for over 9 years. I started with one dog and now all 3 of my dogs attend daycare, go for grooming, and boarding. Pabbys is the best place for dogs and their owners! The staff is wonderful. They make the dogs safety and well being their first priority. Pabbys genuinely wants to provide a fun, educational, safe environment for the dogs. I love all of the holiday activities, and social media posts! My dogs areso excited to go to “school”! I’m very grateful to have such a fantastic place for my dogs to go to!

Pabby's is the only place I want my dog to be if she isn't at home. For years, I've enjoyed the peace of mind in knowing she is getting her meds, socializing and staying safe while I'm away. The addition of Pabby's Enrichment Program has been amazing. I LOVE receiving videos and pictures of my girl learning and having fun. Better yet, I've seen a change in her attentiveness at home. It's proof that you really can teach an old dog new tricks, at least if they're at Pabby's!

I have been holding off on writing a bad review about customer service at this place for years! I'm done after today! Today the crabby, nasty, and rude old lady at the front desk flat out lied to me when I walked in with my dog! There is a snowstorm going on today and we had to deal with some minor delays getting our dog there. I arrived 15 minutes late with the dog in a snowstorm. You would think there would be some consideration and understanding about the situation!! When I walked in i was told by the Crabby old lady, (We texted you and you didn't respond) we cannot take your dog now! Well, that was a flat out lie to my face and they didn’t text me or my wife. When my wife called there, she had a new story! Well, you didn’t prepay yesterday for today, so we didn't think you were coming! Now you need to prepay for your services the day before a snowstorm! This is the first time we were asked to prepay ever!!! This is only one of many rude and unprofessional issues I have had with the Crabby old lady there at the front desk. We have been a loyal customer here for years and endure the rude and nasty greetings always received when entering and reaching the front counter for my dogs. The dogs are treated well by the groomers, and they do a good job when we pick them up! But I will no longer deal with being treated with the horrible and unprofessional customer service there. When we first started here the service was great, I guess over time the owner has just become arrogant and forgot how customer service works for all PAYING customers.Additional Notes:Your response below is incorrect on a lot of points! We have been taking our dogs there for over 10 years. I have myself picked up or dropped off my dogs their numerous times and spoken with you! Each time you were very abrupt or arrogant with me the customer! I know you are the owner! Yes, I did walk out and justifiably so! When I attempted to talk to you today, I was interrupted with your arm motion and palm signaling me to stop! I would consider that Rude and consistent with my statement!Good Luck and Have a Great Day!

Sue, the owner, is a gem! Cares for all of the dogs as her own. She also regularly donates to rescue groups and provides food for local police dogs! The facility is spotless, and Pabby's is constantly making upgrades to ensure the dogs have the state of the art yards/kennels to play and rest in. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

I wouldn’t take my 3 pups anywhere else for daycare or boarding. I can go away for fun or work and relax b/c I know all 3 pups are safe, loved on and well cared for while at Pabbys! Amended 21-DEC-2023. Pabbys started and enrichment program for the pups. As much as the physical activity is great, the mental challenges are what tires them out, engages them and calms them down. All my pups benefit greatly from it but the one thrives with the 1:1 and learning new things and the extra snacks don’t hurt either. From the videos and pictures, I see endless smiles and tail wags. I am impressed and appreciate how much the Pabby’s team knows each of my dog’s individual personalities and knows if something is “off” with them. I grew up with dogs and have had all my adult life, I appreciate how much this Enrichment Program feeds all the parts that make up my pups. Thankful for the Pabby Enrichment Program and what they do!

There really isn't a comparable alternative in the area and I wouldn't waste your time.Pabby's is a small business that avoids corporate and big box issues, and truly puts your dog's needs first over another dollar sign. The staff is honest about whether daycare is a good fit for your dog, which is something that cannot be said for other facilities.Dogs are rotated in play groups throughout the day to avoid social exhaustion (a huge pre-cursor to fights and squabbles). The groups are split by size and temperament, tested by staff who knows each individual dog as if they were their own.Pabby's is not a facility that will hesitate to reach out to you with a question or concern during your daycare or boarding stay. They also won't hesitate to seek veterinary care when a need is suspected; something I also cannot say for other facilities.All in all a top notch facility with a top notch staff. If you don't want your dog to be a dollar sign, this is the place to be.

Pabby's is by far the best daycare and boarding facility in the area. The owner Sue genuinely cares about all of the animals in her care and goes out of her way to make sure they receive the best care possible. This is the only place I trust with my dogs because I know that they are in good hands.

Pabby’s Pet Resort was a pleasant experience for my dog and myself. It was the first time staying somewhere so I was nervous. The employees were so sweet with my dog, knowledgeable with his breed and decreased my anxiety.Diezel had a great time there and was a happy little guy when we picked him up. I cannot say enough good things about Sue and the Pabby's team! My boy is very shy and skittish but Sue and the Pabby's team have helped him become more confident around people. He is like a totally new dog! Sue and Gina are always very pleasant and helpful when I come in to the front desk, greeting me and answering any questions I have.Sue is a wealth of knowledge about supplements like probiotics and was able to recommend a product that has really helped my boy's stomach issues.Whenever I drop my boy off for doggie daycare, I know that he is in the best possible hands and that I have nothing to worry about. He is so happy to see Sue that he never even looks back to me when I am trying to say have a good day...his tail is wagging away and he's not shy or afraid. I know that he is the best possible place when he's at Pabby's.Sue has been an absolute life saver in making my boy happy and fun-loving! She is absolutely amazing and so is the entire Pabby's team!

If I could give Pabby’s a zero I would. Stay far away from this place. The owner, Sue, is a miserable person who does not care about animals or people. She is rude and unprofessional to customers and staff. Sue only cares about making money. My dog was boarded there for 5 days. When we picked her up she was really sick. She was so sick that we did not even know if she would make it. She was coughing up blood and had trouble breathing. We took her to the vet and had to to go to a specialist and pay over $5,000 for tests and medication. Sue could care less that my dog got sick at Pabby’s. It took my dog a whole year to recover. Do you really want your dog’s care to be in her hands? The worst!

Our dog LOVES going to Pabby's while we are away. She is well taken care of and LOVED by all the team at the resort. She loves playing with other dogs and gets lots of exercise. Pabby's is our dog's 2nd home and the owner is a GREAT with her. She takes care of our dog as though she was her own. I highly recommend taking your dog to Pabby's!!!

Each day that i drop my dog at Pabby's, i know that i can peacefully go about my day and concentrate at work without any worries, because my dog is well taken care of! Everyone at Pabby's is truely a dog lover. They go to great lengths to personally get to know your dog. They are also trained in recognizing and understanding dogs' behaviors. Dogs are placed in appropriate play groups based upon their size and temperament to ensure they are getting exercise and having fun. Very clean facility inside and out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who treat your dog as if it were their own.

We can't say enough about the incredible care our dogs received while staying at Pabby's recently. Our one dog unfortunately became quite ill early in her stay. Sue and her wonderful staff thankfully recognized it early on, and sought the best of care for our beloved Bella. They went above and beyond for many days to make sure our girl was as comfortable as possible and back on the road to recovery. We feel strongly that had our girls been staying anywhere else, we would not have had Bella to come home to. We'll be forever grateful!!

I made an appointment via email to tour Pabby's daycare center for 2 weeks out. Today, my boyfriend and I went to Pabby's, getting there 5 minutes prior to our appointment. There was no one at the front desk and no staff members in sight. There were several people standing around, waiting to pick up their dogs. About 10 mins into waiting, a woman appeared and very flustered, asked what we were there for. When I told her we were there to tour the daycare, she told us it's their busiest day of the week and they don't ordinarily schedule tours on Wednesdays (okay, but you did...). She said it would be quite a while before they could give us a tour. I asked how long and she said 10-15 mins, and that she couldn't keep the people who were there to pick up their dogs waiting. I was immediately turned off by her negative attitude, as she seemed quite inconvenienced by our interest in giving her our business. Nonetheless, we decided to wait for the tour since we were there already. Cut to when another couple walked in for a daycare tour, promised to them by another employee via phone earlier today. Once again, the same woman said she didn't know why appointments were being scheduled on their busiest day. She then looked at me and asked what kind of dog I have (info that was already provided in my email to Pabby's) and how often we would need daycare (also information I provided in my initial email). When I said we would only need daycare once a week and sometimes last minute, she said they wouldn't be able to accommodate that because they are already at full capacity and they "even stopped taking new customers over the summer." All of this information could have been conveyed to me via email so that our time wasn't wasted, and in fact, the entire situation from start to finish could have been handled much better. It's possible that Pabby's takes great care of their dogs, but as human interaction is just as important, I won't be bringing my business to Pabby's (nor did it seem like they wanted it anyway).

Our dog attends both day care periodically and overnights. Compared to another kennel we used frequently and has received 4.3 stars, this one is much cleaner and safer. Nothing smells like a kennel when you walk in or around the building, and I know my dog is safe because they do not allow play if the dog is aggressive. I also love the vet that they have on call.

I would give less if I could. The owner is a complete and total WITCH! So rude and unprofessional. They hardly ever answer the phone and are not properly staffed. Goodluck getting a hold of someone in case of an emergency. My friend worked there and left after they way Pabby's treated animals. The dogs are kept in crates most of the day. You are disillusioned if you believe they actually get a decent amount of play time. The play "yard" is extremely tiny. My dog had two broken and bloody nails from what I assume was from her scratching at the crate. For as much damage was done, someone should have intervened.
